I loved many things about this condo but there are some things that could be improved. It could use some more updates. It was clean. Such an easy walk to the beach. I could hear the waves laying in the bed at night. I would definitely stay again.

The place was what I was expecting with the exception of wear and tear on the property. I’d encourage the seller to make lost cost updates after the season - painting trim cleaning storage by hvac furniture w little will go a long way there.

Location is awesome with a direct view of the beach and 1 minute walk to the beach. Very basic condo but the beach makes it a 5 star choice. Bike rental across the street and a few restaurants an easy walk. Owners very responsive.

The view was beautiful and enjoyed being steps from the beach. Property was a bit outdated - could use a spruce up. Loved the location. Very walkable. Close to restaurants, small markets, and rental bikes. Pretty much parked our car and enjoyed a relaxing vacation.

The view was amazing! However, we would not recommend or be back. The condo was dated and needed attention to make it feel cozy. The tile was cracked in many places, baseboards in bathrooms damaged, and so on. It lacked the comfort we were hoping for. One bed sunk in the middle and had springs you could feel laying in bed.The short walk to the beach was wonderful. We really enjoyed the location of this condo. We did arrive the day the love bugs arrived. We never opened the bedroom door to balcony but the bugs were coming in. All over in the master bedroom. We put towels and blankets to help seal the door. The host responded the next day sharing about them in the area which we appreciated. Also sent maintenance over to change burnt out light bulbs. Overall, I wish the stay went better.

Wonderful visit!

This condo is so sweet! My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit. It was clean, tidy, and perfectly beachy. We also loved that it was just steps away from the beach! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a private & quiet condo right next to the beach.

Florida Getaway!

Perfect for us!

This condo is older but it was very clean and you simply can’t beat the location. Right on the beach! Beautiful view! Close to lots of restaurants! We enjoyed our stay soooo much.
