Dream

Our first vacation to St. Pete was an absolute dream. This property is an absolute oasis from the moment you walk through the front door all the way to the back yard. It’s a short drive away from the beach, if you even make it there. We stayed for 6 days at the end of June and have thought about how we can get back there everyday since we left. We enjoyed it so much we still don’t think it’s real. Anybody that chooses to stay, will not regret it! Get a little taste of paradise if you dare!

Hidden Gem

Almost don't wan't to write this review. Don't want to let the secret out. You would never know that a tropical paradise awaits you just steps into your backyard. We spent more time AT this rental that we ever have in the past. It was just so nice to sit in the backyard and soak in the beautiful surroundings that we came away from the beach every afternoon to do just that. The home itself was immaculate and very comfortable. The rental is in such a convenient location. Easy to drive to many major attractions/beaches as well as a walk away from many restaurants and a beautiful sunset. The owners are very friendly and very responsive to any questions. A wonderful place to stay.

Paradise!

Loved staying here! Perfect beach getaway with a beautiful pool, tiki bar & outdoor kitchen with 2 grills! When you are in the back yard it is a little piece of paradise! Secluded & private since we were only people (Husband & I) staying on property. Can’t wait to book again!

We Loved this place!

Great little bungalow for two! We just spent 7 nights and can't wait to go back. Nicely decorated, WiFi, flat screen TV, backyard paradise with pool, TV's, gas grill and a Green Egg ceramic kamado-style charcoal grill. Jane is very nice and checked in with us. We walked to Upham beach, Willies Bar, Crab Daddys, and Woodys Waterfront. Short drive to Pass-a-Grill, Mederia Beach and Treasure Island. Truly Wonderful!

Perfect

We absolutely loved staying at the bungalow. Jane and Kevin are wonderfully attentive owners! And their maintenance guy, Steve, is there to help you with maintenance issues as well as being a super resource for where to go and what to check out! It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and was in a great location! We’re in love with the outdoor area, designed with the pool, deck, and tiki hut. Upham Beach, Corey Ave, an Italian bakery/deli, restaurants, ice cream, live music...all within walking distance. We also were a close drive to stores for necessities. We rented a car at the airport, but when we return, we might just rely on a shuttle to and from the airport. You can rent bikes, scooters, and cars right in this vicinity. People were friendly everywhere we went. We are definitely returning, again and again!

Spent three weeks at this great beach bungalow. Loved it from the moment we walked in. Great location, short walk to beach and many restaurants. Place is very roomy for two people and the backyard is an added bonus. A tropical paradise. Jane was so very accommodating and very easy to contact. Just loved it!

Truly Paradise

We loved this place. It was truly paradise! The house was very clean. It has a beautiful built in pool and an awesome tiki hut bar with three TVs, a grill and a sink. The owner, Jane and Kevin, were very attentive to our stay. They texted me a couple of times just to make sure everything was okay and to see if there was anything we needed. It has an ideal location, too. It’s one block to the beautiful beach and walking distance to lots of awesome restaurants. It definitely exceeded our expectations! We are new owners of this property currently living in New York, but are frequent visitors to St. Pete Beach both for work and family matters. We are very excited to share this beautiful property with renters. We fell in love with this home as soon as we saw it and are sure others will also love this little oasis in St. Pete Beach.

After looking at this property online, we contacted the previous owner during a trip to St. Pete to see family in the area. We went to see the property and fell in love with it instantly. We can't wait to enjoy it with our sons and extended family, but wanted to share it with renters when we are not enjoying it ourselves.

We loved most everything about this place as soon as we saw it...the pool, the plants, the colors and the amount of workmanship that went in to restoring this home while keeping it's charm and character.
