Il ne peut y avoir beaucoup de villas à Lagos ou aux alentours qui combinent toutes les caractéristiques suivantes. Emplacement paisible à la campagne pour une détente totale, vous pourriez littéralement entendre une épingle tomber! Vues panoramiques sur la baie de Lagos à l'avant; Collines de Monchique sur le côté et village de Portelas à l'arrière. Accès facile à la splendide vieille ville de Lagos avec sa multitude de restaurants et bars - à seulement 1 mile du centre même, moins de la marina, plus une piscine privée pleine grandeur (10m x 5m) avec des terrasses spacieuses, situé dans une belle sécurisée jardin clos avec grande pelouse pour jeux de balle. Le chauffage de la piscine est disponible au coût de 100 livres sterling. Cette villa fonctionne très bien pour trois générations d'une famille et est également parfaite pour deux familles, en raison de l'annexe. Très adapté aux bébés, nous fournissons tout le kit pour alléger votre charge - lit bébé / stylo, chaise haute, babyphone numérique, stérilisateur et chauffe-biberon, même quelques jouets et un pot! Nouvelles salles de bains récemment installées et kItchen rénovées. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond, tout aussi efficaces que la climatisation dans les mois les plus chauds et beaucoup plus respectueux de l'environnement. Notre villa a été inspectée et a obtenu sa licence touristique 4401 / AL.
Wifi. La nouvelle piste de course automobile est à seulement 1 arrêt sur l'autoroute, mais heureusement hors de portée!
Toutes les chaînes de BBC, ITV, 4,5 et bien d'autres encore, via le haut débit. Il y a également une installation de rattrapage. Wifi gratuit.
Toutes les chambres au rez-de-chaussée, plus 2 salles de bains, 1 salle de bains privative et une kitchenette au rez-de-chaussée pour les boissons au bord de la piscine et la vaisselle pour barbecue. Un escalier en marbre mène au salon à l'étage avec coin repas et cuisine principale. Aussi un. grande terrasse avec coin repas extérieur avec une vue fantastique.
À l'extérieur, une grande piscine entourée de terrasses spacieuses, un barbecue intégré, une pergola offrant un espace ombragé et une grande pelouse adaptée aux jeux de balle. A l'arrière de la maison se trouve un parking et un verger d'agrumes, plein de citrons pour vos G&T!

Pool was not used because of cold weather but pool area was since it is a suntrap and very private. The whole property was kept very clean. A few unavoidable minor issues were resolved quickly by property manager.A wonderful stay for a month. Would definitely recommend.

First the good- the house is exactly as the pictures show- beautiful setting, updated bathrooms, lovely pool, and plenty of space.One challenge is staying in the winter as the house doesn’t have central heating. Guest are supplied with plug-in electric heaters which unfortunately tax the electric system. We had many power outages. The management company was very responsive but couldn’t really fix a lack of adequate heat.Despite the cold, we loved Lagos and the heated pool for swimming.

Great stay

We spent a great two weeks. The villa was spotless and the location was excellent. We travelled with grandchildren and Amy provided a high chair, pack & play and a gate.The pool was a lot of fun with a great green space. Communication was excellent. Lovely stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house has everything it promised. The children loved the swimming pool and it was worth the extra expense of warming it. The house is near amenities and Lagos’ vibrant restaurants and shops close by.

A Super Family Hols

We loved everything about the villa. It was the perfect setting for our Canadian/English family holiday after being apart for so long. The garden is lovely and the lawn and pool provided many hours of fun and games for our multi-age group ranging in age from 5 to 80!

The villa was exactly what we wanted for an adult family holiday for 7. It was lovely to have a pool to ourselves with ample seating and pool side loungers. The grounds were well maintained with wonderful views over Lagos towards the sea.. It was also nice to have the option to dine either indoors or alfresco. Villa directions made it easy to find with only a 5 minute drive from Lagos.We has an issue with the pool filtration plant not working but that was speedily resolved within 90 minutes of reporting it. Great response from the management services!

We loved staying at this house. It was located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Lagos yet was very close to the everything that Lagos has to offer - e.g., the marina, grocery stores, old town, restaurants, museums, the beach., etc. We spent 5 weeks there and loved everything.

Wonderful villa in peaceful location

Wonderful villa in a very peaceful location but still close to Lagos town and marina! Great size pool and lots of outdoor space for you little one to play. The toys and floats were an added bonus! Super clean too and great communication with the owner and manager in Lagos. Would highly recommend to families and would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Thank you for having us!

Falfeira villa

Wonderful week at a lovely villa. The villa is really well equipped and the setting is just so peaceful - it was impossible not to relax! We enjoyed the large pool and the bbq. The villa is spacious, very clean with modern bathrooms. Lagos centre is only 5 minutes by car (or taxi).

A peaceful villa.

A peaceful and very comfortable villa in an ideal location. Some wonderful views and a lovely garden with almond trees and lemon and orange trees in the orchard. A well maintained and heated pool added to the enjoyment. The property manager is very helpful if needed. With no hesitation we have booked a return visit.

We first visited the Algarve in 1979 and instantly fell in love with the area and the people. We first stayed in Carvoeira and considered buying there but sadly realised that this charming little fishing village was about to be swamped by development. We then explored further west and after several visits to the area decided that Lagos was sufficiently large and predominantly Portuguese to avoid being swallowed up by developments.
Then began the search for a villa nearby rather than in the town itself which can be noisy with barking dogs and late night bars etc.! We were extremely lucky in that the first villa sent to us was in just the right location, just 1 mile from the very centre of town with fantastic panoramic views of the ocean and mountains and yet in the peaceful countryside.

I doubt there are many villas in or around Lagos that combine convenience of access to the many shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer, with such blissful peace and quiet. We sit gazing at the views for hours both day and night and never tire of returning to Miradouro. The children love the pool,which can be heated in early and late season at extra charge when the water temperature is a mite too chilly except for the most hardy. The villa is very baby friendly as we provide cot, high chair, monitor, bottle warmer, steriliser, even a few toys and a potty!
