Cette unité d'extrémité est l'une des unités les plus proches du lac et comporte de nombreuses améliorations, telles qu'une cuisine récemment rénovée avec comptoirs en granit, armoires en bois blond et plancher Pergo. Belle vue sur les arbres avec un aperçu du lac depuis le pont, barbecue au gaz. Entrée carrelée, chambre à coucher avec 2 lits simples, buanderie, 1/2 salle de bain, tabourets de cuisine, table pour 4 et canapé-lit dans le salon. Foyer au gaz et TV / DVD / VHS. A l'étage, une chambre en mezzanine avec lit King, télévision et 3/4 bain.
Piscine et spas ouverts tout l'Ă©tĂ©. Spas ouverts Ă©tĂ© et hiver tous les jours mais limitĂ©s au samedi uniquement au printemps et Ă  l’automne.

We were only disappointed in finding out that they would be repaving the streets to our unit. This did create some problems coming in and out for a few days otherwise we would stay again. Also management did offer to relocate us but the proximity of this property to the beach and restaurant is ideal.

Carnelian Bay Townhouse

We spent a week at this property and enjoyed it very much. Carnelian Bay is centrally located between Truckee, North Shore and West Shore. This townhouse is so homey and very pleasant with a good amount of light, but still plenty of trees and privacy. So quiet!!! Nice clean kitchen and bathrooms. The upstairs bed was very comfy, but one of the downstairs beds was a little saggy. Other than that, we loved staying here and will consider doing so again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nice place, nice location

The place was nice with a good quality remodel not too long ago. Location was great - reasonably close to everywhere we want to go, and just a short walk down the hill to kayak rentals, minigolf, and good food at CB's Bistro.

Great Condo in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! We visited in mid-June 2024. The complex, the condo, and the location are great! So close to a public beach (rocks, but we used chairs so it was fine)! Also, it was really nice to have the kitchen include basic condiments (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) so that we did not have to bring all these things from home or buy new ones we would only use a couple of times. We stay in a condo at Lake Tahoe every summer and this is our favorite. We will return!

While it is a comfortable unit and has a convenient location, it does suffer from age. Updating twin beds and repairing bathrooms would help. Convenient location and simplicity of access were great.

Great side of the lake!

We loved the west side of the lake, but also easy to get to any side of the beach. This location was convenient
. Pretty quiet, not many food options, but what is close is amazing! The condo was very nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay! The rental company answered questions almost immediately, so they are great too!
