Welcome to St Petersburg!!! enjoy this cozy unit with the amenities you need to stay, relax, and enjoy some of the best beaches of USA. we are conveniently located just 6 miles from St Pete beach, 5.4 miles from Madeira Beach, 7 miles from John’s pass village and 8 miles from St Pete Downtown and the Pier.

Please note that we offer washer and drier for customers staying 7 days or more.

The space
A primary bedroom has one queen bed for two . The secondary room has a full bed and twin bed on a bunk beds setup.

Wonderful time

Very nice place for a couple. It's just a bit of a drive to the beach, but it's a quiet neighborhood, with very responsive hosts.

Nice Place To Stay

This property was very nice, had lots of room, even though it was a small place. The updates are nice throughout and the beaches are really only a short 10 minute drive. There are other things to do close to the property too. I would recommend this to others!

Everything was so clean, I felt like home from the start, the communication was super clear and the extras help a lot! They put extra beach towels and even a couple chairs, umbrella and a cooler, that make my days so easy and comfortable, I’ll definitely be back.

Good location, easy to get around to stores. Only problem is we couldn't get the tv to work, we are in our late 70s and only have a tv at home with basic channel's

Small, cute place with quick access to the beach.

Stayed here for a week looking for a place to just sleep while spending long days at the beach. The rooms were all clean and the bathroom was very nice for showers. Trips to the beach were fast and the included beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Publix and Dunkin Donuts are really close by, along with lots of great restaurants. It had everything we needed minus a washer and dryer inside. I didn’t realize this place was a duplex when I booked it and we could hear people talking nearby us at times. It was overall a good experience for the price and you’ll need some serious luck to find anything cheaper this close to the water.

Towels

There could have been a few more towels for us to use. We were three adults and I use two full size towels each shower, we had one each with a hand towel, I made it work but would have liked two full towels. Other wise it was great! Was in my sons area so very convenient. I would choose it again!!

Rocky start

We got off to a rocky start due to lack of communication. The home was clean and matched the online pictures. The ad states this home has a washer and dryer. While it does, it is not in the unit and is shared by 2 or more other units. Not a deal breaker but would have been good to know. Getting to the unit is a little tricky. You have to walk along cement pavers that are a bit spread out and balance on small white rocks if you miss a step. The shower could use a shower head designed for low water pressure and the bathroom sink does not drain well. Both, minor inconveniences. The air conditioner does a fabulous job keeping the living room and back bedroom cool. If you prefer a warmer room to sleep in, the bedroom just off of the living room is what you’ll want. Overall, this property functioned as we needed.

Family visit

Stayed in St Pete to visit my adult daughter and her BF. We stayed with them during the day went back to the rental to sleep since my daughter doesn’t have room for us to sleep. The location of this house was perfect. It was 5 minutes away with great breakfast options on the way.
