Grande villa de 5 chambres avec piscine, salle de jeux et excellente intimité

Niché dans la communauté Estates de Legacy Park près de Disney.

Restez dans notre maison de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains avec tout le confort pour jusqu'à 10 personnes.
La maison est située à environ 16 km des parcs à thème et des attractions de Disney.

Cette maison est livré avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une tanière, un accès Internet sans fil, un bar de petit déjeuner spacieux et salle à manger.
La maison dispose de 2 suites parentales; un à chaque étage.
Nous avons une autre chambre King ainsi que 2 chambres lits jumeaux; les jumeaux peuvent être faits pour les enfants selon les besoins.

Dans la grande salle, vous apprécierez la télévision par câble et Blu-ray de 55 pouces, avec vos amis et votre famille
La tanière est un endroit idéal pour les enfants, avec un téléviseur de 32 pouces, Xbox One, Roku (pour vos besoins de streaming) et une bibliothèque pour se détendre ailleurs.
La maison dispose également de deux salles à manger, une formelle et l'autre «coin» juste à côté de la cuisine.
Il y a aussi des tabourets de bar au comptoir du petit déjeuner, donc il y a beaucoup de sièges pour votre famille.

Dehors, il y a une grande terrasse avec une piscine fermée par écran avec bain à remous (la chaleur de la piscine est disponible en option).
La terrasse dispose de nombreux meubles de patio confortables pour se détendre, manger, prendre un bain de soleil ou se détendre sous la grande véranda couverte.
Un gril au propane est disponible. La maison a également une clôture de sécurité autour de la piscine pour la sécurité des enfants.

Le garage triple a été transformé en salle de jeux, où vous trouverez une table de billard, des tables de baby-foot et de hockey sur air. Avec une chaîne stéréo et une sélection de CD.

Il y a aussi une grande buanderie qui contient une laveuse / sécheuse, des paniers à linge, du fer et une planche à repasser et dans les nombreux placards de la villa, vous trouverez des serviettes et des draps.

Everything was as described. Nice pool and outside pool area with enough room for our party of 8. Close to Disney. Quiet neighborhood and was very relaxing. Would recommend this property to everyone. Steve and Denice were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect getaway!

This property was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. In close proximity to the Disney parks as well as the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to travel to the Orlando area!

Second wonderful stay

This is the second time we have been to this property and it was just as good as the first time. There were 7 adults on this trip and there was plenty of room and places to relax. Thanks to the owners for being so accommodating and making our holiday perfect.

Great location close to everything. My only issue was with the shower soap, super small bars, and lack of extra toilet tissue. We would rent here again.

Disney & Universal Trip

We booked to stay in the Villa for almost 2 weeks and had a fantastic time.The kids really enjoyed staying in this Villa and were amazed at the size of the rooms, and the pool made for some great fun times after returning from busy days at the parks.The location is nice and quiet and is convenient for all of the parks, only being about a 20 minute drive away. The booking process was easy and when we asked to make the odd change such as adding an extra day and then adding an extra person, the requests were quickly granted without any issues whatsoever.Communication with the owners was thorough and any questions we had were quickly answered. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property as a base in Orlando and will happily return for a future trip.

Wonderful property with plenty of room

We stayed May 14-21. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The lanai was a great gathering place at the end of the day. Loved the big kitchen. We were happy to see that one person in our party who uses a wheelchair was able to maneuver around easily once inside the house.

Vacation home close to theme parks

This home was very spacious and clean. We were able to spread out and enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. One thing to note though is there were no paper towels, extra toilet paper, dish detergent or laundry detergent. Those kinds of staples would have been helpful to have on hand.

We are not a hotel.

Just Perfect for Us!

This house worked out just perfectly for our party of 9 teens and adults. There is soooo much space we didn’t feel on top of each other. I also don’t feel we could beat the value. We were close enough to the parks that we didn’t feel like we spent alot of time driving but were still far enough away from the craziness in a quiet little neighborhood to get in some R&R. It was great to have a private pool! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved the house and would stay again

The house was immaculate and had all the amenities you could think of. Ten of us were more than comfortable. Every room was spacious, the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, the pool and hot tub were a pleasure. There was extra towels and bedding, the neighborhood was nice and very local to everything. We rent vacation houses often and this was by far our best stay. The property management called to check in. I would love the opportunity to rent again in the future.

Beautiful, spacious house

Absolutely loved our rental! This was my first time trying to book a house in Florida, and it couldn't have went better. The owner was very accomodating when our travel plans changed and allowed us to move our booking without issue. Once we got to the home, the check in process was easy with instructions being provided a few days before. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Our group of 9 had plenty of room and the home had everything we needed in order to make our vacation relaxing and easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the deck around the pool was spacious and provided ample seating and dining space. I can't say enough good things about this home. Our family loved it and we hope to rent again the next time we're in Florida. Legacy park is beautiful!

Beautiful Home and Nice Stay

We had a fabulous time at this Gorgeous Home. The kitchen was well furnished with all utensils, pans, etc. Make sure to bring your own spices, dish washing liquid, detergent, anything you want to cook with as there wasnt anything available (which is common for most vacatioin homes). The pool was amazing. The home was very spacious, large rooms. Game room was great! The only thing negative I have to add was that the matresses were really as bad as was mentioned in many reviews. I did speak with the host and mentioned this and he said that they were scheduled to replace these later this year, so that was good news as with comfortable Matresses this house would be AMAZINGLY PERFECT! Still highly recommend this home.

Florida Family Trip

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the size of the home and really made the best use out of the pool. The only suggestions I can make are be prepared to purchase paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. It is expected for you to start the laundry before you checkout but none is provided to you. I think that is cheap. All of the mattresses are solid hard and need a pillow topper or replaced with something not cheap. The outside pool area toys and floats need to be replaced as well. Other than that, we had a good stay and would stay again of the above were addressed.

Hi Donna Glad you enjoyed staying in our home. I would like to address some of the issues raised in your feedback. It is normal practice for rental accommodation to provide toilet rolls and bin bag and one dishwasher tablet on arrival. You as a guest are expected to buy the rest for your stay, you are renting the property not the added sundries. Yes you are expected to start a wash with the laundry detergent nothing out of the ordinary there, we rented over 20 years ago before buying a property and we expected to do the same, so nothing has changed. You mentioned outside pool toys - what outside pool toys, we do not purchase or provide those for your use, if you want them you buy them The ones that were there were most probably from the previous guest.
