Deux chambres, deux salles de bain, condo avec vue sur la mer Ă  Castle Reef souhaitable. l'unitĂ© est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage et a un accĂšs rapide et facile Ă  la piscine, Ă  la plage et au parking sans utiliser d'ascenseurs si vous ĂȘtes enclin Ă  marcher sur la courte distance. L'unitĂ© regarde par le belvĂ©dĂšre dans la piscine. L'unitĂ© a une belle vue sur la piscine et l'ocĂ©an et sur toute la terrasse de la piscine. Complexe dispose de deux piscines - y compris les enfants. UnitĂ© au 2e Ă©tage prĂšs de l'escalier - accĂšs facile Ă  la plage et Ă  la piscine. New Symrna est le choix de la section locale d'Orlando. L'unitĂ© est mise Ă  jour avec une nouvelle cuisine et bains - trĂšs bien meublĂ©e. Grande pĂȘche bleue juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la plage. Les animaux ne sont pas autorisĂ©s par les statuts de l'association de copropriĂ©tĂ©, dĂ©solĂ©.

Excellent stay!

Condo is just as described, extremely well stocked and steps to the beach. We loved being able to sit at the pool and see the beach. Kids had everything they could need in the condo. We are planning our next trip back!

Great place to stay

The condo was exactly has shown in pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Absolutely loved sitting at the pool everyday while seeing and listening to the waves at the ocean. Would definitely want to stay there again. Thank you Bill!!

Great family trip

Our family of four came down to New Smyrna for spring break. Castle Reef is a great property. The pool is great and access to the beach was a breeze. Our kids bounced between the pool and beach every couple hours :)This unit met all of our needs for the week. Unit location was perfect being so close to the pool and just one level up. Host was very responsive. Unit could use some updating but we found it to be just fine for our needs. Majority of our time was spent outside enjoying the sunshine!

I love the pool area and beach access. The unit was not very clean. There was hair left on the floors in the corner of the living. Guest bath toilet not clean on front or behind. There was no porch lite and disgusting trash in bath can. No pillow protector s light

Spring Break

Beautiful location right on the beach, quiet, and family friendly. The actual condo was definitely outdated and lacked the simple comforts like clean rugs in the kitchen and living room (the area rug in the living room was honestly gross and should be thrown away- not used in a vacation property). The table and chairs on the balcony also left a lot to be desired, but were functional albeit unstable. Pillows in the master bedroom were flat and uncomfortable - wish we had brought our own. Didn't seem to have thorough cleaning before we checked in as we found old food on the floor around the furniture in the living room. Were thankful to find some beach chairs in the closet. Overall, New Smyrna was a great place to visit, and this condo was fine for the amount of time that we spent in it. Owner was easy to get ahold of and parking/check in was simple and convenient.

Fantastic location

This property is in a wonderful location with view of ocean and pool is oceanfront so you can sit at the pool and look at the beach. Condo is cozy and has everything you’ll need.

Very nice place

Very nice two bedroom with a great ocean view and pool. The owner was extremely nice. Residents in building were very friendly and fun. I will miss them. I recommend this rental.

First timer

We arrived late on a Saturday night and discovered several cleaning issues with this property. I reached out to the property owner immediately by phone. He was supportive, offered compensation, and hired a cleaning crew to come in and clean. Our vacation ended better than it started.

Ideal beach condo even in winter

The beach was not crowded and it is right there, loved hearing the waves in bed. Even on chillier days we enjoyed the heated saltwater pool. Landlord went above and beyond for us. Apartment is high quality and spacious and better equipped than most. Nice supermarket, beach store, Italian restaurant right across the road, but otherwise just far enough out of town to feel peaceful.

Great condo...everything was easy from the time of rental. Said no chairs but there were chairs. Would stay again. And it was nice having the dollar general across the street.

Two months of heaven!

From booking through the stay, our time at Castle Reef #230 was a truly brilliant experience. Bill was a gracious host, available whenever I had a question. The condo itself was comfortable and afforded a quick minute walk across the well landscaped grounds to the beach, which I took advantage of daily to watch dawn break And beach walk. Directly across the road is a small shopping area with a Dollar General which serves most grocery needs; Publix is a short two mile walk for greater selection. We opted to be without a car while here and had no difficulty getting whatever we needed. New friends have been made here at Castle Reef and I hope to return in a couple months....it's THAT special. Thank you, Bill for making these last couple months available!

Great property right on the beach

We had a wonderful stay in condo 230! Condo had everything we needed and was just steps from the pool and ocean. Communicated directly with the owner Bill who was wonderful to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our two week stay at Condo over Christmas. Had up to six people at times, including twin 8 yr olds. It was nice to have a condo near the pool and direct Ocean access. The condo was well equipped. The complex is well maintained, there was very little competition for use of the heated pool, gas grills or clubhouse during our stay with the grandchildren. I think the best part of this rental was the ease of communicating with and being able to make small changes with the owner.

Great view and just steps to the ocean and to the pool.

We stayed at this condo for over 10 days and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that we could see the ocean from the living room and from the balcony and the grandkids really enjoyed the swimming pools.

Couldn't Have Asked for More!

We just got home from spending 3 wonderful nights at this condo. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and was one of the most convienent in the complex. Being on the second floor provided a view of the ocean but allowed us to utilize the stairs instead of the elevator. The grounds are kept beautifully as are the pool and commons area. The unit itself was in excellent shape with everything working. The location of the complex is directly across from a grocery store so you can always pick something up in a pinch. The fact that you are on the "no drive" part of the beach is a big plus for people who want a quiet, enjoyable vacation. We are big frisbee players and the length of the beach plus the hard packed sand made it perfect for our enjoyment. Can't wait to go back...soon!
