Fabuleux condo en bord de mer avec piscine et restaurant sur place

La Tortuga # 4 se trouve sur le deuxième niveau (un au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée) donnant sur la piscine et les eaux scintillantes de Half Moon Bay Akumal au-delà! Ce condo spacieuse et bien aménagée dispose de 2 chambres, chacune avec lit king size et salle de bain privée avec douche et petit détail de tuiles mexicaines. La chambre principale dispose également d'une baignoire encastrée géant. Il a un grand plan ouvert salon et salle à manger avec des curseurs qui donnent sur la terrasse, offrant une vue imprenable sur la baie. Le salon a des sièges confortables et d'une télévision par satellite de programmation. La cuisine est bien équipée et comprend un bar pour manger des sièges supplémentaires. Il est Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout l'appartement et de l'air conditionné dans les chambres.


Dehors, sur la terrasse qui couvre la largeur de la copropriété, des hamacs pour somnoler dans la brise chaude des Caraïbes!


Hacienda de La Tortuga possède une très belle piscine en bord de plage, un restaurant gastronomique de l'établissement (La Lunita), et beaucoup de chaises longues et palapas ombre sur la plage de sable blanc à l'avant. Il y a également un accès WiFi tout le chemin à la plage pour ceux qui aiment rester connecté tout en travaillant sur leur bronzage!

Hacienda de la Tortuga est situé dans la partie centre-nord de Half Moon Bay, à distance de marche de beaucoup de commodités, y compris la boutique de plongée Akumal Adventures. La baie en face de l'appartement est idéal pour la plongée que le récif est très proche de la côte, et il est à la maison à une grande diversité de la vie marine, y compris tortues de mer menacées!

The Villa was beautiful. Older but clean and very nicely decorated with all that we needed for a great stay. Steps to the large garden pool, and the beach. Air conditioning worked really well!

Property was very comfortable, with a great veiw of the ocean.

We enjoyed the week we stayed. Great location, we rented bikes and was an easy ride to town and the lagoon.. Loved having a restaurant on the property. Would stay here in the future.

You won’t regret your stay.

The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked! Our baby loved the foot bath as a splash pad. But the people of the complex really made our stay special! Not mentioned in the listing but there is also an incredible restaurant attached to the condo and a coffee shop across the street. Great location!

Paradise found

Everything about our stay & about this place speaks comfort. Your true home away from home with amazing views & the caressing sea breeze rushing in the moment you glide back the sliding glass windows. It literally has everything you could possibly need while on vacation.

Quite and beautiful little town

Upon arrival I was in love with the location. You walk right out the door and you are on the beach. The house had everything that you will need for your stay. Housekeeping was super sweet they came every day to clean for us. The manager Roberto was very attentive to our questions about the little community that we were in. All of the locals that work and live there made our stay that much more special, we felt like we were at home. The local shops and food were great. We will be returning in the future and I would highly recommend this property to families.

The property is well-maintained with upgraded beds, linens and wiwfi. The pool is a important asset to have with small children, and the direct beach access is a lifesafer! The staff at La Lunita are always super-helpful! Additionally, there are a few new restaurants and amenities (since our last visit) on Half-Moon Bay that are a wonderful addition!

Great Christmas Family Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 4. It's a good size and was very clean and tidy on arrival. The location's good, with a cafe across the road and the on-site restaurant, small local shop nearby and more if walk/drive/take the collective into Akumal village. With the beach and bay outside (you need water shoes if you're going to sea swim), you're petty set for a good, quiet vacation. If you need to work/play, the Internet speed's good which we find essential as we work for ourselves. All in all, a good stay.

Spacious, tropical, peaceful, and kid-friendly!

We were surprised at how roomy the place seemed and spent 10 wonderful days during Christmas at hacienda de tortuga. Note that you must book directly via the condo rental company and the office is there at the condo. The property manager stays on-site and even visited us one evening eve when our shower would not turn off! The restaurant downstairs was one of just a few good and eclectic ones in the tiny bay, and depending upon your activity level you can just walk to yak-ku (5 minutes) or akumal village (20 minutes). There is a 24-hour parking lot security person who walks you to the door at night, plus iguana, coatimundi, agouti, giant hermit crabs, and lots of American expats to socialize with if you like!

Great stay at condo!

We had a great stay at the condo, my husband and I and another couple stayed for 9 days. Half Moon Bay is a quiet location, Akumal Bay is much more active/crowded, so depends on what type of stay you're looking for. The restaurant in the condo complex is very good. The Akumal Direct concierge, David, was extremely helpful, both before and during our stay. He arranged our shuttle from to and from the airport, a golf cart rental, a cenote excursion and a taxi to Playa for a shopping day. The sargassum grass was definitely prevalent, but it wasn't terrible in front of this condo. It was much worse on the south part of the bay. We were able to snorkel directly in front of the condo.

The town has changed a bit but the incredible service from Akumal Direct/Loco ****** remains the same. We were very pleased with the condo and the personal service. Condo was clean and well-laid out. Pool was sparkling and the beach was cleaned each morning. The entire team at Hacienda de la Tortuga was very kind and helpful. La Lunita food is even better than I remember and the "new to me" cafe across the street is great.
