Notre lotissement urbain de 1700 pieds carrés, 3 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bain, situé à proximité de la rivière Animas, à seulement 4 miles au nord du centre-ville de Durango et à 25 miles de Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutes). Cette maison offre un emplacement idéal avec une vue incomparable sur la vallée de la rivière Animas et un accès immédiat à la station balnéaire sans avoir à traverser la ville pour accéder aux sentiers, à la forêt domaniale et au domaine skiable.

Le chariot Durango s’arrête devant la maison toutes les 20 minutes, ce qui permet de se rendre facilement au centre-ville sans avoir à conduire ou à se garer.

L'espace de vie principal dispose d'un foyer à gaz ainsi que d'une télévision à écran plat 50 "4K et d'un lecteur DVD Blue Ray. Il y a un gril à gaz sur le pont de l'espace de vie principal.

Le complexe Crimson Cliff comprend un parc privé avec terrain de volley-ball en sable, des équipements de jeux, un mini-golf de neuf trous, un petit étang, un foyer et une piste de gravier autour du grand gazon.

We had a wonderful time. It always helps to find that the place you booked is exactly what you expect. We used the trolley on a daily basis. It was right at the entrance. There were a flight of stairs at the entrance and another flight of steps leading to the bedrooms.The kitchen was perfect and well equipped. I would rate it as a 5 out of 5. The host was fantastic and responsive. Plenty of parking and perfectly clean.

Extremely clean and well kept. The bathroom fixtures are very nice and all in good working order. The master has a bidet, which I really appreciate. The appliances all work very well and are very clean. The carpet and paint are new. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, utensils, and cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments)The location is beautiful and feels very safe. An easy drive into town. The host gave good driving directions, and check in was easy. Everything was very nice. I recommend without any hesitation.

Durango getaway

My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in Durango

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

Weekend trip

The location and layout is great. Lots of stairs. It does not have AC which is common in this area but can be uncomfortable late afternoon or evening if it doesn’t rain so watch the weather.

Very nice!

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

We mainly used the unit for sleeping. Otherwise, we were out all day and ate all meals out. Everything was very nice. Would suggest a cooling unit on the main floor, similar to those in the bedrooms… hot and stuffy, even though we opened both balcony door and main window. It might also be worth noting that there are two sets of stairs, both steep and long, and not the best for elderly access.
