Cosy Clean and Quiet 2 Bed / 1 Bath Home. À quelques pas du lac et du parc!

Située à moins d'un pâté de maisons du parc des anciens combattants Dwayne Webster et du lac Loveland, cette maison a été entièrement mise à jour avec de nouveaux revêtements de sol, de la peinture et des appareils, y compris un chauffe-eau sans réservoir pour de longues douches chaudes. La chambre principale a un lit queen et un grand dressing. La deuxième chambre et le canapé-lit ont des matelas pleine grandeur pour un hébergement confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La cuisine a un nouveau grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière à gaz, une cafetière Keurig, un micro-ondes et un grille-pain pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Le salon dispose d'une télévision avec antenne HD pour les stations locales et d'Apple TV pour accéder à vos comptes Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime et plus encore. Connectez-vous à la barre de son Bluetooth pour écouter toute votre musique. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une nouvelle douche à l'italienne, une laveuse et une sécheuse à chargement frontal, une terrasse avec barbecue au charbon de bois, un parking couvert et une zone clôturée pour les animaux de compagnie.

À distance de marche du centre-ville de Loveland avec restaurants, boutiques, brasseries et plus encore. Juste une courte distance en voiture de Old Town Ft. Collins et CSU (~ 25 min), Estes Park (~ 45 min) et Rocky Mountain National Park (~ 1 h). Denver et DIA sont tous deux à moins d'une heure de route. This is a cute little place. Perfect spot for our family while staying in Loveland. The beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The park/playground is a short walk away and sunset strolls along the lake were a great way to end our evenings. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive.

Great central location...close to everything. Cute little home that has everything you need & pet friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great Thanksgiving dinner!

Lil home away from home

Our family (husband, daughter, wife and 2 dogs), stayed here for 5 days. It was perfect the house had everything that we needed, the communication with our host was great. The location was great, we where so close to all the hiking trails and activities, but also to shops and every day things.This is definitely a i would return here if i uad the chance again.

I love it because they accommodate your dog needs, very rare you see this they had stain remover, cage, and bags very attentive thanks so much.I would come back.

Very good house/town

Neighborhood and community were great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Centrally located to tons of things and sites. Good restaurants and shopping. Owner was very nice and even accommodated our schedule. Highly recommend this place and house.

Quiet, private place close to the lake

The house is clean and quiet, and set back a little from the street which makes it feel more private. We were in town for a wedding and family reunion, and this was a great location for us - close to everything. Tucker our host was very responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend this property!

Exactly what we needed!

The property is clean and cozy — nice enough to feel like I’m on vacation, casual enough to be relaxed. We needed to be close to the hospital, and this was about 10 min away but still in a great little quiet, old neighborhood very close to good non-chain restaurants, etc. I wish we’d had time to explore more - we hope to return for another visit in the future!

Just right!

This cute and cozy retreat was perfect! Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk to Lake Loveland and a small park, and close to various eateries were all bonuses for our family. Our small dog appreciated the many neighborly streets to explore,too.

Quick Visit to Loveland

This was a nice little house! I really enjoyed that we were able to bring our animals with, without having to pay an arm and a leg, and a major plus a little fenced in yard to let them out! The shower was GREAT!! There was an ant problem and my youngest daughter just happens to be TERRIFIED of ants!! Overall we had a pretty great stay!!

The interaction with Tucker was wonderful. We checked in like planned, and were able to meet our obligations within the community on time! The only negative, and I do mean the only, was the surfaces could have used a better cleaning. I will keep this property on my preferred list!

I couldn’t stay here because the owner texted me the same day that there was a sewage backup on n the house and I would be ready for our stay. Very dissatisfied. I had to stay in a hotel instead. 🥵

Great place for dogs and close to CSU

This was a perfect house to stay at and visit my daughter at CSU University I traveled with two small dogs and there was a nice fenced in backyard for them the house was very cute and in a great neighborhood it was absolutely perfect would stay here again in a heartbeat

Sure worked for us!

Tucker has a very user friendly small home with a warm and inviting interior. With all the comforts needed to make your stay here feel like a home you have lived in for quite awhile. We stayed here for 8 days while visiting our Daughter and her husband and awaiting the arrival of our 1st grandchild. Though we didn't stay in the home that long during the days, it was always a welcomed relief to walk back through the front door knowing everything in the home worked the way you expect and could just kick back and relax.

Wonderful Place

Wonderful place to stay, especially for a couple. Has everything you need and only about 50mins to Estes Park. The place was clean and has been renovated on the inside. Loveland has many places to shop and eat as well. Communication with the owner was great. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.
