Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Une chambre, deux salles de bain, ce condo est dans le très souhaitable bâtiment trois au rez-de-chaussée. Pas besoin de s'embêter avec les ascenseurs. La piscine est à quelques pas de votre véranda. Profitez de siroter votre café du matin et d'écouter les oiseaux alors que le soleil se lève de Haliakala. L'une des plus belles plages de Maui (Kamaole III beach park) est juste en face. Tu vas l'adorer!

We had a fantastic trip. The room's location was perfect, located close to the entrance to the pool. The room was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation, including lots of fun stuff for the beach. Communication was excellent. Just like the unit, all of Kamaole Sands common property was in great shape.

This place was extremely clean, and well taken care of. Had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a slight ocean view, and right by the pool! Will book this condo again!

Amazing rental

This rental is fully stocked. It has everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Our favorite was the beach supply closet. It had an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.

Beautiful location

Lovely home that was perfect for some R&R. The home had everything you need, especially the kitchen. I would just recommend to bring your laundry soap of your choice. The internet was very limited in the bedroom.

This is our 4th stay at Kamole Sands, it is a great location. This unit was incredibly clean and well maintained, loved being on the ground floor. The grounds are beautiful.

Had a fantastic 12 nights at Mike's condo. Great location in the complex, nicely updated, comfy bed & pull out, and well equipped kitchen...this spot was one of our favourite at Kamaole Sands that we've stayed in recently! Thanks Mike!

Great Ground Floor Condo

This is our 5th stay at the Kamaole Sands. This ground floor condo is well stocked with everything you need for a stay. We appreciated all of the Beach chairs and umbrellas. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The Kamaole Sands Condo's being across the street from the Kamaole Beach makes for a Great Family vacation location in Kihei. Come and Enjoy Hawaii here.

Perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands in this unit. It was the perfect location within the complex itself and also within the proximity to other places on Maui. We found the unit had everything we needed for two adults and two small children and would definitely stay again! Mike was also amazing to communicate with and made the whole booking seamless. Maui in September

It was great. Accessibility to other parts of the island is no problem. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. The buildings are solid. No issues with sound from any other unit. Just very nice. We will return.

Good Unit

This is a well equipped, clean unit in a very good location within the resort, and the resort itself is in a good location. Resort area is very well maintained. We had one minor issue and the property manager fixed it very promptly. Happy to recommend it for a couple.

February 2020 Kam Sands

This was our 4th time staying at Kam Sands. First time in #3-105. Excellent location! The condo is lovely and well equipped with everything you need from the Kitchen to the beach. Mike the owner was excellent to communicate with for whatever was needed. We had the best time here and would definitely rent this condo again!

Super nice place to stay with family

Place has everything needed for comfortable stay for family with kids. Location is perfect with beach nearby, outside property is well maintained, grass is trimmed, flowers from trees picked every day, clean and pretty. AC is only in the living room, I wish we had AC in the bedroom because it was getting pretty warm during the day , also some kitchen items like knife and tea kettle had corrosion on them.But it wasn’t a big deal. We had amazing time there, thank you, likely to be back hopefully with AC in the bedroom 😅

Nice Condo and Location

After cruising up and down the coast, my husband and I agreed that we stayed in the perfect location. There's definite pride of ownership in the condo and property and they are as well maintained and spotless as they appear in the photos. There's a park and a large beach across the street with many more parks and beaches nearby, and the property is right off the main drag with restaurants and shops. (The unit is at the back of the complex so you don't see or hear street activity or noise.) We made good use of the beach equipment and although we aren't really pool-goers, it looked very nice and we enjoyed the excellent Wednesday afternoon music and hula show the property management put on for guests there. Mike checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and the tips and instructions he provided about the condo and things to do were detailed and helpful. My husband thought the kitchen, bedroom, and one of the showers were a little tight for a large man but certainly manageable and we were warm without using the air conditioner until we got around to reading the instructions about how to effectively use the fans the day after we arrived and then we were fine! We hated to leave and would definitely return and recommend this condo to family and friends.

Amazing Vacation

We stayed in this condo with our two kids aged two and five. The location was in our opinion the best in the complex. There is grass right out the lanai with immediate access to the pool and hot tub and quick access to two BBQ areas. Both kids loved the splash pool and family hot tub which is a plus with little ones. The unit itself is clean, decorated beautifully and well stocked. We made full use of the lanai storage using the coolers, boogie boards, umbrella, beach toys and beach chairs. Next trip my husband promises we'll use the fishing rod. The beach, which is quicker to get to than the photos show, was excellent, we swam with sea turtles and found lots of beautiful fish right off shore. Being in Kihei which is very central ended up being perfect as we spent two weeks exploring the island. If you are travelling with smaller kids bring a hiking backpack. We did the road to Hana, the sunrise at Halealaka, and lots of hiking with our kids in tow. Maui is so safe and so easy with kids compared to other vacations we've taken. First thing in the morning we'd pack a lunch and waters, grab the beach towels and explore. Kihei is desert like so it wasn't too humid and it was hot the whole trip. I recommend grabbing a Maui Revealed book and exploring to your heart's content. We will definitely return to this condo again in the future. Not only did it meet all our needs but the service from Mike and Cathie was excellent and there is a great energy in this home.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! Michael, the owner, was fantastic. The previous guests reported a leak in the washing machine. Michael let us know about, had a replacement scheduled to be installed, and sent us a partial refund for the inconvenience. We had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi and he was available by phone to help us get it sorted out immediately. Super responsive, very friendly, and excellent communication! The unit is steps away from the pool, but noise was never an issue. We could see the ocean from the lanai and in the condo via the full wall mirror that makes the unit feel very spacious. My sister-in-law said she believed the unit had its original rattan furniture, which was in excellent condition, very comfortable, and gave the space a bit of a delightful “Golden Girls” feel. Though the front room had original furniture, the kitchen has definitely been updated and has everything you’d need to save some money by cooking your own meals. It even has a fully stocked spice rack in one of the cabinets. Our surprise bonus was the ice maker in the freezer. It is a work horse! We always has a bin full of ice which we learned through family staying in other units is not always the case. While they were making trips to the store for more ice, we had plenty for our cold drinks - a must have with the balmy weather. Though the washing machine was out of commission for most of our stay, Michael’s transparency and generosity made it a 10/10 for us!

Great location

We loved the location of this unit. Ground floor is nice for easy access to the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, containers, pots, pans, everything you need. Snorkel gear, beach chairs, boogie board. Convenient parking. Beach towels.

Maui Getaway

The property was in nice shape and well appointed, especially in the kitchen. The view and patio is very nice as you have a view of pool and slight peak of the ocean. The only challenge is that there is no AC in the bedroom and our stay included very high temps so the fans helped but overall the heat is something to note if you require AC in high temps.

After visiting Kihei for 20 years, we believe Kamaole Sands has the best features and value of all the properties we have visited. Located in South Kihei, it's walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants. Beautiful Kamaole Beach Park III is right across the street. Our ground floor unit is conveniently close to the pool. The ocean is in view from the lanai. Pricing is half of what other resorts charge two blocks south of Kamaole Sands.
