Great location. Kitchen could use a few more basics for cooking. Other couple had to park in nearby garage because on only 1 parking pass but we all had access on our phones to the building. Loved that easy access to the park across the street for dog. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Mostly good experience. A few maintenance type issues need to be addressed for safety. Area rug in living room is curling in the corner on the way into primary bedroom - a trip hazard. Easily blew an outlet in primary bathroom while plugging in hair dryer. It also affected lamp on bedside nightstand nearest bathroom. Appreciate the quick response to repair. Very clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants, but very steep hills throughout area make walking quite strenuous. Security is great although there is a learning curve. Would stay there again!

Clean and convenient rooms and building.

Great location walking distance to downtown , clean, modern, comfortable and quiet except for a random guy playing on the street. We had problems with Paxton app at checkin. But Brandon stayed up late and helped us navigate and resolved issue. We didnt get in til after 10pm. Would have liked a phone number to call with an actual person, but texting through VRBO ultimately worked out. Bed was comfortable. Linens plentiful. Kitchen stocked. 2 king sized beds and one full sofa sleeper.

Great Location but Please upgrade

Very clean place in a great location with safe access. We had 4 adults and the living room furniture was not comfortable or enough for 4 adults. Please upgrade the sofa and add an additional chair. The sofa is very uncomfortable as other reviewers have also said. With these simple upgrades everyone would give it 5 stars all the time.

Fantastic!

Location! Walking distance to all restaurants shopping and bars in downtown Asheville. The checkin and parking app, was very easy. The unit was super clean, modern with typical amenities. Biltmore is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Leave your cares at home and the rest is in this unit!

My husband and I traveled with my parents. Having a king size bed in each one of the rooms was amazing. It was a selling point for us. Hehe. This place is beautiful. The little porch outside to sit and drink your coffee while you enjoy the beauty of the large tree that is changing colors since we went in autumn was a super treat. We were close to Black Mountain where we spent a day, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure, where we spent another day, and right down the street from the Biltmore, which we love. We will be coming again. There was nothing we did not love about this property. We have a Prius that connects and there was a charging station in the property so that worked beautifully too. We did not cook in the place because we were really wanting to vacation but there were plates and glasses and coffee and creamer and all the utensils to whip up a storm if that’s what you want to do.

While the building is secure, not being able to have more than one ‘key’ on a mobile device was not easy. I have a 4 star review because we had to always be together in order to get into the building. I think the key process needs changing.

Just down the hill

This is a great property in an excellent location. Just up the hill are all the stores, restaurants, etc. downtown Asheville has to offer. The digital access to parking and the building was seamless. Great communication from the manager. Wonderful place!

Weekend Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to visit Asheville for a weekend and loved the location of the unit. We have two kids (5 and 2) and were able to walk to anywhere we wanted - once we parked the car, we didn't use it until we went home. There was a sketch character outside of the complex who did try to break into a car (on a side street we saw from our balcony), but I think that was more of a random occurrence rather than something that happens on the regular because we saw people walking around all day.

Good condo in great location

This condo served our family of 4 well for our trip to Asheville. Unit had enough space to enjoy our downtime. Basic supplies like soaps, TP, coffee, etc. were provided to keep shopping needs to a minimum. Also included is a parking spot, which is beneficial in downtown Asheville. The location was the real highlight of this condo. It’s just a block off the main drag of downtown & at the southern end of the downtown area. This means your close to the action, but not right in the middle of it. There were no issues with noise at night, and you can walk to downtown in just a couple minutes.

Great place in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. The property is as described in a very walkable area in close proximity to the restaurants and breweries. Clean and bright condo. Only minor downside to be aware of is the walls are a little thin and you’ll hear folks walking around above you or the vacuums running early in the mornings but common to any condo.

The perfect spot for a weekend away!

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend away. The first thing we all commented on, was how clean it was. The location is perfect for folks wanting to walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. We would definitely return to this property for our next Asheville trip!

Wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Felt completely safe the entire time. Condo building is extremely secure. Perfect Asheville Location

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable & met all our needs. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Only challenge was that there were several key pad access points & the app would get finicky. I had to shut my phone down & restart it to get the app to work. As long as I did that, it worked fine. Would definitely go back. Great location to "see" Asheville.
