Great location. Process was smooth and the unit was very clean. Only issue we had was the host kind of forced us to allow the HOA pres and the extremely rude unit owner below this one to interrupt our stay to inspect for a leak that didn't exist. I think our host may have been mislead that it was an emergency when it clearly was not after getting more details. A rare situation but wish the host had just told them to wait until the next morning when we checked out.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here for our little mini fall break. The quick drive to Pigeon Forge each day was beautiful! Everything is as listed, the host went above and beyond to see we had everything we might need and then some. I can highly recommend this little quite place to anyone! We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for being an awesome host!

Clean and Beautiful

It was better than the pictures. Very clean and quiet area. Sitting in the charts outside of the condo with the mountain views was a plus. The beds were comfortable and spacious. It was a nice hidden gem. Love the teeny tiny stop sign at the exit.

Another great stay…

This condo is by far the cleanest & most well-appointed In the complex. The owner has thought of all the little things that add up: shoe mat upon entry, coat rack, ample towel hooks, power strips in bedrooms for multiple charging, porch furniture is always ready to use, and only ONE TV REMOTE per TV.

Convenient

The condo was clean and spacious and easy to access. Great location in the heart of Townsend.The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that pool hours were restricted. We would have loved to be able swim with our kiddos before lunch.

Our host, Mr. Robinson was unconcerned about the condition of our unit. We voiced our concerns. His response was to give out our number to the maintenance person and the cleaning lady. Asking us to stick around on our vacation to do his job. Our neighbor played music all day. It started at 5:30 am. Mr. Robinson thought it was our job to address the problem. We knocked on the door, at 5:30 am on two occasions.....no change.. No answer. It woke the four year old and my pregnant daughter in law did not enjoy it either!Toilet- filthy. Pubic hair covering the toilet. (pictures to prove it) No toilet paper in the bathroom. When the cleaning lady brought toilet paper it was transparent. You could literally see through it. The fan in the bathroom is hanging from the ceiling as if it is about to fall out. Same with the smoke detector. The Patio- You're in the mountains. We expected bugs. Not like this!!!! Spider eggs everywhere. Furniture filthy. We could not sit outside at all!To the host- Do your job!The unit is poorly managed and dirty!

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're glad the location met expectations, but we're genuinely sorry the bathroom wasn't cleaned to the standard it should have been. Plumbers were in the unit after our cleaning team addressed a leak report from the unit below, and it's possible that led to the mess you found, which is not acceptable regardless of the cause. On communication, we had checked with you about our cleaning and maintenance team reaching out directly to coordinate a fix, and understood that to be okay, though we recognize that wasn't the experience you wanted during your stay. As for the noise, we understand how frustrating early morning disruptions can be, though neighbor behavior isn't something we're able to control directly. We appreciate you letting us know about all of this and will use it to improve how issues are handled going forward.
