Découvrez la splendeur tropicale de ce front de mer, exposition sud 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complète avec piscine chauffée et spa. Cette maison fortement nommée offre une suite de chambre à coucher principale et une suite d'invité, les deux avec des lits de roi! Les trois salles de bains ont une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne! Les caractéristiques modernes abondent dans sa propriété récemment mise à jour. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, système de son, téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteurs BluRay / DVD, nouveaux AC, Kayaks, vélos, meubles d'extérieur Polywood, et 3 chaises longues sur lanai. Ascenseur de quai récemment ajouté pour lancer facilement des kayaks pour pagayer sur le canal et ce que nous appelons «Dolphin Chasing»! OFFRE MAINTENANT changement alternatif / flexible au fil des jours. Voir les détails dans la section "Pourquoi cette propriété".

Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que les réparations liées à l'IRMA sont terminées et que la maison n'a jamais été aussi performante! Nous avons profité du temps de location pour faire une variété de mises à niveau, nous espérons que nos locataires apprécieront notamment une nouvelle piscine avec deux grands écrans, un nouvel éclairage paysager pour éclairer le dos, un nouveau tapis dans les chambres, un nouveau café sièges sur la véranda, et bien plus encore. Nos locataires 2018 auront vraiment une maison détendue et confortable pour rester pendant les vacances Marco Island!

Juste un commentaire ajouté sur la fonctionnalité de 3 salles de bains de notre propriété ... Quand nous avons commencé à louer des maisons à Marco il y a plusieurs années, nous avons toujours plaisanté: "Les enfants ne se sont pas dérangés en partageant une salle de bain avec grand-maman et grand-père!" Nous avons appris plus tard qu'ils ont vraiment fait attention ... grand choc! Donc, quand nous avons décidé d'acheter une place, nous devions avoir une maison avec trois salles de bains. Nous en sommes vraiment venus à apprécier lors de nos visites prolongées en famille, et nous sommes confiants que votre famille / vos amis apprécieront également l'intimité accrue grâce à 3 salles de bains.

The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved the pool, hot tub, and dock area with multiple spaces to hang out, as well as the many bikes available for exploring the island. The owners communicated well and you can tell that the property is well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Beautiful house, great space, great communication, the binder at the house was great. Everything worked like a charm. I would totally recommend it. The only thing is, I was a little taken aback that it sleeps 8, but you had to pay more for more than 4 people. Given the price already being paid, I would think that anything over 8 people would then be charged.

Unfortunately you sometimes have to deal with people who don’t understand how to rate properties or write reviews… says VRBO. Case in point… this guest finds an extra bed, not advertised in the listing because we limit our stays to 6 people. So, what do they do? They rate us a 4 out of 5 stars because they could have brought more people but didn’t. Let me be clear… our guest rates and extra guest fees are clearly disclosed in our listing. Our base price is targeted to 4 guests, with an extra charge for any additional guests up to 6 total guests. The existence of an additional bed is not relevant because it is incidental to our policy… its is simply an additional piece of furniture not pictured in our listing. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact us prior to your stay (or even during your stay if applicable), but please do not reduce our star rating because you got more than you expected.

60th Birthday Girls Trip

Friends and I came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and had a great time chilling at the pool and hot tub, kayaking and hitting all the fun spots in Marco. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Would highly recommend! Hope to come back again!

Amazing Home!!

This is our second time at this location and it is amazing!! Eric and Jean are awesome property managers and are always there to assist with any questions or concerns. The home is exactly as described, the location is perfect, and all of the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend and we will definitely return on our next trip to Marco Island!!

Family spring break

wonderful outdoor area by pool and deck with kayaks! Was impressed with all the bikes, and beach necessities! Property was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking/baking. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows, etc. Owners were wonderful on answering all questions quickly and easy to work with. Only downfall was a little far to walk with beach equipment to carry, but wonderful neighborhood/ area!

Wonderful Home

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and bikes. Everything was in wonderful condition. We thought we would spend more time at the beach but the house and pool were so comfortable we spent a couple days at the pool and skipped the beach. Amazing Home and Location!!

My wife and I stayed for a getaway week in April and the home is fabulous!! The location is perfect, the home is very well equipped and exactly as described, and the view from the lanai is amazing!! The garage contains everything you need for the beach and the bikes are quality units that we used each morning. The owners were very accommodating and fast with communication. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be planning another visit!!

Loved Marco!

This property was exactly as advertised. There are several expectations for your stay here, but they were very clear and easy to follow. We loved the kayaks (the lowering dock) and the bikes. It was so nice to have those to use whenever we wanted instead of having to rent them. Marco Island is a beautiful place!

Thanks for the review. Not entirely sure what you meant by "several expectations", but I will say for anyone reading this, you do have to be able to follow instructions on how to operate some of the various amenities in the home, including the Smart TV, the Spa, the dock lift, etc. I am happy to hear that you considered our instructions to be clear!

Excellent Location - Great House

We really enjoyed out stay! The house has everything you would need, including beach chairs, fishing gear (you just need live shrimp bait), beach towels, pool, hot tub, kayaks, bikes, etc. The house is well kept up and clean. The dock was in great shape, and the boat lift worked well, which meant getting the kayaks into the water we easy. Jean and Eric were also great to work with. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect House

The house was beautiful. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.Pool was nice especially with the hot tub. Beach was a little further than I anticipated but a nice bike ride away. Nice big beach with beautiful gulf water. The kayaks were a plus! both moms and the kids loved using them.

Thank you for your comments about our home and the amenities. That said and with all due respect, you should have been able to ascertain the location of our home prior to booking it. Citing location to reduce your rating to 4-stars like you did implies that we somehow misled you about the location, which is clearly not the case. By your logic, all of the homes further from the beach would only be 3 or 2 star homes. You should also consider that vicinity to the beach is also a determiner of rental price. There are many homes closer to the beach, with lessor amenities, but cost more than our property. Please keep this in mind when booking future properties and determining your rating.

Perfect Location For Our Family of Four

This was our fifth time staying on Marco Is., and our second renting a house. As our kids have aged into middle and high school, a vacation rental just make more sense than one of the expensive hotels or even condos right on the beach that can be double the price, and for a lot less space. This house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The bikes and kayaks were an excellent option for us each day, and Tigertail and South Beaches are just a short 5 min. drive away (beach chairs included!) The outdoor patio/pool/deck area was outstanding and a big reason why we choose the house. Eric and Jean were great hosts - easy to communicate with every step of the way.

After vacationing in Marco Island and renting homes over the last five years, we decided to try our hand at vacation ownership! We take a lot of pride in our property and use it for our own vacations as well. You should expect this unit to be very clean with comfortable beds, high quality bedding, a great selection of pillow types, etc... we know the value of getting a good nights sleep, especially when on vacation! We plan to rent the property about 20 weeks a year so that it doesn't get over used and will be something we can enjoy when we use it. We've hired a range of service providers to ensure the property is well kept and in great shape for every one of our guests.

We also are very active in the rental process and will be very open in communicating with our guests. We want this to be your best vacation experience ever, so our vision of being an owner is to establish a relationship with our guests so they know they have a place they can trust will deliver a fun, relaxed, stress free vacation location for years to come!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath property, which we think makes it great from a renters standpoint. Less bathroom sharing than the typical 3/2 you often find on the island. The southern exposure is great in the fall, winter and spring months ensuring sunshine on the lanai throughout the year.

NOW OFFERING alternative/flexible change over days(not applicable during Feb & March peak season). While most others go Saturday to Saturday, we've noticed that the best times to fly to Florida are often Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So, to allow potential guests to take advantage of more attractive air fares, we have opened up our change over dates during non-peak seasons to include any day of the week.
