Nouvelle copropriété de luxe au coeur du centre-ville d'Asheville. Cette unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain a toutes les commodités haut de gamme que vous pouvez imaginer. Les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, la literie et les meubles créent un hébergement magnifique pour vous et vos proches pour vous détendre et vous amuser. Située au 5Úme étage, cette résidence dispose d'une cuisine complÚte, d'une salle à manger, d'un salon et d'un balcon. Vous tomberez amoureux de cette nouvelle copropriété et elle deviendra votre lieu d'hébergement habituel à Asheville.

Restaurants, boutiques, galeries, bars et vie nocturne sont tous à distance de marche de cette location. Les services de taxi Uber, Lyft et traditionnels sont tous disponibles dans la région et répondent rapidement. This condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the central location as our home base while exploring the Asheville area.We walked to the Irish Pub one night, and brought up food from the adjoining Asian Bowl restaurant downstairs.We felt very safe in this downtown location.The only negative is the noise in the morning from bus station.

Condo was clean and quiet. Neighborhood was sketchy. It was right across from the bus station, and we were harassed by unhoused people and people with drug problems/mental health issues. Definitely not somewhere I would stay with small children.

We walked all over town, this was the closest we’ve been able to stay and location was perfect. Just South of Patton, half a mile from Walnut, pet friendly, spacious condo with two large bathrooms.

Pre weekend trip

We stayed Wednesday thru Friday. The place is immaculate, very close to downtown, the beds are very comfy, rooms are very clean, beddings were fresh & fluffed, nice sunrise view from the terrace, kitchen was well equipped, and the best part; you can just walk to downtown, wicked weed brewery & many more. Love this place, we are definitely coming back!

Asheville Trip

The accommodations were exactly as described on the website. This was our first time to the western part of North Carolina. The city of Asheville was absolutely beautiful with many breweries in restaurants. If there was any drawback, I would say the property is located across the street from public transportation. They were certain times of the day where they were “undesirables walking around.

Great property, kinda rough neighborhood

This property was spotless & clean. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Location is just one block away from downtown. Asheville is so walkable. Only issue is the number of homeless in Asheville who chose to sleep in the doorways of the building and nearby. At night the general area felt a bit rough. BUT the building itself and parking was VERY secure. Balconies offered a lovely view as well.

Comfortable...great location

The location is the main asset of this lodging- a few blocks from all you want to see in downtown Asheville. We parked the car (note that there is only one parking place) and walked to a concert, shops, restaurants and pubs. The 5th floor view off the deck and bedroom windows was very nice. The building is new and very clean. The kitchen was very well outfitted, a tea kettle would be a great addition. Bathrooms are fresh and large. Agree with other reviewers that the bus station across the street did require all windows to be shut at night. While the bedrooms are both nice, note that one is a master suite and the other a smaller bedroom. Our main concern was the carpets, while beautiful, were a bit dangerous when they curl up or move. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the unit! Two things though: 1) We were having much difficulty breathing in the unit due to the awful perfume diffuser scent that was in both the bathroom and living room. Even though we put them both outside on the balcony during our stay the scent lingered and made us feel nausea esp in living room. 2) definitely need a sign to alert newcomers that oven fan swtitch is actually located on. microwave. Fire alarm went off due to fan not on being on while cooking!

Noise

Property was great, but the level of noise at night was unacceptable. Motorcycles running all night, being woken up at 1:30 and 3:00 am was unpleasant. Also local people that seemed to be vagrant drug abusers were were very disturbing. Many people in Asheville appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We were solicited for money by many of these people and experienced outburst by them, making for an unpleasant atmosphere. Will not return to Asheville.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I stayed here for a girl's trip. It was great. Perfect for two people, or even two couples, because both bathrooms are super spacious. We loved the balcony. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the management company was very responsive. As for the noise complaints in one of the reviews, yes, this is across from a bus station, but the apartment is in town. You're going to have noise in the heart of any city. The place is well constructed. There is no noise from neighboring apartments. Stay in the suburbs and drive everywhere if you don't want noise.
