Cape Coral is called „Venice of Florida“. A lot of the canals have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico or the Caloosahatchee River. Two bridges lead over the river from Ft.Myers to the south part of Cape Coral.

The villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, the preferred residential area (you will find more information on our Homepage under villa-taurozorro). Only a few minutes by bicycle there ist the „Camelot Isles“ shopping center with several banks, gas station, drug store and an urgent care center.

The villa is very spacious and has two wings. Each wing has two bedrooms with connected bathrooms. In the center oft he house are two living rooms, a formal dining room and a kitchen with bar and breakfast nook. There is direct access to the large pool area from most oft he rooms.
The ripe fruits in the large garden can be eaten.

Boat trips through the canals, anchoring and swimming off the islands, watching dolphins and manatees are a delight for body and soul! The boat lift can't be used but there is enough place to dock a boat.

The villa has:
a large pool area with heated whirlpool, 4 sun loungers, table with 8 chairs, 4-burner gas grill with side burner and deck with seating directly above the water,
4 bedrooms (4 King, 1 Toddler bed) and 3 baths,
a living room with sofa and love seats for 7people,
a family room with Wifi, computer, printer, game console, sound system and smart TV,
Breakfast nook and bar, dining for 8 people,
Kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, cooking island including 5-plate stove, oven and microwave, wine cooler,
Washing machine, dryer, three bicycles. There is plenty of space for cars in the driveway.

Mere pleasure: take a swim in the pool before breakfast , enjoy the evening on the deck overlooking the sunset. Or barbecue steaks and kingprawns on the grill before you make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers.

Take a boat to Pine Island to the 'waterfront restaurant' and enjoy a snack on the terrace. Rent a Harley Davidson and explore Sanibel and Captiva Island on this way! Beaches with shells as well as the lure Wildlife Refuges with countless birds and tropical plants that bloom almost all year round. Just let your mind wander!

General: The house has a utility room with washing machine and dryer and direct access to the garage. Next to the door in the breakfast nook is a basket of pool towels waiting for you. The outdoor kitchen has a fridge, a sink and a large modern gas grill. After a trip on the canals, swimming in the pool or the sea - enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower and then a cold beer, a cool white wine or a Coke.

Trips: The Everglades National Park is an authentic natural paradise! Life there - Florida Panthers and the American crocodile - is in danger of extinction. Over 400 species of orchids grow on trees, which house the entire bird colonies.

Orlando is the entertainment center of Florida: Disney World, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre with numerous attractions lure not only children but also adults. Mini golf at Smuggler's Cove Fort Myers Beach for a joyful discovery: feeding baby crocs at the entrance, passing the mill, down the mountain, through the tunnel or under the waterfall - a great fun for the whole family!
