Notre condo est dans une communauté fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité et un personnel de gestion à temps plein. Les espaces communs, que vous pourrez utiliser pendant votre séjour, comprennent une salle de sport, une laverie automatique, une salle de jeux pour enfants et un accÚs privilégié à la plage privée de la plage de Luquillo. De plus, nous mettons une place de parking à la disposition des clients pendant leur séjour.

L'appartement lui-mĂȘme est situĂ© au 19Ăšme Ă©tage. C'est un grand studio d'angle avec des portes allant du sol au plafond installĂ©es pour profiter de la vue imprenable. Vraiment l'ocĂ©an est votre voisin!

À l'intĂ©rieur, il y a un grand dressing, une cuisine et un grand balcon. Le lit queen-size correspond Ă  deux confortablement. De plus, un matelas pneumatique queen-size est disponible pour un groupe de quatre personnes. WiFi et le cĂąble est Ă©galement inclus. En plus du cĂąble de base, nous avons un smartTV, vous pouvez donc regarder Netflix ou Amazon Prime (vous avez besoin de votre propre compte). Nous fournissons l'essentiel (par exemple, draps, serviettes, savon, dentifrice, etc.), mais vous devrez apporter des extras. De nombreux clients ont laissĂ© derriĂšre eux leurs «extras» tels que crĂšme solaire, lotion, spray anti-insectes, etc. N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  utiliser ces articles. Notre plus rĂ©cent ajout est une unitĂ© portable A / C! L'Ă©tĂ© dernier, certains clients ont recommandĂ© une unitĂ© de climatisation pendant les mois d'Ă©tĂ© en raison de l'humiditĂ©. L'unitĂ© A / C sera disponible du 1er mai au 31 aoĂ»t.

Last but not least est l'emplacement! Du vieux San Juan à Luquillo, le trajet dure environ 30 à 40 minutes (selon le trafic). El Yunque Rain Forest est à 10 minutes. Fajardo (pensez Bio Bay) est à 15 minutes. Ceiba, la nouvelle ville portuaire permettant de se déplacer dans Culebra et Vieques, est à environ 20-30 minutes.

Host told us to cancel days before check-in. I reserved months in advance, got messages from the host thanking us for booking and requesting the payment. About a week before I sent some questions regarding the check-in process. My message went unanswered, so I wrote another message.This message was answered, telling us that the apartment was not available and we needed to cancel. I said that I was not comfortable cancelling, as it stated that I was past the date to reimbursement and that I didn't understand why she was only telling us this days before our arrival. I suggested she contact VRBO to sort out her error. She promised that we would be reimbursed, however this would still leave us without accommodation and with little available just three days before our trip. And I wasn't comfortable taking her word for it. I contacted VRBO, and thankfully they took great care of us and helped us find a replacement accommodation. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication of this host.

I absolutely loved our host. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and super responsive. The area was a little dicey; did not walk without my husband. The property was, as somebody explained, in a war of new president vs old president. The pool was not able to be used, and it smelled of cat urine.

The beach is amazing!

We loved the views of the beach and rainforest. The neighborhood is a little different than we’re use to. You can tell they’re still recovering from the hurricane. There is surfing a block away. I would come back.

This is hands down the best experienced I've ever had at a vacation, book early because this spot is amazing and may not be available with a short notice. Pamela was very helpful and eager to help with anything I needed, and so was Alba, they make a great team. And this view and privacy for a couple is truly Paradise. The pictures don't do it justice. It is 10 times more than what you would expect!

Property has a beautiful view! Host got back to us right away with any questions we had. The only thing we really disliked was not knowing that you had to take stairs to get out of the garage. My fiancé has a medical condition and stair are really hard on her. But would definitely stay again as we got engaged on the beach outside.

One elevator not working, was not getting worked on, and clearly had not worked for a long time. The working one required us to walk up/down stairs one flight. Also, it is listed as a one bedroom, but it isn’t. It is a studio apartment with everything in one room. Beautiful view with ocean directly below and a lovely balcony to sit on. Pam was very good to work with.

We are super disappointed in the condo and the building. The walls haven't been painted in a long time, there's trim missing, the microwave door doesn't shut and we couldn't find a hand towel for the bathroom. The pool has no chairs, the hottub is closed, the gym is out of order, one of the elevators are not working and the other doesn't work every time. The security guard barely speaks English so it was hard to check in. The building condition is terrible and there is a cat pee smell in the garage and out front. The pictures in the listing aren't current because the kitchen cabinets are taped together and there's little bugs in the kitchen. There is also a missing chair in the kitchen, so you can only seat one to eat unless you drag in the rusty patio chairs. I let the owner know and she offered to refund us if we vacate. Since out trip was only three days, I didn't want to spend one of them looking for a new place to stay and packing up our stuff and leaving. I asked if we could just stay and receive a partial refund and she agreed. After we checked out she processed a refund and it didn't even total one night stay. It was completely unacceptable. The owner should be disclosing if there are issues and the condition of the unit.

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! Sadly the elevator was broken and 19 floors were just too much for us so we couldn’t stay beyond 1 night, but our host was very understanding and communicated wonderfully.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and very nice. The view is amazing. The location is nice it is close to the highway and very close to luquillo beach with crystal clear water. The parking is on the lower deck and you have to go up a lot of stairs but besides that it was perfect we will definitely be staying there again!

Ocean breezes

The amenities make this place. The apt is sufficient, if your looking for a fancy place this isn’t it. The beach and pool, and balcony are great. We did have to climb the the 19 flights once, when the elevator didn’t work. But overall this is a good place. The outside noise can be loud. You could close the windows.

Amazing Views!

Everything was wonderful! The views were so amazing, we didn't want to leave the balcony. The private back entrance to the beach was definitely a plus! The place was clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. Even beach accessories! It was private and quiet. We also loved the fact that there was so much to do within close distance. The host Pam was great to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a reasonable place to stay in Luquillo with amazing views! Thanks Pam for making our stay a wonderful one! 😊

February stay 2022

My boyfriend and I took a getaway and stayed in Pamela's condo. The condo felt safe since it is gated and has a guard on duty at all times. The elevator won't even move without a key inserted.The overall property could use some TLC (both buildings were built in the 1970s), but they are in the process of painting the buildings and we say some maintenance being done while there. The view is what you are paying for. A corner balcony and it's right on the beach. You can lay in bed and listen to the ocean. This part of the beach didn't have many people in the water. We were told by people we met it is dangerous due to rip tides and we always saw red flags out everyday we were there. The condo itself is very simple with just a bed, tv, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom. The bed was VERY firm and towards the end of the week we were both waking up in pain, could of just been us though. It met our needs since we spent a lot of the time exploring different parts of the island. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Pamela was a great host to work with!

Perfect location!

Loved our view and cute room. Location was perfect for activities we wanted to do. People in this neighborhood are awesome! Good restaurant choices, GREAT beach. Can’t wait to come back- however, until the elevators are more reliable, we will not be staying at this property. Walking 19 floors with luggage and/or groceries is concerning, exhausting and disappointing.

Small, cozy, amazing view

The apartment was small but cozy for 3 people. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing; took some amazing photos from there. Having access to the beach and the pool was plus and most times it was just us there. Was able to get in contact with the owner with no problem and recieve a quick response.

We absolutely love the vibe of Luquillo. It’s a surfer town so it has a laid back feel but recently it’s become more popular so now we have a greater variety of food and bar options. It’s a nice balance.

Aside from the amazing corner view overlooking both the ocean and Luquillo downtown.

We’re really try to keep the guest’s experience top of mind. We’re not the fanciest place, but you’ll have a stocked kitchen, all the toilette essentials to save room in your luggage, plus beach toys to make the beach day more fun.
