Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate so didn’t have any beach or pool time but enjoyed the condo and had good time anyway. Great location as convenient to all.

This unit is very updated and nice! We saw inside a few other units and this was much nicer. The whole property is great and very family friendly. We loved that we were in the no driving part to the beach. We will be coming back again and again!

The property is amazing. The beach is the best beach I ve ever walked on (and I’ve been walking beaches for years). We loved exploring the area. Our balcony received morning sun and it was wonderful to sit out there and enjoy our coffee, read, or just chill. This was our first trip to new Smyrna and we loved it

Beautiful location and accommodations

This condo was very nicely appointed and maintained. Also, the amenities were also nicely maintained. The view from the balcony is very nice. The use of a luggage cart was very helpful! I also appreciated not having to pack beach/pool towels.

Family Friendly Condo on the Beach!

Super clean, tastefully decorated and recently updated-all for an amazingly reasonable price! Our family of four had plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring all New Smyrna has to offer. We took advantage of the beautiful beach and had a blast with some epic shuffle board tournaments. Our only disappointment was the “seasonably heated” pool was not heated during our stay due to a stretch of cooler weather. However, we would still highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the beach!!

Incredible Condo

We had the best time at our stay in this condo. We come to NSB once a year to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach/warm weather. This condo was perfect for my family of 5. It was impeccably clean. We loved being on the high floor with the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It was a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Additionally, the condo was fully updated with an amazing master suite. My three kids loved the bunk beds and the queen bed in the guest suite. Additionally, there were all the amenities that we would need for the beach including coolers! Would highly recommend.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Condo was clean and spacious with an awesome location. It has everything you need. Enjoyed getting up every morning to watch the sunrise over the water. My family & I had a perfect weekend. The condo was also well decorated & updated, while still feeling cozy. It felt like a second home. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a beach getaway with family and friends

Location was perfect as far away from a lot of activity on the beach. Property felt safe and secure as well very clean along with security to make sure pool was closed on time and only renters could use the amenities.
