Amazing location with sunset views!

This condo is the perfect location for a stay in Poipu. It has a beautiful lanai that faces the ocean which allows for direct view of the beautiful sunset. There is a nice pool in the facility and you can easily walk to Poipu beach.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay here in Poipu. Just across the street from the beach made our days easy. Chairs and boogie boards were great and the washer and dryer were a plus. Coming from the mountains, we felt hot in the bedrooms but overall we loved this place.

Ocean front sunset views

Amazing location for our family where we felt very safe. We utilized the pool and beach gear that was at the location. We all slept soundly with the clean, comfortable beds while hearing the ocean from our open windows.

Unfortunately I found the same unit over 1,000 less on every other rental site. I should have researched moreCondo great but couches and outdoor furniture very uncomfortable. Views at sunset spectacular!

Beautiful location in a fun area

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Great ocean views and quick walk to several beaches, restaurants. The checkin process was easy, and the text updates were really helpful. Our condo came with everything you’d need for a great day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie board. And we really enjoyed Brenneke’s beach! We also loved all the photos of Kauai- so cool!

This place lives up to the photos! Walk across the street to beach and turtles, or just chill by the pool. Sea breezes cool you off at night. Local fruit graces your kitchen. Would return!

Everything was wonderful about this place, from beautiful views to a great location. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything that we needed to cook with was on hand. The only thing I would do is fix the screens to the lanai as they were a little difficult to close at times other than that I give it five stars.

Perfect Family Vacay- Aloha Vibes for Days

My husband, my 13 yr old son and his friend stayed and had a fantastic time. We felt like locals in no time being a short walk from the best boogie boarding beach on the island, sunsets on the lanai or at Poipu were spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed and the unit spacious. The only reason for 4 stars, the bedding, beds and pillows are in need of a refresh. With that said- we would stay here again!

Nihi Kai #200 is the BEST!!!

I’ve stayed in #200 before. The location, view and amenities are great!! This time there were many tiny flies around! Not a problem - just never had seen them before! Love the pool area. I will be back!!!!

Sometimes you get lucky!

We loved this gem! It’s gotta be one of the best balconies in Poipu! It is a short walk to Poipu Beach each and even shorter to Brennecke Beach (great waves for boogie boarding). We loved visiting with the turtles who came to shore around sunset. We had all the supplies we needed for cooking and chairs/boards/towels and cooler for the beach. We traveled with my parents and the separate suites were perfect. Yes, we got lucky because it was everything the host said it would be and more!

Nice Property, Great Location and Beautiful Views

Great condo! Amazing ocean view, steps to the water and short/easy walk to the beaches, restaurants, etc. Good sized unit w/plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen, Bathrooms & carpet were updated in the last few years & very nice. A few minor items like the screen doors and beach chairs could use replacement & more lights in the living room would be good. But, none of those were major. Note - the unit does not have AC, but there are tons of windows & fans, so it was not an issue. Nice pool steps from the door & access to the beach club was a nice perk. A few minor hiccups in communication with the property management, but they were very helpful & accommodating and provided a ton of useful info prior to arrival. Check-in was easy & the guide to the property was very thorough. Overall 2 thumbs up.

Almost perfect!

This condo location was in a great spot, with views of the ocean and mountains! Check in was clear and easy, property managers responded quickly to my questions. They even let me schedule a late checkout since it was available the day we left. It was so nice to watch the sunrise and sunset from the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals. Kitchen and living area are upstairs and bedrooms and nice updated bathrooms are down stairs. There was enough room to spread out. Beach items were provided like chairs, umbrella, a few boogie boards, coolers and towels. It would have been nice to have a wagon to walk all of the gear to the beach. It’s not far but can get cumbersome to carry everything. Parking was always easy to find. The few things that made me take a star off were the beds, mattress/bedding/pillows are in desperate need of a refresh. If I would have stayed any longer I would have went to buy my own pillows and sheets at Walmart. Also it can get uncomfortable with no air conditioner. Lots of fans are provided so it helps. Washer/dryer was a lifesaver and much appreciated. Overall this condo was a wonderful home base for our trip and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Poipu!
