EXCELLENT PLACE!!

This place was perfectly described, in a safe area, and plenty of room on a beautiful Golf Course. Would stay here again if I could! Also, the property management team was amazing when I needed anything regarding the property.

Great experience and support

The condo is nice and the support we had from iTrip was great! Also, the Heritage Oaks GCC provides an amazing experience.

Great view from the second story. We saw alligator swimming by about every day and a lot of water fowl.

The community was very nice and the people there were very nice but the condo itself is very outdated and dingy and very difficult to keep clean. Would definitely recommend the location, but would NEVER recommend this condo!!

Well located. Comfortable and spacious for two people. Some shortcomings in cooking utensils and tableware. Required one handyman visit to repair wc.

Very nice

This unit was very clean and nice. Everything I needed was there. It has such a beautiful view. The community is very safe and the people are friendly. Any time I needed something, like an umbrella, they came immediately. They answer quickly as soon as you reach out. The only thing I'd say is BYOP- pillow. I have neck issues. I'm sure if you'd ask for a new pillow, they'd bring one. The club house food is delicious. The beds are comfortable. The gym is well equipped. It was a great stay. Thanks!
