On the other hand, I want to offer my sincerest apologies for the shortage of supplies and the issue with the washing machine. My goal is for our guests to never have to worry about basics like paper or soap, and I am truly sorry we fell short during your stay. Regarding the leak, thank you for letting us know. Our maintenance team is already working on it to ensure everything is in perfect condition for your next visit. I’m very sorry you weren’t able to finish your laundry before heading out; I know how helpful it is to go back home with everything ready.
