We stayed here for our family's Christmas vacation. This home accommodated my family of 16 very comfortably. The area was also nice and quiet. The only issue we had is the pool and hot tub wasnt as warm as some of us expected. Still a beautiful home and i will definitely rent again.

Perfect for our needs

Found the home exceptionally clean on arrival, no dirt or bugs. Layout was very comfortable for our group & the pool heat made it easy for all ages to use the pool. Kitchen was furnished well, which was great, since we did do some cooking for the group. Game room in the converted garage & movie/tv room both were used by us. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property

The house was even better than pictured. It was clean and very spacious. The kids loved the game room, theater room, and especially the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and located in a very nice area. Close proximity to Disney and Universal Studios. Would stay here again if available for our next visit to Florida.

Guys Golf Trip 2021

We do this trip every year, 8 guys for golf, poker and football. House was great, plenty of room in the living for everyone to sit and watch the game. Kitchen table was huge, more than enough room for us to play poker. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Pool and spa were great after a day of golfing. Spa was hot and the pool was nice and warm too. Smart TV's in every room. Beds were all very comfortable, plenty of towels for the pool and showers. We plan on re-booking this for next year for sure.

Relaxing and comfortable!

A great experience and one we hope to repeat! The home was lovely and clean, and the back porch and pool area was wonderful! The large couch in the nice living area was so comfortable!! Property management was quick to respond to questions about the pool, (if the spa waterfall isn’t running then you’ve blown a fuse and they’ll fix it quick!) The neighborhood was pretty and safe! We walked to the clubhouse and my grandchildren loved, loved, loved the children’s pool area there! Every employee we met at the clubhouse or restaurant was helpful and competent. We had a great time, and would love to stay here again the next time we go to Disney!

Perfect

First, I want to say that the communication with the property owner and the management company was EXCELLENT!! This house is exactly as described. There were supposed to be 15 of us staying here for Christmas but due to LIFE, there were 11 of us. The bedrooms/bathrooms are large with plenty of towels. The common areas accommodated everyone. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen in a rental property we have ever stayed at; plates, bowls, cups, glasses, utensils, pots/pans!! The pool area was great for the 3 days (out of 9) we were able to use it due the cold weather. The only "issue" we had was with the hot water, but a call to the management company they arrived to address the issue. But we later figured out that the washing machine water hook ups are backwards. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this property!!

Beautiful home and plenty of space!

We loved this home. A few problems when we got there which weren't all taking care of right away. Couldn't get into home , no code then we did and the alarm went off, took a long time to get turned off, finally in the pool area was not clean, cigarette butts on the floor torn screens. Then when we left the home and tried to get back in the code wouldn't work, so had to get new code. The air conditioner in game room did not work, it was so hot in there. Other than all of this we had a great visit. Had a hard time getting in touch with manager to solve issues. Thank you Evelyn

Issues

I was upset when the sheets in the king room were soiled. This was all found as we were going to bed. We had to wait until the next morning to report this and I sent pictures. While 2 ladies were there we were eating breakfast and my son said his top sheet looked as if dried coffee stains were on it. And my daughter said in the theatre room under the chairs were candy wrappers from the previous guest. The ladies handled everything when we told them. I sent a second message about the additional problems and never heard from anyone. Too many things wrong with the property.

Property needs attention

My wife is a vacation advisor/agent and is always being asked about Florida properties for vacation. She noticed several things as soon as we entered house and inspected it with a fine tooth comb(she does this wherever we go) reason is inform family, friends and clients where to stay. The house seriously needs attention and updating. We informed rental management of bottom coming off dining room chair, kitchen faucet handle was broken, screen in back was torn, bathroom toilet seat broken upstairs toilet didn’t work. Pictures were sent immediately to see. Those problems were handled the next day. But with the cleaning people these things should of been addressed before property was rented out. All the bedrooms bedding need to be mattresses as well as comforters were torn.. We have rented several properties in Champions Gate and this house was not up to standards for the price. Overall painting inside and take care of the water stains on ceiling. Very disappointed and placed on her list of not to rent

Amazing home

Had a wonderful time this past summer staying in this home. There were a couple of hiccups but the management company and owner were quickly responsive and made sure took my family and I the were taken care of the entire stay. We definitely will be revisiting this home!

Perfect Place for Family or Adults

Can't think of one bad thing to say about this rental. House is clean and up-to-date. Tons of TV's, pool was clean and refreshing. Spa was great after a round of golf. Plenty of towels for the pool and showering. Very comfortable beds. We have rented 4 different homes in Champions Gate and by far this one is our favorite. Hopefully we rent it again next year. A+ for this rental!!

Overall Property clean and nice. Good location for our needs. Had some very noisy neighbors yelling playing in their pool until 3 AM. Sheets weren’t soft and comfy. Shower floors very slick could use a mat. Instructions on how to use the theater room would be helpful.

Annual Family Vacation

This house was just right for our group of 13. It had all the amenities we wanted. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with the large dining table. We had many hours of fun in the theater room, air-conditioned game room & the private pool. The clubhouse was an easy walk from the house. Eric, our host, as well as Dimitri from Global homes was a pleasure to work with. We had a few issues when we arrived, but Dimitri took care of it right away. Check-in & check-out was easy. My only complaint was that some of the beds squeaked with every movement, therefore, not giving us a restful night of sleep. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Family Orlando Vacation

Great place if you’re looking to get away from the parks and crowds. But still close enough to get to the parks or Disney Springs each day with a short drive. Nice neighborhood, food and restaurants close by. House has plenty of space for a large family or even multiple families sharing the space.

Loved our stay!

This home was fantastic for our family vacation. The lower level is much larger than the pictures lead you to believe. Loved the large dining table where we could all eat meals together. The theater room upstairs in fantastic. The pool area is spacious with plenty of seating. All the bedrooms are fairly large (the master bedroom/bathroom downstairs is huge) with plenty of room for everyone. Game room has A/C which is great when it's hot outside. The house was spotlessly clean. The owner answered all our questions very quickly; great communication from both the owner and Global Resorts. We made the most of everything this house had to offer and had a great vacation. We would recommend this property highly!

Wonderful house with plenty of room!

This house provided plenty of space for our three families to stay all together and with plenty of room for everyone. WDW was disappointing because of the way that they now have the park passes now set up, but this house made up for that. Family vacation with all my siblingsđŸ™đŸŸ

Check in was great and the clubhouse was also. This place was just like the pictures online. Everything was nice and well coordinated. There were a few little things that I wasn’t pleased with. 1. The mattress in the king suite downstairs was very uncomfortable. 2. The stove was missing one of the control knobs(this was needed because we cooked a lot and we needed that extra outlet). But overall this will be a home we acquire again. Thank you to the owners for having such a beautiful place for my family to make beautiful memories in and big thanks go out to the Global team! When I called about whatever, they got on it right away and my family was very pleased. Thank you all again for this. My dad really had a beautiful time with all his kids and his grandchildren/ great grandkids. We lost our mom 5 months ago and my parents were married for 54 years, so this was a very special loving time for all of us.
