This place was a perfect vacation spot! The house is beautiful, with some stunning artwork. The amenities were excellent, and Jorge was a thoughtful and responsive host. We found it helpful to have a rental car when staying at this location.

This house was amazing and a highlight of our trip, the host was very friendly and accommodating. It was a perfect house for a family of 7, and we had so much fun using the pool, sitting by the water, and playing pool. It’s so close to the airport and not too far from a lot of hot spots.

Our host was fantastic! Great communication. House was beautiful, as well as the pool area! Views of the lagoon and wildlife- very memorable. Close to everything- beaches, Old San Juan, restaurants, the Convention Center. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

Amazing place in puerto rico

The host is amazing left a birthday cake for me and snacks. The place is absolutely beautiful with so much natural lighting. I would 10/10 recommend staying here

Amazing time in PR

This lovely home sits right on the water. It has a lush garden like pool that reminds one of Hawaii. The open floor plans and luxurious bathrooms can’t be beat. We highly recommend this place.

My family have stayed in a number of rentals in the Caribbean and this house was by far our favorite. The photos don't fully do it justice. It's a beautiful home and an amazing pool which has great outdoor amenities like a mini fridge and showers. The location was perfect for our family. Close to San Juan with cheap Ubers and close enough to places like El Yunque and Cuevo del Indio. We got to enjoy the nightlife of La Placita, and there's lots of great food options nearby. Even though there were water disruptions Island-wide during our stay we never noticed because the house is equipped for this and avg per outages. Overall, we enjoyed our days staying in this beautiful home more than our days exploring. The host is super communicative and we never needed for anything.

Amazing stay ‘

Check in was a great and easy process. The house was very spacious and clean . The outside area was amazing with many areas to hang out outside . The pool was clean and there was even floaters for the guests ! Overall the house was clean and an amazing stay ! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Beautiful home

Loved our stay as a home base while in San Juan. The house was beautiful and well appointed. Great communication from host with a minor problem he helped us fix. Very close to airport which was good for us but planes do fly overhead and were noisy at times.

What a great stay!

The house is even better in person! Feels straight out of a movie. Pool was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Could not have asked for a better experience. Such a great stay. Easy, fast communication with host before, during, and after. Definitely recommend!

BEST HOST EVER!!

Jorge was not only VERY attentive and helpful he has a GREAT home very clean and welcoming. Really comfortable for my family size of 6. I asked Jorge suggestions and he answered promptly and he left refreshing and water which came in handy right after that long flight. I definitely would stay here again.

A great time with family

Nice setting, a lot to do. The house is very convenient to accommodate everyone in the family. A lot of bath towels but not enough for the kitchen (no dishwasher) and the beach or swimming pool. Otherwise, a wonderful place.

Highly Recommend!!!

This Villa was incredible and I would highly recommend staying here for anyone coming to PR / San Juan area. We had a group of 9 people and it was more than enough space for all of us. Everything is exactly as advertised in the pictures. It is very close to Old San Juan where the main restaurant / bar scene is, and it was super easy to get Ubers to and from if you don't have a car. Jorge was incredibly available and responsive for our entire stay, and provided great recommendations, options for activities, car services, etc.

Great family getaway with quick access to airport

We appreciated the house's proximity to the airport since we had a family member arrive midway through our vacation.The villa is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was great to cool off in the pool after each activity-filled (hot) day. The house has beach chairs and a cooler which was perfect for day trips to the beach. We spent the evenings playing pool and my husband ended each evening fishing off the dock where he almost caught a caiman. Thank you Jorge for a great week.

So relaxing

There were 8 people in our group and there was so much room to spread out. Open air concept was huge so we could all be doing something in pairs or as a group. The pool was excellent as was the entire pool area. We loved the gated community and it was so close to everything we wanted to see and visit.. the owner is getting a boat to offer for returning or new clients. Jorge was the most gracious and wonderful host. Actually one of the best!!!

Jorge is an excellent host and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. This place is perfect for anyone who loves swimming and beautiful waterfront views. There’s truly no reason to leave the property except to explore the island, it has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation.
