Located in one of the best and safest areas in Condado, you can walk to the beach in only 5 minutes. Includes one private parking spot. This touristic area is frequently patrolled. The apartment is about 15 minutes away from Old San Juan and San Juan Airport (SJU). Juice bar next to the building, and across the street a nice cafeteria and bakery. Within walking distance, you'll find various restaurants, cafés, bars, also shops, pharmacies, grocery stores, a casino, and one of the best hospitals.

The space
Very spacious, comfortable, and bright apartment equipped with all the basic items and appliances. The living and dining room floors are in marble. It also has a balcony with 2 chairs. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have their own AC unit. Towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler are provided for use during your stay. We allow one dog at no additional cost.

Guest access
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a small building, with only 2 apartments per floor and a private key for the elevator, so that this floor can only be accessed by those staying in it.

We provide one set of keys and a gate remote. If lost or missing, we will charge $200 for the keys and $100 for the gate remote. Please make sure you don't lose the keys or gate remote, and return everything before departure.

Disappointing stay - avoid

Dirty sheets and blankets with human stains. Owner replaced them on the first night he was responsive. Mold throughout and one of my friends got very sick we had to get hotel rooms. Visibly bad mold on furniture, cords and wall. No response from owner.

Nice Property in a very good location.

Our stay was enjoyable and the property was clean and was located in a very good location. The area is very busy and the noise from the roadway and people congregating outside at times was extremely loud. The air conditioning helped to keep some of the noise down however at times it can get loud.

super location!

This apartment was the perfect location for our Puerto Rico vacation! It was within walking distance of many restaurants and markets as well as a beautiful beach. Since we had rented a car, and there was reserved parking, it was also perfect as a central place for day trips to various beaches, the national forest, Old San Juan, and the ferry where we caught a boat to Vieques for an overnight adventure to kayak in the bioluminescent bay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment wasn't fancy, but it was just what we needed!

Our stay was great, the area was nice, host was very helpful and responsive. Located in the heart of Condado, San Juan directly on Ashford Avenue. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This property was clean and tidy, even if older. It’s located in a Main Street, yes there is a lot of noise to sleep through. It worked well for our party of four. Having three bedrooms was perfect for us. We stayed one night prior to our cruise. Quick ride from airport to condo and condo to pier. Communication with owner quick and detailed. I would stay here again.

The apartment was a little outdated but functional. The AC in the living room stopped working on our last day. Left a text message for the owner, but never responded. Not a big deal since we were out all day.

Great location and communication

My family of six stayed at his property and had a great experience. The location was fantastic. Easy walks to breakfast, restaurants, and beaches. The communication from the owner was also excellent. Maria responded quickly and provided all the information needed for a good stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are staying in San Juan.

Everything was clean and a nice place to stay if you want to party and hang out after midnight!

I had never been to Condado before and visualize it differently. It’s for the nightlife people. If you are a light sleeper definitely not a place to stay! It’s very loud and you can hear everything that goes on outside! The place is clean and nice!

Everything about this place is great. The only issue was with the wifi, it doesn't work. The internet light just blinks constantly and never makes a connection.

We enjoyed ourselves and had a very positive experience staying in Condado Beach San Juan Prime location. Maria Teresa was an excellent communicator and gave wonderful suggestions! A couple of things to note: The building/condo is somewhat older, but kept up very well. There is no central ac (normal for PR standards) but each bedroom has its own ac unit to cool the entire place. Be sure to keep the keys readily available because you need keys in order to enter the building, use the elevator and obviously enter the main condo. The back entrance & elevators are very small so if you have a lot of baggage or a large group you will have to take more than 1 trip to get everything/everyone inside. Parking is available behind a gated lot & it can be somewhat tight so keep that in mind when choosing your rental car. What makes this property unique is its a great location! Very Close to the beach, restaurants and some shopping for essential items such as water, snacks/light grocery and souvenirs. This was a great place for families as we had 3 bdrms, a common area and kitchen so we had the option of cooking our meals (which we did most nights) to save $ and still spend time together when we weren’t out and about exploring the island. Overall, we had a great time & would stay here again!
