Narrow Neck Views - Spacieuse maison de montagne avec une vue imprenable!

Narrow Neck Views a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans une escapade dans les Blue Mountains. Une maison spacieuse et privée située sur plus de 2 300 m², entourée d'arbres et d'oiseaux, avec une vue imprenable sur le parc national des Blue Mountains et la vallée de Megalong.

Tous à une courte distance en voiture des magasins, cafés, galeries, restaurants et promenades de brousse de classe mondiale de Katoomba et Leura.

Vues magnifiques - même depuis la salle de bain!

A l'étage, une cuisine ouverte et un salon qui vous attirent vers le grand balcon et ces vues.

Il y a trois chambres à l'étage. L'une s'ouvre sur le balcon orienté ouest.
À côté de la cuisine, il y a un balcon orienté à l'est parfait pour le petit-déjeuner ou pour cuisiner sur le barbecue au charbon de bois Weber Original Kettle. Vue sur le jardin avant vert très paisible.

En bas, il y a une salle de rumpus parfaite pour les enfants. Il y a aussi une salle à manger / salon séparée et une grande terrasse, offrant la flexibilité de plusieurs espaces de vie et de salle à manger pour les grands groupes.

- La première chambre est spacieuse avec une vue paisible sur le jardin avant. Il a une armoire intégrée et un lit queen confortable.
- La chambre 2 a un lit queen, vue sur la montagne et accès direct au balcon.
- La troisième chambre a deux lits simples, une armoire encastrée et une vue agréable sur les arbres.
- La salle Rumpus a une grande télévision intelligente, une table assise, un lecteur DVD, une Playstation rétro, un lit queen, un canapé-lit double, une cheminée à gaz et s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse.

Incredible view and lovely house. Wood fire made for cozy nights and great chats with friends. House was well stocked with everything we needed and had a seperate space for the kids to hang out when needed!

Walks in the Mountains

By being close to some great walks, we were able to stretch out and sample lots of what Katoomba offers. From sunset looking out over the Megalong, to brilliant clouds and some rain on the last day. A few days well spent.

Biggest mistake!

We made the biggest mistake by staying here only for 1 night. I really wished we had more time and stay here 3 nights instead. The view from the property just bloody amazing. Will definitely come back here again!

Spacious and quiet

Living up in the tree tops with clear views this time was amazing. We have previously been to this house with mist and cold however this January, was clear and hot - so the airconditioning was great. Every view is amazing from this house, despite the weather. An enjoyable time.

What a view!

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Katoomba. The property was clean and tidy on arrival, with some treats waiting for us on the dining table. The fireplace was well exercised while we were there, stocked with wood and ready to go. I found myself close enough to walk to Katoomba attractions and town centre, but far enough away that we heared little more than sounds of the bush. And the view from the main deck - absolutely stunning. I couldn't tire of it.

Lovely house for 6 guests and no more

Lovely house, the upstairs is very cosy and we really enjoyed this space. The woodburner made the space really warm and cosy. We reccomend this property for a group of 6 guests, three bedrooms are upstairs in this central living space and the central dining table accommodates 6 chairs. Perfect for 6 guests maximum. Unfortunately we had 8 guests and the listing states it can sleep even more. This means 2 guests were sleeping downstairs which is a random large and cold space. The owners stipulate they prefer you to use the aircon unit rather than the gas heater (which we did actually try as it was so cold the weekend we stayed but doesn't actually work) but the aircon unit just doesn't heat the space. I am so glad we didn't need the 2nd adjoining downstairs room which was like an ice box and contained the shower room and didn't warm up at all. We didn't have enough chairs for the dining table upstairs so we had to make do with random furniture which was a shame. The check-in process was smooth and easy but we did find it bizarre the email we recieved prior to check-in... telling us that the sheets would be creased even though they were clean as it would save on cleaning costs which was unnecessarily dissappointing considering we paid over and above the average cost for a similar property. The cleaner also arrived an hour early on the day of departure which made us fuss and flap which was a shame.

Hi David, Thank you so much for staying with us. A pleasure to host and we were very happy to provide you with a late checkout as requested. Sorry to hear you couldn't get the gas fire places on during your stay. They certainly do work, though can be a little tricky to get started if the previous guests have switched the pilot light off, or gas off at the tap (which often happens). We have the gas heater instruction manual in the house, and are always happy to send our handyman over to switch the gas heaters on, if requested. The reverse cycle aircon certainly does heat the downstairs rooms fast. Best wishes, Andrea and Daniel

Beautiful house with excellent location!!!

This property is located with a beautiful sunset view and the host is very friendly and accommodating. It has pretty much all the required amenities and is close to an Indian restaurant. Highly recommended.

Four friends in Katoomba

As four mature age friends meeting up after a long time apart (since high school), this allowed plenty of talk, walks in fresh mountain air, cultural experiences and good food and drink. It was very, very good.

Katoomba Haven

We had a great stay. The house was as advertised. Excellent to the scenic railway/three sisters and shops. All once a 5min drive away The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The kids loved having there own bedroom / space / TV downstairs. We loved sitting around the fire watching the sunset. The chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the fridge was much appreciated. Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.
