Beautiful one-bedroom suite in luxury high-rise.... a 15-minute walk to the stunning beaches of Boynton. Enjoy a balcony overlooking the fountain, lake and nature reserve, facing east to enjoy the sunrise. The suite includes a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher in its full kitchen. The property features two sparkling pools, one for relaxing and one for laps, as well as a jacuzzi, fitness center, 24-hour front desk, parking garage, and secured access. Numerous restaurants/bars within several minutes walk, including the popular, waterfront hotspots Two Georges and the Banana Boat. The Boynton Harbor Marina is also just a block away, offering fishing, scuba diving, and boating charters, as well as jet ski rentals, parasailing, and more! Boynton Beach Oceanfront Park is about a 15-minute walk - just across the Intracoastal.

The HOA management office does not allow any packages to be delivered to guests. If you violate this rule, you will be charged $100 fine. This is not negotiable.
Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.
For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.
Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.
Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations
section 2.10 regarding pets:
a) Pet Ownership
ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.
v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.
c) Common Areas/Lobby
i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.
iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.
d. Pet Waste / Relief
i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Residents must pick up excrement deposited by their pets on Association grounds. Pet stations are located on the East side of the Casa Costa building
ii. Dogs are prohibited from relieving themselves at or near the front lobby entrance and in the garage. This includes for example: doors, sidewalks, walls planters and shrubs. Owners shall not allow their dogs to urinate on the posts in the garage.

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Vacation Insurance is highly recommended.
