Mon lieu est proche de Condado (Casinos, Plages, Musées, Parcs, Port de croisière, Ferry, Train, Bus, Centre des congrès et Laguna ainsi que le Vieux San Juan et Isla Verde). À 7 km de l'aéroport international Luis Munoz Marin et à 3 km de la Plaza Las Americas, le plus grand centre commercial des Caraïbes et le deuxième en Amérique latine.
Vous allez adorer ma place! Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Le quartier

L'appartement est situé à côté du Condo Cosmopolitan et à proximité de Laguna Condado. Vous pouvez voir Laguna Condado depuis le balcon. À distance de marche de la plage de Condado. Il a été récemment rénové avec de nouveaux meubles. Spacieux avec salon et salle à manger. La cuisine est équipée d'une nouvelle cuisinière, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un micro-ondes. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon et d'un parking réservé. A / C unité sont dans les chambres. Vous ne pouvez pas obtenir un meilleur emplacement, à distance de marche de la région de Condado (Casinos, Plages, Musées, Parcs, Port de croisière, Ferry, Train, Bus, Centre de congrès et de la Laguna, ainsi que du vieux San Juan et Isla Verde). 12 km de l'aéroport international Luis Munoz Marin et à 5 km de la Plaza Las Americas, le plus grand centre commercial des Caraïbes et le deuxième en Amérique latine.

À proximité des transports en commun qui vous mèneront au Vieux San Juan où vous pourrez prendre un ferry jusqu'à Cataño, où vous irez à Santurce ou à Hato Rey en bus, puis en train jusqu'à Bayamon.

The unit does not have a laundry facility; however, we provided you with a list of laundromats located near our property. As a small business, we do everything we can to assist our guests. If we had been aware of your need for an iron, we would have gladly assisted you. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this need, as it was not communicated to us. We wish you a safe trip back home.

This place is so not worth the charge!!! We arrived at 3:3pm for a 4pm checkin. One of the rooms was in the middle of being painted. We only received enough towels for each and no extras. No blankets, had to go by some. No windows and we were rudely awakened. Had no hot water and the response I got was “well this is Puerto Rico”! Water stopped flowing on our last night and the restroom had some small bugs on the sink. Asked for an iron and ironing board. First iron didn’t work, second one leaked and the iron board was broke! There were no trash bags and no complimentary cooking amenities to use. It was a terrible stay for the price we are paying. First time using Vrbo! Never again!!!

I didn’t like it at all it’s wasn’t what in the picture so didn’t stay there at all

Be aware Mrs Robin was a guest that requested a arrangement of 2 payment that we accepted and allowed to book. Then we also provided her with additional information. She came one night late because she lost the flight, and then called in a middle of the night to states that is going to arrive at 3:15am and at 4:15 am in her second day of stay she made the check in with the owner and at the next day she called to cancel the reservation because she booked another place. After she used the unit she did a complete charge back from her bank that is now under investigation. That mean that after we did a arrangement of payment, provided more information, allowed a check in at 4am and used the unit for two nights then she requested to her bank all her payment. We lost the income because we was unable to rent again because she used. After she take advance of us she wrote a negative review. We aware of people like Robin who are a complete scam and use to take advance from local business in our island of Puerto Rico. She is never welcome again neither I recommend that you let a person like her book your unit.

Do not stay at this dump, being a nice host doesn’t make up for false advertising and I took my own pictures to prove it. Me and my friends didn’t leave because we couldn’t afford to go anywhere else and really deserves full refund. The place was old and not cleaned we wore shoes or socks the entire stay, had 2 washcloths for four guest but he didn’t know it ended up 3 of us, the hanging bath towels looked used, used bars of soap from prior guest, a old dirty green tub from back in the day without a knob to turn on water that had no pressure anyway cold, we couldn’t shower the entire stay, beds with only sheets no nice covers as displayed, no seating on the so call balcony as displayed, no coffee pot, opened bagged ice, the AC in the back bedroom only worked in the morning, it was possibly on a timer that I couldn’t fix but I was uncomfortable and hot all night. The entry in and out was definitely a fire hazard, if one of us went out you had to lock the aluminum entry door, yes aluminum to the apartment and another door downstairs to outside, one of my friends took the key to go find coffee and we was lock-in until she returned because you can’t get in or out the main entry without keys nor was it safe to leave it unlocked. I say NO to this place the host is racking up money and not investing in his property. I’ve warned you don’t do it, I will request a full refund for false advertising, the pictures of the outside views is misleading too.

Stay away

I am shocked you allow pictures of properties that are not even close to actual property. We had trouble with lights owner had to bring a coffee maker. There was no outside furniture as listed. We were woken up by a massive generator next door that didn’t even supply power to our unit and we had no electricity first night. That fact that VRBO allows false pictures and then calls them a “premier host” tells me they don’t care. And yes we tried contacting VRBO for options and it was a useless attempt

Dear Richard you used the unit with 5 others young males and in any moment after I called you to provide tour guide info and we talk over the phone with other extracurricular activities to do in the island you never contacted me back with any complain during your stay. Is to my surprise that now you use this method when my personal was in direct contact to you providing you extra supplies and in that moment you never address any issue. In regarding to the power, yes, one night the city of San Juan had a shortage and I called Luma the company who manage the power in the island and it was for few hrs during the night and then went back because I make sure you had by 6am. So it’s very unfortunate that after you stay, we gave you mo supplies and companies to assist you in your stay in the island you use this method to make complaints out of reality. Next time use the dialogue and direct request because before and after we was in communication with you and we answer immediately messages and address fast concerns that are brought to use

I was surprised by the size of the location. It is in walking distance to popular spots. If you're not afraid to walk a little. Manager is very nice as well.
