Printemps 2015 tous les nouveaux appareils, meubles, lits, draps, ustensiles de cuisine avec cafetière, grille-pain et micro-ondes. 3 lits queen peuvent accueillir 6 adultes, un canapé-lit peut accueillir 1 adulte ou 2 enfants. Foyer au gaz, climatisation, télévision par câble, lecteur DVD et WiFi. Quelques antiquités locales complètent le décor. Petit balcon assis et terrasse de niveau inférieur. 2 1/2 salles de bain avec luminaires, éclairage et aménagement mis à jour. Décor et courtepointes sur le thème des Adirondacks. Confortable, détendu, propre. Des jeux de société et une table de baby-foot au niveau inférieur, ainsi qu'un centre de blanchisserie complet en font votre maison loin de chez vous. En 2018, toutes les nouvelles fenêtres ont été installées.

Ski trip

Five of us stayed here for skiing at Whiteface. The condo is so cozy! Very clean. Great location to town!

We were very impressed with this property. The pictures reflects how nice the property and accommodations are. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We look forward to returning in the future. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property. Amazing home in Lake Placid

The property was exactly as described (i.e., amazing). Modern, well-stocked kitchen; internet connection fast and reliable for when we needed to work; everything very clean and readily available. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and a breeze. Kathy was very responsive and anticipated every need and question. When winter really sets in, I hope we'll get to be back here. Thank you!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The host provided plenty of information for us, and was quick to communicate. The unit is as described - very roomy, with lots of homey amenities that really added value to our stay. We would most certainly recommend it, and are planning a return trip.

Exceeded expectations!

This property was fantastic! The townhome was located in a quiet, peaceful community. It was very clean and had all the extra amenities we needed. It was close to the town of Lake Placid with easy access to roads in and out of town and perfect for 3 middle aged friends vacationing together. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I return to Lake Placid.

Stayed here for the Lake Placid Lacrosse tournament. Easy access to town and the lacrosse fields, lots of space in the townhome, parking etc. Would stay again.

Everything was awesome

We stayed here in mid-August - two adults and three kids, ages 7, 10, and 13. We have stayed at dozens of rental properties over the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was one of our favorites. It’s incredibly clean and well stocked. Family friendly kitchen. Spacious laundry room. Clean and comfortable bathrooms. Cozy family room. The townhouse complex is quietly set back from the main road. The neighbors are super friendly. And the location is perfect for getting around Lake Placid and the Adirondack region. With the construction on Main Street in Lake Placid, we just left our car and walked into town, which is only 10 minutes away on foot. If you enjoy cycling, it’s a great launching point to many of the popular routes around the area. Highly recommended!

We are thrilled when our guests use our home the way we do. The location is a plus for activities as well easy access to down town. Our favorite restaurants and the stop for the free shuttle bus are within 100 yards of the entrance to the Pine Hill complex, as well as Mill Pond and the adjacent park.

Immaculate condo ! Perfect for 3 couples. Great kitchen for cooking and sharing a family meal together. Kathleen very responsive to any questions we had . Nice location , close enough to walk into LP and near a great restaurant Lisa G’s and favorite pub Big Slide . Would definitely stay here again!

Ironman

The property is perfect for any event or vacation in Lake Placid. I was there for Ironman. Close to downtown. The property is spotless. I think the owner may have bought all new kitchen items or the cleaning company she uses is fantastic. She is easy to contact. If you are doing the race next year book now. This one won’t last.

Mary Jane, (Janie) has enjoyed this quiet, convenient location for many years. She recently moved to a local retirement community home. This townhouse was a "base camp" for her family and many friends visiting the area. Her family has decided to continue this tradition and to also offer this special place to others. It is our hope that you too can create wonderful vacation memories.
