Very clean, wifi worked, felt safe and welcoming, clear instructions for entry and exit once we received them, and we would happily stay again. The bed was harder than my personal preference and might be perfect for others. There was a coffee maker and a k cup machine and not ground coffee for either, so maybe bring your own! There was instant coffee so caffeine was available, and FYI if you want more than instant, you might have to bring it and the machines are there. We appreciated the detail paid to the cleaning! We saw in the reviews before we booked that there had been an issue with the hot water, and while I don't know what that issue was, we didn't have any problems with the hot water. That may be a cultural thing because the way the hot water works in the shower is controlled by how much pressure the water has so it takes a bit to get it just right, and when you do the water pressure may be lower than you are used to in other hot water systems. We had hot water and good showers! Thank you for our stay!!

The home is a neighborhood, we only stayed one night but it seemed safe. The cleaning lady was just finishing up, she was very friendly and the place was very clean and smelled great. both check-in and check -out was easy.

The place was cute & quaint. Good place to go in and out. We ate at El Rancho CrioÄșlo small place, however the food was delicious.

We was basically living in a garage. We heard everything rhw neighbors said or did. They had sogs barking all thru the night. We only received 2 wash xlothes for a 4 day stay.. we had to go buy our qon towels! Was only given 1 roll of tissue paper.. the only rhing separated us from the garage was a metal wall. No left as if er had no privacy they could hear EVERYTHING inside our apt i can hear my husband thry the metal wall while he in the bathroom clear as day. I wouldnt recommend this place especially if its for your anniversary. Very unsatisfied with this booking!!

Short and Sweet

This is a nice stay , my only dilemma was the language barrier and how the address came up in google once that was cleared up all went well. Not too far from the beach night life and mall!! We will be back

Wow, this place nailed it! Near the airport, super clean, and perfect for exploring San Juan. Clear instructions, crazy comfy vibes, and such a cool design. Felt like a Puerto Rican gem—loved it!
