Ceci est un nouvel appartement penthouse au sixième étage avec 3 chambres, salon / salle à manger, cuisine séparée, deux balcons et une autre terrasse ensoleillée sur le toit totalement privée accessible via un escalier en colimaçon à l'intérieur de l'appartement.

La suite principale peut être composée d'un lit double ou de lits jumeaux superking et possède son propre balcon privé, un dressing et une salle de bains carrelée en marbre. Les autres chambres sont de grandes chambres doubles. Un lit bébé est disponible si spécifié lors de la réservation.

Il y a une deuxième salle de bain carrelée entièrement équipée.

L'immense salon comprenant un coin salon avec des sièges en cuir et un coin repas avec des meubles de haute qualité, avec accès direct au balcon principal au même niveau. La cuisine séparée entièrement équipée accède également au balcon du balcon principal, facilitant les repas en plein air. Le balcon est équipé d'un barbecue au gaz et d'une salle à manger extérieure.

L'appartement est servi avec WiFi, une télévision grand écran dans le salon avec connexion Internet au Royaume-Uni et à d'autres chaînes de télévision de langue anglaise.

Depuis le couloir, un escalier mène à la vaste terrasse privée sur le toit avec vue sur la mer et la ville et la campagne environnantes. Il est meublé de six chaises longues, de sièges d'extérieur avec table basse et d'une douche "rafraîchissante".

L'appartement dispose de deux places de parking réservées au sous-sol du complexe, accessibles uniquement avec un dispositif de sécurité. Il y a aussi des places de parking pratiques à l'extérieur.

Le complexe d'appartements possède son propre centre de fitness (gratuit), avec salle de gym, piscine intérieure, sauna et hammam.

Il est à 5 minutes à pied du front de mer, de la vieille ville historique, de la marina, des magasins et des restaurants. La plage est accessible à pied. 2 terrains de golf jouxtent la ville de Lagos, et il y en a 25 de plus - et cela continue - dans la région de l'Algarve à une courte distance de conduite raisonnable. Les places de parking dédiées dans le sous-sol fermé et fermé offrent une sécurité totale pour les clubs de golf, planches de surf et autres équipements sportifs.

Family vacation

Our hosts were personally in touch and cared about our stay. The property is beautiful, including a private rooftop lounge area. Lots of room for 5 adults to gather or have their own space. Many amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Family vacay to the Algarve. Lagos was home base. Condo was super clean, pristine, good wifi and strong ac! Great location as it was walkable to Marina and old town. We were able to park a car no problem, but walked a lot to town. Drove to some other areas and beaches, access to towels and laundry were v convenient and bring across from LIDL was absolutely clutch. Room for 5 of us which was important since my kids are teens and don’t share beds. Kitchen was well stocked too. Strong recommend for a family of 5. Prop manager and Michael were v easy to deal with and v responsive as well! One of the best vacations ever!

Excellent Stay

Properly is exactly as described. No issue parking. Very close to some very good restaurants. Marina was about a 10 minute walk and Maia Praia Beach another 10min from the Marina. (A few min by car and parking easy). We didn't really use the pool or gym. Rooftop area has a good mix of sun and shade.

another great holiday

I hesitate to write another great review of the apartment. Going by the bookings too many people already know how wonderful this apartment is. It has everything great location, large rooms, balcony with bbq and of course the fantastic sheltered rooftop with great views. Not forgetting the indoor leisure facilities. I am already looking forward to my return in September.

Rejuvenating and relaxing stay!

We came to the Algarve after a hectic orchestra tour, hoping for some peace and relaxation. Michael’s place was exactly what we needed! Nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a quiet part of Lagos. Two large grocery stores nearby were so convenient. By far my favorite part was the upper terrace- absolute bliss on a quiet sunny morning. Carlos gave us good information about local restaurants and beaches - super helpful. The one thing I would suggest is some soap/shampoo in the showers- the stores had what we needed but since most places have them we tend not to pack them.

Amazing Property

This apartment is every bit as beautiful as pictured here. The location is ideal with just a brief walk to town, the marina and Old Lagos. We spent almost three months in this apartment and really felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and very easy to work in and the master suite offers comfort and privacy. Carlos, the property manager was pleasant and responsive to our needs. He worked with cleaners to arrange their schedule to accommodate any guests we may have had. We have the utmost respect for and gratitude towards Michael, the owner, for sharing his home with us. It was a summer to remember!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Lagos. The apartment was huge. Located right across the street from a grocery store. We made good use of the easy to use BBQ on the balcony. This was also a good place to do laundry because you could dry it easily in the sun on the rooftop patio. Michael and Gina gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants that we enjoyed. We had a vehicle and it was easy to park outside and drive to the beach. We walked to old town a couple of times 15-20 minutes. Our only issue were some ants that spread through the apartment quickly (they came from the hallway) but Gina took care of them right away after we messaged her and they didn’t come back.

Our 2-week stay in Michael's beautiful flat was absolutely perfect! It couldn't have been better! The flat is very centrally located in the middle of Lagos. It is equipped with everything you need and all the amenities. In our opinion, nothing is missing! There is a permanently installed gas barbecue on the balcony (permanently installed gas pipe, no gas bottles necessary) on which we had several perfect barbecues (salmon, sardines, steaks, burgers, vegetables, etc.). There is also a dining table for six people on the balcony, which is large enough to enjoy wonderful al fresco dining. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher (Bosch/Miele brand appliances). This is great for washing clothes and towels during a longer stay. The apartment was even cleaned by the staff after a week and the towels were replaced – simply perfect!Carlos is a super friendly contact person on site who you can contact if you have any problems (if there are any at all). Carlos gave us great tips for beaches, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, I left a personal item in the apartment after we left, and Carlos immediately offered to send it to Germany by post. Of course, I will reimburse him for the costs. There is a large Lidl supermarket directly opposite the apartment complex. 150 m down the road is a great Pingo Doce supermarket. We can also highly recommend the Pizzeria Oliva (150 m away). It is a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town of Lagos.We would book this flat again anytime!

Excellent séjour, appartement très spacieux, lumineux. Très bien entretenu et équipé. Proximité immédiate de commerces. La place de parking n’est pas pratique , il faut y aller avec douceur. Sinon excellent séjour, le contact avec Michael est très facile et agréable.

Lovely apartment

This was our second visit to Lagos, which is a lovely town. The apartment is in a good location for walking to the old town, beaches and local amenities. The apartment comfortable, clean, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. Correspondence with Michael was good and we were met at the apartment by Carlos, who was also very helpful. We look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Location

My wife, two adult children and I loved our stay. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and the quick check-in tour was informative. The apartment was well-furnished. We spent most of our time in the apartment either in the living room or on the deck (where we ate many meals). We loved the location with the supermarket across the street and downtown Lagos a quick 10-15 minute walk. The workout area was a nice bonus which we visited several times. We did not use the rooftop terrace as much as expected since the deck was so nice.

Schöne, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage mitten in Lagos gegenüber dem LIDL Markt. Die Altstadt sowie der Hafen von Lagos sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr gut ausgestattet. Super schnelles Internet wie auch deutsches Fernsehen sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Michael Carroll war stets reibungslos und sehr professionell. Ebenso noch ein großes Lob an Carlos (lokaler Kontakt) welcher immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die Strände von Lagos sind alle sehr schön.

Great place to stay close to town

The apartment was amazing and the check in process was easy. The rooftop views were beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for Cooking and there’s a grocery store right across the street. I would recommend staying here when in Lagos.

Fantastic stay

We loved it. Beautiful apartment, spacious, comfortable, great location and a very attentive owner who cares about your comfort. I would highly recommend this place. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and we all loved it. Short drive to all beaches, short walk to 2 supermarkets and everything you need for a stay at the beautiful algarve. This was our first visit to Lagos and we fell in love with the place. The old town is beautiful. Michael's apartment is in a great location beside a large supermarket 5 minutes from the Marina. The 15 minute walk into the old town takes you along the promenade full of stalls, shops & restaurants. The apartment is very spacious & comfortable. The large roof terrace is such a bonus and we loved having breakfast on the balcony just off the kitchen. Michael gave us a list of restaurants before we travelled which was a great help. We did not hire a car and we used yellowfish for our transfers. They were superb, always on time and very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment for your perfect stay in Lagos.

We are a married couple from Ireland, Michael is a retired lawyer (barrister) and Marie recently disposed of her own retail business. Our apartment is our home except for the summer months and with this specifically in mind we purchased it - new - in 2007. We have three grown up children, Ronan is a harbour pilot, Eoin a sociologist who is director of a centre promoting social and affoprdable housing and Cian is a lawyer practising in Warsaw.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We wanted the apartment to be in a location that has its own community and history, with stunning scenery and plenty to do, that has a pleasant climate, that has within walking distance all the services and shops that are available to us at home and that is close to an airport a short flight away from our other home. At the same time we wanted the apartment to be totally private and in a quiet part of Lagos.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment is less than an hour from the major international airport in the Algarve region, it is situated in a residential area and so avoids the excesses of tourism, yet it is a short walk from the main beach, the marina and the historic old town. It is a large home, totally private, a penthouse with internal staircase access to its own rooftop sun terrace that is almost as big as the apartment and is not overlooked. Our guests keep telling us that the photos don't do it justice. So we are perfectly happy to stay in the apartment, and we can walk to any of the local attractions and shops. Lagos is an ideal base for the Algarve generally, everything is within driving distance.
