Belle villa de quatre chambres doubles. Très belles vues sur la mer et les montagnes. Piscine privée et jardin de 500 m2. Air conditionné, système de chauffage. À 2 minutes à pied de la mer et à 15 minutes en voiture d'un terrain de golf.
Deux étages, au rez-de-chaussée vous avez la cuisine, salle à manger-salon. une toilette et une grande chambre avec baignoire à l'intérieur. Au premier étage, vous avez 3 chambres doubles avec 2 salles de bains.
Il y a aussi une salle de bain avec douche dans la piscine.
Wi-Fi haut débit.
Toutes les chambres ont une sortie directe sur une terrasse avec vue sur la mer.
Vous pouvez rejoindre la mer en 2 à 5 minutes à pied et vous rendre au centre de Port d'Andratx en 10 à 15 minutes à pied.

We had an amazing time! House was immaculate, organized and within walking distance to the downtown area with lots of delicious restaurants and shops. Owner was reliable and available when we had questions. Fantastic views. Clean pool. Great location. Would definitely book again!

Mallorca is great for cycling. The house is well located to explore the western side of the island.

Perfect Villa

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa, a short walk to the shops and restaurants of the Port D’Andratx waterfront. Rick beach is only a 3 minute walk down the road, and the water is clear and great for snorkelling. A very nice location and traditional Mediterranean villa!

Excellent villa

Once again we had a lovely staff at this villa. This is the fourth time we have stayed and it never disappoints. Excellent locations within walking distance to the port and fantastic views from the patios. Checking in is easy and host is response to any queries/requests.

The house was very clean when we arrived and is very spacious. The location makes everything easy during your stay, you can walk to shops and restaurants, the Marina and beach etc. Port Andratx itself is a fantastic part of Mallorca. The house pool is a good size and the views, especially at sunset, were lovely. There is some nearby construction, however it did not take away from our stay. And our host was super helpful and accommodating at all times. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!

Lovely villa

This is the third time we have stayed in this villa and it never fails to impress. Excellent location with easy walking distance to the port. Spacious - lovely pool area and good amenities - host is very responsive. I feel sure we will be back

I had a lovely stay at the property with my family. You can walk into the town in 15 minutes, it would take longer to get home as the property is on a hill. We always hire a car and the parking at the property is excellent. The villa had loads of room and is very well equipped. There is building work happening next door and as advised by our host the works stopped on the 1st of July so no major upset. Would love to visit again.

Amazing Villa in Great Location

We stayed for 9 nights in August and the villa was everything we hoped. Good sized bedrooms, with all the amenities you would expect and amazing views from all of the terraces. 15-20 mins walk into the port/town and a large swimming pool that was very clean and the ideal temperature for hot summer days. One or two minor issues that were dealt with very efficiently by Toni. Would highly recommend this villa.

Stunning Property

An absolutely stunning property & location. Our family of 6 adults and 1 baby had an absolutely amazing time. The layout of the property gives every bedroom it own patio and views to die for. The property is big enough to give everyone space with a fantastic big terrace separate pool area. I would highly recommend this villa and Port D’Andraxt is the most gorgeous place with no shortage of restaurants to choose from. The 3 local supermarkets all within walking distance give you everything you need

Fantastic villa

Another lovely holiday at this fantastic villa. Loads of space, great location, can't fault it. We had sand rain overnight during our stay resulting in the pool, sun loungers, terrace, table, chairs etc being covered in red sand. We contacted Toni and he immediately arranged for the gardeners and pool guys to visit . Excellent, prompt service . Thank you

The villa was very spacious, the air conditionning functionned well, the views were beautiful at any moment of the day, its ideally located for all day trips and activities and port d’andratx was walkeable and had much to offer. We also used the charcoal bbq and it worked well. Everyone in my party was satisfied with the villa and their rooms. Only caviat is one of the bathroom didnt work and we could only use 2 showers for the entire stay and we didnt get compensation for that in money or special treatment. Besides that we loved our stay! We would recommend and book again.

Great Villa in Port D'Andtratx

Our family of five had a great stay in Antoni's beautiful villa! The villa is exactly as pictured in the listing - plenty of room, beautiful outdoor spaces, and amazing views of the sea and sunset. The town is a 15 minute walk (or quick drive) from the house. Many fantastic restaurants and overall elegant and relaxed vibe. Two grocery stores in town (Bip Bip and A-prop) also easily accessed and had everything we needed. There's access to the sea from a pathway around the corner from the house. Also a beautiful Sandy beach in the next town over (Camp de Mar) is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!!

We rented this house to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. So we were six adults, one 1,5 year old and one 3 year old. The house is fabulous, the view is stunning and the location is perfect - a small walk to the port. Also, we could swim in the sea at two different places near the house. The house was clean and fresh, we had a bathroom each per couple which was perfect. Toni fixed both a baby cut and a baby chair for us and welcomed us when arriving. Such a service! 👌 Everyone of us loved it and we will definitely come back!

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit drei Generationen (Großeltern, Eltern und Kindern)eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Lage des Hauses, Komfort, Sauberkeit, großzügige Raumaufteilung, schöner Pool und bestes Wetter trugen zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei. Super villa for a family holiday

Can Rubi delivers so much for a family holiday. The living space in the house and the outside patio areas are great for a family group of eight. The owner additionally provided two cots for our twin grandsons. The pool and pool area are kept very clean and there are plenty of sun beds and pool towels for all. The kitchen is well equipped with two large fridge freezers which saves on frequent trips to the supermarket. You can walk from the house into Port d’Andratx in around 15 to 20 minutes to have access to all the restaurants and bars there. Our family had a super time at this house and we would definitely return again.

I would highly recommend this property

The Villa is even nicer than the pictures. Amazing villa with an absolutely amazing view. My kids loved the large pool and plenty of room for 2 familys with room to spare. Restaraunts and shops only 10 minute walk next to the beautiful port. We all enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the sea. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful villa

We have just returned from spending a fantastic few weeks staying here - the view from the patio is amazing- lovely pool - and excellent location to be able to walk into the port. This is the second time we have stayed and I am sure we will be back
