We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect – peaceful, quiet, and ideal for relaxing. The house had everything we needed and even more, with great sunlight throughout the entire day. From the booking process to our arrival, the host was incredibly kind and attentive, making everything easy and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Great for a weeks stay

Nice property, ideal for a weeks stay. Small shopping complex within walking distance. We had a car for the week so went along to the main playa blanca resort on an evening. Good communication from host.

Very nice !

The house is very nice, located in a quiet location but with everything we need next door. The swimming pool is amazing. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a lovely three weeks at Casa La Loma. It’s a very nice, comfortable villa in a great position in a quiet area. There was everything we needed, including a very thoughtful welcome pack. Christine, the host, was friendly and approachable, and responded to our questions very quickly. We would have no qualms about staying in this villa again in future.

A little slice of paradise

Honestly could not have asked for more on our first ever European holiday as a couple in just over 5 years. Host was amazing and reassured us even with the spain blackout that hit and the accomodation is truly amazing and special. We spent most days sunning ourselves on the private patio and swimming and we're already looking at booking again for longer next year. Hands down, worth staying at and we couldn't imagine booking elsewhere

Great host.

Lovely villa in a lovely location. Christine is a great host and attended to a couple of minor problems immediately. The 4 stars for cleanliness was only given as the showers would benefit from sprucing up. Overall a lovely stay.

Had a fantastic time at the villa stayed for a week wish we had stayed longer. Christine was so helpful with everything all you have to do is ask her .Hopefully we will be back next year.

Great stay

Very pleased to have found this place. Very well equipped and homely. Loved the double sinks in both the bathrooms. Very comfortable bed with soft linen. Plenty of towels provided. The swimming pool was fantastic, big enough to swim up and down and a good temperature. A very welcome pack provided was a treat and a bonus so no need to go to the supermarket on the first day. Definitely one to recommend.

Excellent locatio, quiet. Easy walk to supermarket and Papagayo beach. Outdoor space amazing - pool, variety of seating areas and outdoor shaded dining table. Parts of inside could do with some updates - sliding bathroom doors, dishwasher. Felt as if it could do with more airing out - main bedroom smelt damp - may have been closed up pre main holiday season. Otherwise a great stay

Amazing from start to finish..

Just got back from an amazing 2 week stay, lovely villa as described, very easy to find, lovely view of the mountain. The welcome pack left was a lovely nice touch and very welcome after a long day travelling. One very small concern but was dealt with the next day, Christine (the owner) kept us informed of what was happening, when and whom to expect around to deal with it etc. Great communication by Christine. Can’t fault the villa or Christine, Providing swim towels was amazing! Looking forward to booking again next year.

Brilliant pool

Great communication from Christine . A great food basket to start you off. Milk, bread, cheese , tea and biscuits , bottle of coke and Fanta , meat and cheese to name a few bits just to start you off a brilliant idea. Villa very well equipment with everything you need from beach towels to dinnerware . Pool is amazing , great size about 10metres in length and cleaned twice a week . Is a bit dated in areas but well worth the money it cost for 2 weeks . Thanks for having us and the extra few hours stay to wait for the flight .

Lovely Villa

Just returned after 7 days this is our third time in Los Coloradas and although this villa was an extra 10 minute walk to local amenities from where we normally stay it was worth it. Villa was well equipped and very clean with a great selection of board games for quiet evenings on the terrace and a few beers. Welcome pack on arrival was very good and everything you needed to make a sandwich and a drink on arrival much appreciated. We paid extra for heated pool and is definitely worth doing as although the weather is very hot unless heated the pools are too cold to enjoy - from previous non-heated experience. We would recommend and are planning to return next year.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido fantástica. El lugar es maravilloso, muy tranquilo y con una ubicación excelente, cerca de las playas de Papagayo y Playa Blanca. Viajamos con niños y se lo pasaron de maravilla. La casa está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso incluye juegos de mesa para los más pequeños. La zona exterior es ideal para disfrutar del tiempo al aire libre.Christine fue una anfitriona muy atenta y respondió de inmediato cada vez que necesitamos contactarla. Además, al llegar nos encontramos con un pack de bienvenida con algunos productos de comida, un detalle que se agradece muchísimo.Como único punto de mejora, creemos que la casa ganaría mucho con un poco más de mantenimiento y cariño: durante nuestra estancia pasamos bastante calor porque dos de los ventiladores de techo no funcionaban, y la cama de matrimonio nos resultó bastante incómoda. A pesar de esto, la estancia fue muy muy positiva. La recomendamos.

Villa meravigliosa

Villa comoda con ottimo spazio esterno.piscina magnifica. Comoda per andare in spiaggia e per raggiungere i supermercati, tutto a distanza di 10 minuti. Ottimo avere due bagni e 4 lavabi. Ci torneremo sicuramente
