Hidden Beach Retreat offered by Beach Time Rentals

There's no better way to enjoy the beach!

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers plenty of space and privacy for your family vacation.
Primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds and a hallway bathroom. The Living room has a Sleeper sofa.

The dining area seats 6 guests. Living area is open and has comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen.

Spectacular partial beach view from your own private balcony.

This property is complete with all the luxuries and more one would expect, providing an ideal location for a fun relaxing wonderful getaway!

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset or walk to many restaurants and shops. This unit is located in North Clearwater Beach about 4 blocks from the Pier. It is the best location you could be i.

Unit is located on the second floor, there is no elevator here.

The beach is just 20 yards away!

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Communication was excellent! Because of an impending snowstorm at home, we were concerned our flight might be canceled. They worked with us and were going to help us have a place to stay if we were “stranded” in FL! (Unfortunately, our flight got out!)

This was just the right condo for 4 people looking to escape the snow for a few days. Steps to the beach and good options for dining out. The property shows signs of wear & tear but was clean and comfortable.

Clearwater Beach

This property was steps away from the beach. Having morning coffee on the deck was amazing seeing the dolphins in water in front of our place.The place was very clean and had beach chairs and beach towels available to use.The property managers were so polite and very quick to respond to any questions, not to mention how nice they were on site.The entire complex was super clean. Needless to say we will be back.Overall a great experience!

Plenty of room!!

Stay started a little rough. The area rug was wet and stinky, but they got it resolved very quickly. Awesome area, nice short walk to the beach.

Beautiful location and Clean condo

This was in a quiet part of the beach. The apartment had TV's in every room! It was great for everyone to be able to watch what they wanted. The pool was warm. Food nearby. Great location and great condo.

Great experience. We had our 3 kids with us on our family vacation and the location of this condo is a great location with the beach within a short walk and the pool being in great condition. Also with the park across the street, it added to great experience with the kids. Would definitely come back.
