Our hosts were wonderful! They let us check in early and we LOVED the pico and chips waiting for us. Perfect touch. The condo location was exactly perfect; we walked everywhere!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Beach umbrella, beach towels, pool noodles, extra bags for bringing home groceries. Very well stocked! And the condo was spotless, perfectly clean. Would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a spacious, quiet and walkable location to downtown Cabo.

Quiet gated community with some long term return visitors at the pool area. Walkable to the mini marts and restaurants.

Great spot - highly recommend

Excellent location, Pedregal is very safe and it was a very short walk (5 min) to restaurants, shops and 10-15 to the Marina. The place is great - it worked really well for our family with AC in each room so we could control temperatures individually, a washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen. Pedregal offers a great private beach, playground for kids and a cafe that was well priced and delicious. Of course the pool at Andalaya was also super convenient. Hosts were very prompt and helpful to answer all questions. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back one day :-)

Fantastic location and condo complex

This condo and complex is beautiful and you cannot beat the location as we did not have a car as everything you need is walking distance. Our favourite hidden gem was Jo’s Garden which had great fresh food and pizza and very inexpensive.

Great property & location!

We were very pleased with our choice of this property. Condo was clean and as described. Property was secure and very quite, had the pool area to ourselves most days. 5 minute walk to the Marina District. Owners were easy to contact and responded to messages almost instantly. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet neighborhood stay

This was a great location for walking to town. We went to the organic food store everyday. Walked all over to beaches and restaurants and to our fishing boat date at the marina. The host was fantastic. Answered all my inquiries and gave us a great recommendation for my birthday dinner. The condo was very quiet at night which I loved. Kitchen very well stocked.

Fantastic! Perfect!

What a treat! Everything was perfecto....the pool area, the location, the security. My family had the best time staying here and I would highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Cabo San Lucas to STAY HERE! Todd is an amazing casita keeper and met all of our needs with accuracy and efficiency that made our stay even better! The location was perfect for a short walk to town and a nice walk to the public beach for days of lounging and snorkeling! The pool are was quiet and peaceful for soaking in the sun with a great book. We will be planning another trip to Cabo San Lucas soon and hope to be able to stay at the Andalaya Narciso in Pedregal!

Close to town, easy walk to food and entertainment.

Excellent location. There was a convenient store very nearby that was about one block away. The pool was clean and private with a bathroom nearby. The property manager was easily accessible and prompt to respond to questions. We felt secure and were near a gate where the security personnel assisted in getting a cab for us. Our stay was short so we didn’t have a chance to fish but look forward to doing so on a visit in the future. Definitely will stay here again. Very good value!

Relaxing atmosphere

Clean, comfortable and safe. The grounds were very well kept, maintenance is high on there list. Pool was very clean - beautiful. Todd (Property Mgr.) was extremely helpful. *Best margarita's are at the Monkey bar (little place on main strip- outside seating only).

We came to Cabo in 1982 when it was just a quiet, fishing village with one paved street and three hotels. When it started to grow rapidly, we figured we best buy a slice of heaven before it passed us by. We have stayed in a lot of locations in Cabo, but this was and still is the best location in Cabo. Close to everything, yet still very private.
