Profitez d'une vue panoramique à couper le souffle depuis 2 vérandas séparées dans notre épique maison au dernier étage face à l'océan. Cette unité de 1150 pieds carrés a été entiÚrement rénovée et améliorée. Tous les nouveaux planchers de tuiles, toute nouvelle cuisine, salle de bain principale et salle de bain invité. Notre maison est joliment meublée avec un lit king dans la chambre principale et la deuxiÚme chambre avec (2) canapés-lits queen dans le salon.
La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, un évier double en acier inoxydable, un réfrigérateur Maytag de 22 pi3 avec machine à glaçons, une cuisiniÚre électrique Frigidaire avec grand four, un four micro-ondes Frigidaire et un lave-vaisselle. Toutes les nouvelles armoires personnalisées sont stockées avec tous vos éléments essentiels i. e. Mélangeur, Crockpot, Ricer, Pots & Pans, CafetiÚre, Grille-pain, ustensiles de cuisine, y compris assiettes, tasses et bols. Le condo est également livré avec une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse située dans le couloir.

Tout en vous relaxant dans la salle familiale en regardant votre Ă©cran plat HD de 55 pouces, vous vous retrouverez face Ă  l'ocĂ©an avec Molokai en arriĂšre-plan. Les tortues, les baleines, les dauphins, les phoques noirs et autres animaux marins peuvent ĂȘtre vus directement de vos vĂ©randas.

Détendez-vous dans votre propre chambre principale privée Lani. La véranda a une chaise longue avec table et deux chaises. La salle de bain principale a une belle douche carrelée avec portes vitrées. La salle de douche a une porte de sécurité privée.

Le condo dispose de ventilateurs de plafond à haut rendement dans chaque chambre, car le condo n'est pas climatisé.

La propriété héberge (2) ascenseurs, parking gratuit, pelouse avec chaises longues, piscine et bain à remous, 2 barbecues à gaz, 1 barbecue à charbon, terrain bien entretenu, beau jardin et étang de Koi.

Juste à cÎté se trouve le parc Honokowai avec de superbes zones de baignade sûres pour les petits enfants. Bad Ass Coffee, Farmers Market, Boss Frogs Snorkel Rentals, Ohana Tacos et The Fish Market sont juste en face. 808 cyclomoteurs est accessible à pied. Nous sommes à 10 minutes de la vieille ville de Lahaina.

Million Dollar View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved every aspect of this condo, its amenities, and the ocean front snorkeling. If you are looking for a clean comfortable place, an amazing ocean front view, and a central Maui location - this is the place. We plan to stay here evrytime we are on Maui.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed in this condo with our two teenage daughters and it was perfect! My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning and the girls got to experience swimming with sea turtles! Ideal location close to great restaurants, beaches, and grocery store. Make sure you try the Fish Market right across the street! The rooms were well maintained and beds were comfy! Pam was wonderful to work with and we look forward to staying here sometime in the future!

Stunning views!

The most amazing views from the balcony!! The condo is very clean and comfortable, the resort is laid back and we met a lot of very nice people. There is so much to do within walking distance or short driving distance. Guido and Gracie are very kind and gracious and the communication Was excellent. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to be fortunate enough to come back and stay here again!

Family Maui Vacation

The Penthouse living quarters were in absolutely excellent condition with everything in the quarters that could be needed. The view from the quarters was beautiful. I would recommend this facility and will stay there again when we return. The building and grounds around these quarters was somewhat dated and could use some paint and additional landscaping.

Wonderful stay in paradise

Everything about our Maui trip was exceptional, and the condo was no exception! Very comfortable, very clean, and updated. The view is likely the very best on the property. A few short steps away, the beach was perfect for the family to swim and snorkel. At night the calming sea breeze and sounds of ocean waves lull you to sleep. We had a wonderful stay in this paradise, and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Ocean View

We had a great stay at this condo. The view is obviously spectacular but it is also a really comfortable and well-appointed place. Beds were comfortable with good linens, showers were roomy and had good pressure, kitchen was well stocked. And all the little essentials that sometimes get forgotten, like trash bags, sponges, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. were there and easy to find. Also near a great coffee place and several really good food places. I highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful view

Room was decent 
 the view was amazing! Building was run down and not appealing
 other guests were straight out of a reality show which was an instant turn off
 especially when the ambulance and fire trucks arrived because of the domestic violence situation. No easy access to the water as there were plastic net fences blocking off the stairs. View was amazing
 the rest was mediocre at best.

Oceanfront getaway

Great oceanfront location- next door to a public beach which provides access to the ocean (the properties ocean access is closed and cannot be utilized). While the property itself (paki Maui) is beginning to age, this unit is well updated and contains top of the line appliances. The outdoor living is great- with 2 different balconies each containing a table and chairs and 1 including loungers. Beach chairs and a cooler are included. Both beds are comfortable with newer mattresses. We had 1 small issue with the door lock, and it was addressed immediately. Would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends.

Simply FANTASTIC!

We loved our relaxing and wonderful recent stay at this condo - everything in the condo was chosen with such care and great taste! The kitchen has everything you need to dine in and its all been beautifully updated. The VIEW & location are amazing, I could have stayed on the balcony all day. It's a perfect way to start your morning, take a cup of coffee, sit out on the balcony and look for sea turtles, we saw quite a few! It's walking distance to coffee shops (I recommend Java Jazz) and local eateries (must try Ohana Tacos & Fish Market). If you like to go for a morning run its close by a trail that goes along the beach. We had access to rent mopeds right across from us as well. It was a perfect vacation with the most comfortable amenities and yes the beds are amazing! Thanks for renting out such a beautiful condo Pam and Gregg!

This place...where do I even start?

We just had the best time here and are so happy to be writing the first review! Yay! My husband and I just got back yesterday from such a fun week of vacation with my sister, her husband and their two teenage boys (18 & 17) and the condo was perfect. The views from the lanais, sitting for hours on them sipping wine and watching the turtles, making our own coffee and breakfast in the morning, the awesome king beds...I could seriously go on and on. :) You can't beat the location being so centrally situated between the excitement of Lahaina with all it has to offer and the absolute beauty and tranquility of our favorite, Kapalua. We loved every minute of it! Thank you again to the wonderful owners who are so helpful and offer lots of great suggestions. Can't wait to go back!

Spectacular views, great location and wonderful hosts

When you take the family to Maui for your wife's birthday and the hosts surprise her with a gift upon arrival you know you’ve selected the right property. This property is exactly what we were looking for. Unparalleled views situated perfectly between high tourism (Lahaina Historic District, Whalers Village, Kaanapali/Black Rock Beaches) and local spots (Honokowai/Fleming Beaches, Enchanted Forest/Honolua Bay). About the views
 Once you step out of the elevators and make a left you are hit with an incredible view and only then realize the treat you are about to experience from the condo (two lanais with unobstructed views of Lanai and Molokai). The condo has everything you’ll need during your stay (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels/chairs, snorkeling equipment, binoculars, etc). The complex has a large manicured green space with several lawn chairs/recliners to enjoy the sunsets/tanning and a pool with covered BBQ/dinning areas. The beach is easily accessible and safe for swimming snorkeling between the reefs and if you like a bit more sand Honokowai beach is next door. Be on the lookout for turtles as they tend to visit every day along the reefs. Guido and Gracie were in town during our visit so we had an opportunity to briefly visit with them and enjoy a few laughs. They are fantastic people and take pride in providing an exceptional experience for their guests and we can’t thank them enough for a most memorable Hawaiian birthday.

Best hosts ever and an amazing view with privacy that can't be beat!!!

There was a plumbing issue in our condo before we arrived but that did not affect us one bit with all of the hard work and other arrangements Guido put in place. He was very communicative through the whole process and although we had to stay somewhere else the first couple of days, it all worked out quite well and was pretty seamless for us, but I'm sure was a lot of work for Guido which we really appreciated! I don't believe any other host would take the time and all the effort to do this. As Guido said, things come up that are out of our control but it's how you handle it that matters and he handled it with my families best interests in mind. The reviews of how wonderful Guido & Gracie are as hosts is part of my decision to book with them and I am so glad I did! The condo itself is incredible! It is updated, clean, spacious and the balconies provide the most amazing and private views of the ocean which is just steps away. I did the beach walk every morning from our condo all the way past Whalers Village and did not see any other place that offered this. On that note, the location is a little off the beaten path from all the shops, restaurants and popular beach spots so if you want to be in the action at all times, you'll have to sacrifice and won't get the privacy and spectacular view from your own condo. This wasn't a problem for us, we just kept all of our beach gear in the rental car and drove the 5-10 minutes to different locations. And when we were back at the condo, it was nice to be away from the crowds and enjoy peace and quiet, except for the amazing sound of crashing waves! We even had a huge turtle hang out on the reef for hours while we were out there relaxing. I was worried that my husband would get too hot without AC but that was not the case at all. The winds coming in from the balconies and the ceiling fans were all we needed to be comfortable. I'll take that over AC any day! The beds and couches were so comfortable too! We didn't need to utilize the front desk for anything while we were there but on arrival the man working it was very friendly. We didn't use the pool or hot tub because we can do that anywhere so I can't speak to that. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we will definitely be back! Guido and Gracie, thank you again SO MUCH for ensuring our trip was everything we hoped it would be and for taking on the extra work to keep us stress-free in making other arrangements and for the extra time at the condo!

The VIEW The LOCATION

We were absolutely blown away when we woke up in Paradise! The view is unbelievable. Best eye candy ever. The location was spectacular. We did some day trips but most of the time we spent here. We definitely recommend this for a family or a romantic getaway. We saw whales and green turtles right in front of the condo. There are 2 reefs you can swim/snorkel between which we did pretty much every day. A couple of times with green turtles. Guido and Gracie were great hosts. They even left our daughter the nicest birthday present for her. She was thrilled that you thought of her. Great views!

We had an amazing time in this property. I can’t say enough about how amazing the views are of Molokai and Lanai. Watching the sun set from the balcony is amazing. For anyone concerned about lack of AC, winds and fans made it very live-able and not uncomfortable. Traveling with small children we enjoyed the ease of access to the beach. There is a public beach next to the sea wall that can be accessed from the front of the property and is only a minute walk. You can also swim and snorkel off the sea wall as well. This is a a big advantage to not have to drive. Only hiccup was the property was being cleaned when we arrived however I think this was related to the property management company rather than the owner. Guido was a great communicator throughout our stay and gave many helpful tips for our stay. The property is well stocked with everything you might need from a kitchen appliance standpoint.

Gorgeous view!

Gorgeous view from the moment you walk in! All of the kitchen items you need, nice patio seating, beach towels, chairs and cooler to use. Guido was very responsive to any questions I had. This was the third time we stayed at Paki Maui, but this was the nicest! Peaceful and quiet compared to big hotels in Lahaina and Kaanapali. It was a bit warmer on top floor but we pulled out a large selection of fans to keep air flowing. I’d come here again!

We are Guido & Gracie and love Vacations, who doesn't ... We are not big fans of Hotels or Timeshares rooms where you never know what your view is, or where your room is. Who the people above you are going to be, will they be Feet Pounders or Furniture Movers? Having uncomfortable Beds limited cooking facilities, the list goes on and on. We decided to purchase the BEST properties with the Best locations and the BEST views. Why this property? Location, Location Location. We have looked all over for the Dream Penthouse in the Kaanapali area. Why Kaanapali you may ask? Because we believe this spot has the most beautiful sunsets, best whale, and turtle watching on the planet, OK maybe we should say "on the island". Another Big Reason is having Great Ocean/Beach Views and Lanai's from the Master Bedroom and the Living room. For us having an Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse and not having the view and Lanai from the Master is just a unbelievable. We were shocked at how many properties did not have this! What we expect for a Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse is as soon as you enter your eyes are just memorized by the amazing view, as this Penthouse does. Another great benefit is it's just minutes to either Lahaina or Kapula, it’s in between both of them. Right across the street are local restaurants, and of course the Farmers Market. Next door is Honokƍwai Beach Park so you could not ask for a better location. I could go on and on about how wonderful, incredible, spectacular, etc etc.. But my words will never do our Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse justice!

There are so many reasons to stay at Maui Penthouses, here are just a few that we felt are mandatory for a true Hawaiian Paradise Vacation.
Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Downtown Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanais. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be. Hopefully once you experience them you will also.
