Ce condo récemment rénové de deux chambres / deux salles de bain peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement et offre une touche de luxe européenne. Une fois à l'intérieur, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable mis à jour et un coin buanderie séparé. La combinaison salon / salle à manger offre un coin repas pour quatre personnes, des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner, un téléviseur à écran plat LCD, un lecteur DVD et des meubles en cuir. Profitez du magnifique coucher de soleil sur Siesta Key depuis votre balcon privé depuis le salon. Les chambres disposent d'un mobilier neuf avec la chambre d'amis contenant deux lits jumeaux et le maître roi. Le maître a également une salle de bain attenante avec double vasque, ainsi qu’une télévision à écran plat et deux dressings… avec toutes les commodités que ce condo a à offrir, vous ne serez pas déçu. Ce condo est équipé pour 4 personnes seulement.

Very clean, efficient to almost anywhere for shopping, food, entertainment etc Even though our week had Red tide issues the beach and ocean where still a great place to be.

We felt the lady wasn’t very professional. It was a simple miss of communication and it could have been handle differently. But again it’s one little glitch and I would definitely recommend the house of sun.

Lovely location with gorgeous beach.A little disappointed with some of the furnishings and it really isn't a private balcony since the next door neighbors have a bird's eye view of your balcony. Kitchen and baths are updated but the carpeting in bedrooms is not the cleanest. Kudos to the owner as we couldn't honor our original reservation date and he worked with us to reserve a different date

The worst thing that ever happens

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is definitely not a good place for not body, they don't care about the health,the rooms are dirty. The air conditioning is a source of infection there they put cement, tiles, paints, all full of dust and mold, then you lose a day to change rooms and they do not replace your money or the bad time and they run you for a more expensive room and in the same unhygienic conditions

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Crescent Beach has become overrun and there is no room to walk nor place a chair... If you’re lucky enough to get a chair, that is. House of The Sun has an issue with having enough chairs for customers and doesn’t do enough to prevent other beach goers from stealing the chairs. We stayed in unit 407, and my advice to the owners is invest in some new furniture! The sofa was so broken down it could not be used. All the furnishings are badly outdated and there is not a hair dryer to be found. Airbnb and VRBO properties at least provide a hairdryer. If HOS management doesn’t do something about the chair issue, we will not come back.
