Havre de Villa Angel sur le canal avec accès voilier

Cette maison meublée avec goût (environ 220 m²) dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Une piscine chauffée électriquement d'une longueur de 11 m et max. Une profondeur de 1,90 m vous invite également à une longue baignade. Choisissez votre spot solaire préféré sur le pont du bateau ou sur la terrasse face à la piscine. La verrière vous permet de prendre vos repas à l'extérieur toute l'année. Un gril à gaz est prêt pour vous.
La maison a été rénovée avec amour en 2009.
Le système de climatisation a été renouvelé en 2011. La cuisine est entièrement et généreusement équipée et ne laisse rien à désirer. Ici aussi, nous attachons de l'importance à la qualité. Les familles sont les bienvenues - un ensemble de base de jouets aquatiques, y compris Vous trouverez des aides à la natation dans la maison. Les plages de sable blanc de la côte du golfe sont facilement accessibles en bateau ou en voiture en 30 minutes environ.
Une grande expérience pour les enfants est le parc aquatique Sunsplash au nord de Cape Coral.

Feb.. 2020 stay in Cape Coral

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Angel’s Haven. THe house was very spacious. Would like to have seen a more Florida color and decor. Major drawback was the pool which was supposed to be heated. The heater was not working properly, and since the sun only shines in the pool area until about 1 in the afternoon, the water never got warm enough to enjoy swimming. Also the skimmer was broken, so the pool man could not vacuume the pool, he only brushed it down.. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenient location to area attractions. Also enjoyed being able to park 2 cars in the garage.

Hello Cheryl, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry that the pool heating and skimmer could not be repaired properly during the stay. It needed to be checked thorougly to see where the problem came from. It was done immediately after your stay and is fine now. Love the Sun!

We always enjoy leaving the north and heading to Florida. The property mgr. was Soooo helpful and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. He Explained all the pool problems and even came to see for himself on a Sunday afternoon and made sure the pool problems were addressed and taken care of. The house met all out needs and in a great location. Could really use some new bed linens but we bought our own. Other than that and the neighbors barking dog we had a wonderful time.

Das Haus ist super schön und groß. Die Lage im Ort ist ruhig im einer sehr schönen gepflWohngegend.

Wir haben uns ein Boot gemietet und sind damit durch die Kanäle und aufs Meer gefahren - traumhaft. Man kann schön Radfahrern in der ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage / 9 Nächte zu zweit in diesem Haus. Es ist alles in einem Top - Zustand, es gibt eine vollwertige Küche, einen Pool, eine Garage, zwei Bäder, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie drei Schlafzimmer. Zum Einkaufen ist ein Publix recht nahe, ein Walmart in einer Viertelstunde zu erreichen. Die Wohngegend an sich ist sehr ruhig, wer also fußläufig Party- und Nachtleben sucht sollte sich woanders besser aufgehoben fühlen, alle die auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung sind werden sich hier bestens aufgehoben fühlen. Da es von unserer Seite nichts zu beanstanden gab, angefangen über die hervorragende Herrichtung des Hauses, den netten Kontakt zu den Eigentümern sowie den problemlosen Checkin und Infos vorab würden wir uneingeschränkt wieder buchen.

Perfect Winter Getaway

We were so impressed with this home from the moment we walked in.The beautiful pool, patio and dock. The spacious and clean interior and the quiet location on the salt water canal. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the conviences of home and the beds were so comfortable. My husband really enjoyed just sitting on the dock in the back yard and catching some great fish. We saw dolphins swimming down our canal for the first couple weeks which was awesome. We are returning again next year and would recommend this home to anyone looking for quality and wonderful service from the property management company and the owners, We look forward to retuning again next year.

Wonderful Stay

We spent eight days at Villa Angels Haven and enjoyed ourselves so much. The property was just as it was described, clean, fully equipped and decorated so nicely. The pool was wonderful and we even saw a dolphin in the canal one day, what a treat. The property manager was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. When he came back for our departure process he made sure to ask if there were any items that needed to be replenished for the next guest. How disappointed we were when we got home and tried to book the same place for next year and found it was already rented but we can certainly understand why, wonderful place. The owner was fast to respond to our request to rent, very nice person. We will try to rent for the winter of 2018 as soon as the calendar becomes available.

Beautiful Cape Coral Rental Home

I rented this home in January of 2016 and was so pleased that I did. The house was spacious, very clean, and everything we needed was provided (beach towels, iron and ironing board, etc.) The neighborhood and canal were quiet, but you do need a car to see surrounding sites. Visit Matlacha Island, Wicked Dolphin rum tour, Sunset/Dolphin boat ride behind Rumrunners Rest. and get the seafood chowder on Pine Island at Capt. Cons! I received thorough communication beforehand from the thoughtful owners, and the renting service company was very efficient and helpful if we had any issues. It was a great price for a beautiful, relaxing get-away home.

Warm and comfortable

The home was very nice when we arrived. Really enjoyed the pool with the view of the canal beyond - especially when the grandchildren arrived (we set the temp at 85). For extra afternoon sun we sat on the deck on the canal. We visited the Rotary Park near by with trails and children's playground and found a lovely treed road to walk along and enjoyed visiting the marinas. We alternated home days with day trips of surrounding area like Busch gardens, Naples, and Punta Gorda. The owner provided great customer service.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren zu zweit fast 3 Wochen in dieser schönen Villa. Sehr gut eingerichtet (kein amerikanischer Plüsch u. Blümchenmuster), in europäischem Stil und farblich toll aufeiander abgestimmt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die wunderbaren Betten, wo man herrlich drin schläft. Keine durchgelegenen Matratzen und vor allem im Masterbedroom ein Kingsize- Bett, was man nicht in allen Häusern findet. Hier steht auch ein Fernseher. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut- man hat alles, was man braucht, vor allem, wenn man nicht immer essen gehen will (lohnt sich in den USA nicht wirklich). Genial ist der Gasgrill, da es hier das beste Fleisch überhaupt gibt. Man holt es praktischerweise bei Publix an der Frischetheke. Pool, Sonnenterrasse u. Außenbereich sind sehr gut konzipiert; man kann sogar ein paar Bahnen schwimmen. Der Pool ist beheizbar, was am Abend ein großer Vorteil ist. Sonne hat man bis nachmittags auf der Terrasse am Kanal. Zur Nachbarschaft können wir nichts sagen, da in der ganzen Zeit niemand da war. Sehr nette Hausverwalterin, die sich sofort kümmert, wenn man ein Problem hat, aber dezent im Hintergrund steht, was wir als äußerst angenehm empfanden. Die Wohngegend ist wunderschön. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u. zum Strand. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist der deutsche Bäcker (Del Prado, Ecke SE 47th), wenn man nicht das pappige amerikanische Brot essen will. Sie haben auch gute Wurst u. Käse. Wer Cape Coral kennt, weiß, dass es kein Ort für Partys ist- ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Für Shopping- Marathons (sind immer klasse), fährt man am besten nach Miami, Ft. Lauderdale oder Großraum Tampa/ St. Pete. Aber auch Miromar- u. Tanger-Outlet sind ganz gut. Fazit: Ein wunderschönes Haus für den perfekten Urlaub in sehr guter Wohngegend mit einem tollen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Sofort zu Hause fühlen

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus, das stielsicher eingerichtet umfängt ein sofort Wohlfühlen den Gast, mit einer hervorragend unaufdringlichen Hausverwaltung rundet sich das Bild perfekt ab. Sauberkeit beginnt hier vor der Garage und endet am Bootsdock umwerfend. So versorgt war der Urlaub wunderbar erholsam, Florida ist immer eine Reise wert, schönes abwechslungsreiches Land mit einer unglaublich ,liebenswerten und freundlichen Bevölkerung.

Wohlfühfaktor: Extrem hoch !

Wir sind bereits "Wiederholungstäter". Die Villa verfügt über eine sehr hochwertige Einrichtung. Von der modernen Küche über den großen Fachbildschirm bis hin zum praktischen Doppelwaschbecken im Masterbad. Der für "Cape-Coral-Verhältnisse" große Pool wie auch der Bootssteg sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Da wir in den letzten Jahren diverse Villen in Cape Coral angemietet hatten, ist die dritte Anmietung nur eine Frage der Zeit.........
