Pinehill 4: Magnifique condo de 3 chambres, pour 8 personnes, très bien situé, dans le village!

Bienvenue à Lake Placid et à notre magnifique condo, Pinehill 4! Notre condo sur 3 niveaux dispose de 3 chambres très joliment décorées pouvant accueillir 8 personnes au total. Le niveau supérieur a 2 chambres avec 2 lits queen et lits superposés et une salle de bain complète partagée tandis que le niveau inférieur a une chambre quuen privée et salle de bain complète. Notre niveau intermédiaire comprend la cuisine, la demi-salle de bain, le salon et la terrasse. Il y a une cuisine complète avec une table de salle à manger pour 6-8 et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner. Nous avons également 2 places de parking privées et des zones de stockage pour vos vélos ou skis / snowboards.

Nous sommes dans un excellent emplacement à environ 1/2 mile du cœur de la ville à environ 5-10 minutes à pied, selon l'endroit où vous voulez aller. Nous sommes très proches de tout, y compris le Complexe Olympique de Saut; Musée olympique du Centre olympique de Lake Placid; Ski de fond; Whiteface Mountain; Gorges de High Falls; Complexe sportif olympique abritant le centre de ski de fond et de biathlon et les pistes combinées de bobsleigh / skeleton / luge; Lac Miroir; Centre équin des Adirondacks; terrains de golf et bien plus encore! Nous sommes à environ 3 minutes à pied d'un excellent restaurant, Lisa G.

Comfy, homey, and convenient

We enjoyed our time at Pinehill and found the furnishings comfortable and homey. The walk into Lake Placid was pleasant, and we also enjoyed the nearby running/walking path. Apparently we arrived just ahead of the summer crowd, which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful area to visit.

Perfect Lake Placid Getaway

Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this is a beautiful townhome within walking distance to downtown. Beautifully appointed and spacious. It was a perfect base for our daily outings and a pleasure to return to every evening. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.You cannot go wrong with this property.

Weekend at Lake Placid

Nice place, good location within walking distance to main streets. We were in town for the Ski Jumping World Cup. Enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay again.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. With Mother Nature throwing us a curveball with more than 12 inches of snow we had plenty to keep us busy with games to play and a dvd player to watch movies. Love the proximity to town and Whiteface Mountain. We definitely would stay here again next time we are in Lake Placid.

Nice location and layout for our group, excellent communication with the property manager, window A/C units in both upstairs bedrooms and the living room were great help for the one hot day, downstairs stayed cool and comfortable throughout.

Hockey Tournament Weekend

We all had plenty of space at the condo and enjoyed our stay. We were happy that we could adjust temperature in individual rooms, wash clothes in the laundry area, and get in and out of town quickly and easily! Everything we needed was here, with more than enough extra blankets, pillows, and towels.Very cozy and comfortable!

Christmas in Lake Placid

Visited Lake Placid to ski, snowshoe and hike. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but the ease of access to the village helped to save the day and allowed us to walk to Main Street and explore the shops and restaurants. I’d love to come back to experience a snowier time with better outdoor options and won't hesitate to stay here again.

Ski weekend

Great location. Town is walkable from the unit and it is a nice community with pine trees. We were in town to ski at Whiteface. By coincidence the University Games were in town, so we took in figure skating, Super G and ski jumping as well. A great long weekend in Lake Placid!

Nice place!

The owners/rental manager were very accommodating. The decor reminds me of a themed bed and breakfast - outdoorsy and a reminder that you're in the Adirondacks. The powder room has been updated since the photos of the listing were taken and looks great. The townhouse was roomy and met our needs. If we find ourselves in Lake Placid again, we would try to book here again.

Lovely property, great location

Unit #4 is exactly as advertised. It was well furnished with a great kitchen. Views of the mountains from the decks was a plus. Beds were comfortable. We had a light bulb in need of replacement. We reported it to Rudy via text, and it was replaced early the next morning. Very well managed property. Highly recommend it.

Close and convienient

Quiet condo development near town. Walked to restaurants, skating etc. Cross county skied along bike trail near the house. Short drive to Mt Van Hoevenberg for races. One glitch on address. Should say Unit 4 not phase 4 which caused confusion.
