Magnifiques vues à couper le souffle dans ce condo de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain. Le propriétaire a mis la touche de Hawaiiana w / armoires et portes mangue et de nouveaux planchers de tuiles à travers. 2 suites parentales complÚtes avec lits Cal King et 3Úme chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux + canapé-lit dans le salon. 4 téléviseurs à écran plat avec lecteur DVD intégré et horloges pour lecteur MP3 Ihome + wifi gratuit!

Bon pied, planche Ă  voile, kitesurf plage fronts ce complexe de condo en bord de mer dans le nord de Kihei. A quelques minutes de la plage Kamaole I, l'une des grandes plages de la rive sud ensoleillĂ©. A / C dans les chambres, salon, cuisine complĂšte et laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. This property is ideal for a family getaway. It feels comfortable and homelike; not generic. The artwork is interesting but not pretentious. The location is fantastic. The grounds are pretty immaculate. It was an all around great choice. I’ve would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing view!

The location and views were perfect. Everything in the condo was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. This unit is right by the end stairs which was super convenient.

LOVED IT

Perfect view of the ocean and sunsets. Lots of turtles on the beach. Close to grocery store and restaurants. 5 people had enough room. Bedrooms were a private getaway.

Gorgeous View and Huge Patio

The condo is very roomy with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beds are all very comfortable except for the fold out couch. You can feel the springs on the mattress. They supply everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to find that they were well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and other gear. We would definitely stay here again!

Dirty and cluttered

Dirty and cluttered with pictures and old rolls of carpet under the beds along with months worth of dust, food and rubbish from other guests. Bed sheets and towels were white with old stains. Apartment was dilapidated with missing trim pieces and half covered light switches. Bathrooms were incredibly small and awkward. Additionally there was delayed and poor handling from management with regards to complaints. Unfortunately a mediocre rental at luxury prices.

In addition, we were close to Costco, Walmart etc. But what is the most impressive is the breathtaking view we had from the balcony, the sunsets directly from the balcony, ensured that we had dinner every evening on the restaurant can reproduce the magnificent view of Maui Sunset 223B.We will definitely return to Maui Sunset.Le condo était parfait pour notre famille de 6 adultes. Nous avions à notre disposition 2 places de stationnement. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Maui. De plus, nous sommes prÚs du Costco , Walmart ect...Mais ce qui est le plus impressionnant c'est la vue époustouflante que nous avions du balcon, les couchés de soleil directement du balcon, ont fait en sorte que nous avons souper tous les soirs sur le balcon...Aucun restaurant ne peut reproduire la vue magnifique du Maui Sunset 223B. Nous reviendrons sûrement au Maui Sunset.

Maui Sunset 3BR 3 Bath

We really enjoyed our stay! I have cleanliness at 3 stars as all beds have a lot of stuff under that needs removed and vacuumed as Very Dusty. Bed skirts on twin beds were very dirty and moldy. Light fixtures, fans and air conditioners need cleaned. People with active toddlers will need to do a lot of child proofing. There are big shelves full of Hawaiian knick knacks. Kitchen has lots of kitchenware but could use a kettle. Also there is a broom but no dustpan. The furniture and appliances were very nice and the condo is very up to date. The property management were excellent and very responsive! I emailed about a broken bedroom door knob and when we came back from aquarium, it had already been fixed! The lanai is very big and has a gorgeous view of ocean and grounds. We watched whales every day. Ten minutes walk on beach is where turtles come up. You can swim at this beach but nice to go to other better beaches throughout Kihei. Very nice pool and hot tub, good temperature. Could always get chairs for 6 of us. Even with the cleanliness being a 3, we would very happily stay here again. We did not complain to anyone about the cleanliness issue or they may have sent someone back to do more cleaning. We were 3 couples and an infant but could only get 2 sets of keys/fobs. That did cause some problems as we did go do different things. Would be nice to have 3 available. Very enjoyable 2 week stay!
