Condo luxueux avec tout le confort de la maison. Magnifique condo avec plafonds cathédrale. Calme, dernier étage, coin, unité. Cheminée. La chambre principale a un lit californien. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et des lits superposés. Canapé-lit queen-size avec matelas amélioré. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo. Grands téléviseurs à écran plat. Le bain à remous n'est qu'à quelques pas. Barbecue à gaz sur le balcon. Wifi gratuit. Le bâtiment voisin a plus de bains à remous extérieurs, une salle d'exercice, un hammam, un sauna et une salle de jeux avec baby-foot, billard et air hockey. We had a thirty day rental and the condo felt like home. It was very nice and clean. Great location to catch local free busses and the trolley. The property manager was very efficient and attentive. The washer and dryer were easy to use. Having a parking garage was a bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to my friends or family.

Wonderful Breckenridge!

We chose this location because it could accommodate us and our three adult sons comfortably and we knew from previous trips that the location was near the features we most wanted. Walkability to the downtown area was excellent.

Excellent Location

This condo is a walk away from all of the shops on Main Street and Beaver run ski locations. The property manager was amazing and the home was welcoming. Great stay!!

Awesome Breckenridge condo!

This property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for getting onto the slopes or into town. The host was extremely responsive. Highly recommended staying here!

Hello from Breckenridge! Being one of the lucky ones as a Colorado Native, I've enjoyed Breckenridge and Summit County since I was just a child. In 2005 my family and I moved to Breckenridge to enjoy all that this wonderful community offers. I'm an avid skier and enjoy both alpine and Nordic skiing. One of my favorite things is volunteering with Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center giving skiing experiences for individuals with disabilities and special needs. In the Summertime you will find me hiking or biking on many of our amazing trails.

As a real estate broker, my relationship with these owners began in 2014 when I was first introduced to these ten owners who met through a college fraternity, and have maintained their friendship through the years.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us, and we thank you for choosing to stay at this wonderful condo!
