Family Trip

This townhouse suited our needs perfectly. With one couple and two individual adults the three bed/three bath was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and convenient to attractions.

Nice Housing for Attending Conference

This was a nice place for our family to stay while we attended a conference. Plenty og bathrooms to shower, quiet community, able to walk to a nearby drugstore to purchase a few things, near plenty of stores and activities, suited our needs well.

This VRBO was in a great location (close to Universal) and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We will be looking to book from this company again when we return ro Florida next October.

Great stay and location

The place looked like the pictures! Clean when we arrived and they even left us a package of Oreos as a welcome gift!! It was easy to check in. We used the grocery delivery which was AMAZING. It was super close to the event we were going to so we just walked. I would stay here again!

Only one "llittle" issue

We loved the location and the property. The furnishings were great, comfortable beds and plenty of seating in the living room. Our only problem was the upstairs bedrooms were warm. The ceiling fans and closing the blinds made it much better. We would stay there again!

Great location and amenities

The location of the condo was perfect. Easy access to Disney, Universal Studios and so much more. The condo was not clean when we arrived. Lots of greasy handprints on the mirror, tables were dirty. And the condition of the paint, bathroom fixtures, etc. were not up to the standard portrayed in the photos. I also was upset that I was not made aware before arriving that I would need to provide toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. and that the property did not supply any of these things. However, the condo was spacious and the layout fit well for our family of 6.

Needs Work and Deep Cleaning

The property was not terribly clean. The floors definitely had not been washed and the white woodwork and doors had visible layers of dust on them. The areas that were carpeted were disgusting. One of the 8 toilet paper rolls provided looked like it had been dropped into water and dried. The manager did send someone the next day, which was appreciated. However, when a customer pays a hefty cleaning fee, you expect it to be well-cleaned. There were also many nicks and dings in the paint and the stove/oven was wobbly. This place was fine but I wouldn't rent it again.

As with the other units, I wish it had a little more ammenities like more than one towel for the kitchen, a dish rag would have been nice, etc. It is close to the road so it can sometimes get a little noisy.
