Wonderful time in Boulder!

We thoroughly enjoyed the open space and comfort of the beautiful condo and its daily views of the Flatirons. The proximity to restaurants, coffee and hikes was perfect and we were delighted to spend a little time with our gracious host Viki who had terrific perspective on enjoying Boulder.

Wonderful host & condo!

We are truly grateful for our time spent at Viki’s home. The location is wonderful, walkable to a lot of restaurants & shops. Viki was in constant communication with us and quickly answered all our questions. The space is unique and personal without being cluttered, we loved the art & photographs! We had everything we needed! Viki’s neighbors are so wonderful and we felt like a part of the community quickly. It’s a very safe area for walking in the evenings.

Great location

Walk to restaurants etc on pearl street. Quiet and secure for downtown. The owner, Viki, was flexible when I had to reschedule for health. Overall an excellent month in Boulder.

Highly recommend this wonderful place

This apartment is in an incredible location, has such a wonderful "vibe" and Viki was such a gracious host!! The apartment itself is very spacious, well taken care of and was so comfortable we didn’t really want to leave! The views from the living room are incredible and this place truly has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Boulder. We highly, highly recommend Viki’s apartment if you are coming to Boulder. She made the process effortless, kept it cleaned and maintained during our stay and we truly fell in love with this Pearl St getaway.

Gorgeous, peaceful home stay

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful loft during a stressful time in our lives, and it was the perfect refuge to come back to each day. It’s right on Pearl Street, but it’s so quiet inside that, along with the view of the flatirons, we forgot we were right downtown. It’s so spacious, comfortable with a well-stocked and spacious kitchen, and aesthetically uplifting. Viki is a gem of a person and a host, and as musicians, my partner and I felt inspired staying in the home of such a high-caliber dancer and artist. Thanks for everything, Viki.

Amazing Light Bright Downtown Loft!!!!

This loft is pretty special. It is located in a fabulous area in Boulder close to everything. We enjoyed walking to happy hour, coffee shops and shopping on Pearl Street. The actual building is modern and cool with an elevator and an outdoor courtyard. The loft is spectacular with views of the flatirons and high ceilings and tall windows that let in a lot of light! I spent mornings doing some yoga in the sunlight. The colors of the space are lovely as are the bedsheets, comforters, blankets and pillows and artwork and coffee table books! We spent a few nights cooking in the well-stocked awesome kitchen. Viki is fantastic to work with - even though she was overseas at the time, she immediately responded to any email or text. Her property manager is a delight. This was a fantastic place that I recommend to anyone!!!!

I love being close to all the fun of Boulder while being able to get to the gorgeous mountains within minutes. Hiking, biking, strolling through lively downtown right out the door. Boxcar Coffee Shop/ Cured Provisions. Breakfast at Snooze.

Location! Location!
Walk to everything! Whole Foods is down the street. Downtown is right out the door, stroll the famed Pearl Street Mall. Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at a sidewalk spot and watch the parade, day or night.
Day trip to one of the many rustic mountain towns in the area. Nederland, a half hour drive up along scenic Boulder Canyon, was a trading post in the 1850's, a mining hub in the 1850's and a hippy destination in the 1960's.
Lyons, 15 miles north lies at the foot of Rocky Mountain National Park. Music festivals.
