Great location

Nice place, very clean and centrally located. The only thing I would change is the couch. It's very very small and uncomfortable. My husband is 6'5 and barely fit by himself let alone the two of us. So comfort while in the unit is a priority for us as well as location. And all other amenities. But overall great stay!

Nice property needs some details

We have stayed in this building several times over the years as we have family staying nearby. It is a convenient setting, 20 minute walk to the beach, and several restaurants on the property (2 Georges and That's Amore are our favorites) a CVS across the street and a Publix a 10 minute drive away. The apartment was nice, very clean, and functional although it was our impression that we may have been the first to rent it. There was very little silverware and glasses and other dishes for cooking, and no hair dryer which was a bigger issue. To their credit, management did arrange for a hair dryer (and blankets and pillows which we requested) although it did take a few days due to it being over the holidays. And when the coffee maker malfunctioned we bought a new one and which they refunded. Everything else worked very well -- especially nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit -- and management was great to work with.

The space did not look like the pictures advertised online. The couch had several stains and smelled to the point I avoided sitting on it for the entirety of my 15 day stay. The shower pressure was extremely low, there was cocking in the tub I’m assuming was to cover up a crack which was very unsightly. The Casa Costa manager Veronica was extremely rude and inconsiderate which made parking and entry to the building a terrible experience each time I arrived, The bath towels provided looked like car rags, I had to go to the store to purchase my own towels as I did not feel comfortable using stained shredded towels. There was no toiletries provided such as bar soap or body wash for the shower. There was watered down dish washing liquid with an overused half of a sponge for the dishes. The quality of provided items were not up to par for the price i paid for a 15 day stay. I am a traveling nurse who has serveral contracts to come back to Florida. I will not be returning to this location.

Resort stay but unable to take advantage of it

I came to the location to spend time with Mom. This was first time in over 30 years of her being retired here in the area. The place is great, I wish I had the opportunity to take advantage of its amenities instead I got the preoccupation of caring for mom and both she and I got sick while there. Ugh. That being said, it’s a nice cool vibe which invites you to take away your daily stresses. Pool, fitness center, locker room with sauna/steam and my unit while inside (meaning no ocean view) was lovely for the price. My only complaint was getting in and out of there. My parking spot was not clearly designated (as in repaint the number in the garage) and the silver car parked next to me made it difficult to get into the spot as the owner clearly never left (forget the parking spot if you have a SUV) the other side of the spot was a cement pole. Get my drift? Beyond that, if you’re used to staying at places like this then you know you have to park in a welcoming driveway where the concierge brings you to a cabinets which he has to unlock and you find your designated lock box, once putting in the code, you have to find a way to bring your belongings up to (in my case the 3rd Fl) with a small tip I negotiated a hotel trolley like thing for my stuff to be brought up to rental my self in tow. Afterwards, this extremely nice gentleman showed me where my unclear label parking spot was located relative to the rental. I could go on but #’ed characters

Decent place to stay. The way it is described in VRBO is pretty accurate and the pictures are accurate as well. It was a little further from the beach than we wanted, so we drove over there. There was plenty of parking, but you have to pay for it. The beach pass for the umbrella and chairs was great. It was also nice to have restaurants we could walk to (Banana Boat and Two Georges) as well as a decent coffee shop (Marina Cafe). It could use some blinds in the room. Its very bright in there at night when you're trying to sleep. There was some construction going on. One of the pools was closed, but other than that, the construction was not an issue.

April Break in Boynton Beach!

The condo at Casa Costa is perfect for a couple or single. It's bright, airy and clean. It's located on a quiet side of the building, no real view, but you can get that on the 5th floor at the pool and hot tub. The gym was great and the facility was spotless. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I will definitely rent this unit again!!

They made the best of an unfortunate situation

We booked this unit for 10 days for a business trip. When we arrived to the unit we discovered the floor was wet and water damaged. The manager promptly sent someone to check the air conditioner to make sure it was draining properly. This did not stop the water and it was discovered that the source of the water was the unit next door. This was not a good situation for anyone since all their units were booked up. However, they found a room we could stay in until we could return to this unit and we were grateful for their accommodation.

Great place but left early

Was enjoying relaxing time but had to leave early due to a lot of aggressive emails from property manager constantly calling and emailing me with my stay. It made the week very un-relaxing and stressful. I ended up leaving a day early due to the stress unfortunately. Other than that the area is decent and unit was great. Building was like a ghost town... it feels a little strange but with covid we were ok with that. The property manager did apologize for their miscommunication but the aggressive emails ultimately ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing week.

Hello Nick, we only wrote you in one email and answered your questions. You broke rules from our apartment and also from the condominium; also you did not stick to COVID regulations. So, please understand where our concern came from. We need to take care of our guests, and all other people that might be in danger because of all of these situations. Stay safe.
