The location of the second floor apartment in the "castle" home was very convenient in Buffalo. The decor was quite attractive. The hosts, Joe & Nicole, were very responsive to our inquiries & requests. Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

Nicole and Joe were awesome host! The property description was accurate, they were so communicative, patient, accomodating and kind! The house was very clean and spacious! This house was perfect for a group of 5 (which we were). I would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, comfortable and secure location. Accommodations were an upstairs apartment above hosts, Joe and Nicole, who were very accommodating and attentive. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Although there was not central air, window air conditioners in almost every room, made it very cool. Great spot for us and our kids to spend the night for a family wedding in Buffalo.

Beautiful home & Joe was always present to help whether it was first day 1 AM checkin or next day again to help us at 11 PM after we came back from our excursion. Also, Nicole's travel tips helped us. The living space was on 2nd floor & was beautiful and it has great front yard. Also, have park which I found very nice, as me & my daughter had great morning stroll there. Overall great experience.

We experienced fantastic hospitality from our hosts! The apartment is very spacious, clean and in a peaceful, very well-kept setting. It's location affords a ton of conveniences and is central to the many reasons to visit Buffalo. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This Guest attempted to have a party here and we put a stop to that immediately. A few Non-registered Guests were in and out during the afternoon and evening, we contacted the main Guest and we let it go. But then later at night people were waiting at our gate for some after party, and we told them to leave. We do not allow "In-Town" Guests, due to this specific reason, but somehow this "In-Town" guests slipped past the booking process. A warning to anyone that thinks they can get away with a party: you will not and you will be removed from the property without compensation, because the cameras catch it, the Gate stops it, and you will not like your stay because you are violating the Rental Agreement. The Guest says everything was horrible, which is in direct contrast to all of our other reviews, because our high standards and preventative actions provide each next Guest with our perfect place, not for "In-Town" people or anyone else looking to party.

The place was very clean but would be much better and more comfortable with better furniture. In the living room couch had no padding, did not recline chairs. Also just straight chairs with no padding. Would be much better to have some reclining couches to be able to lean back and raise your feet while watching TV. Also the place has a gate that stays locked. It is kind of frustrating that every time you want to leave you need to unlock the gate and then pull the car through and then get back out and lock the gate back up. Also has a spiral staircase which for elderly people can be hard to navigate, especially if you're carrying luggage upstairs
