Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre totalement, écoutez les vagues déferlantes, regardez l'océan qui change et des kilomètres de large plage de sable blanc à explorer, alors vous avez trouvé le bon endroit! Venez partager la magie de merveilleuses vacances, lune de miel ou escapade d'un week-end dans notre charmant et confortable condominium sur la plage.

La chambre principale a une télévision à écran plat de 32 ", un lit queen plus récent et une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et une autre salle de bain complète. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 ", d'un canapé-lit queen-size et est décoré avec goût. La salle à manger a une belle vue sur l'océan.

La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière pleine grandeur, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un micro-ondes, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas simples ou gastronomiques.

Le double balcon a une vue magnifique sur la plage, car notre unité est située au dernier étage plus souhaitable, avec un ascenseur. Vous profiterez d'un accès facile à la plage, à la piscine et au grill au bord de l'océan avec des divertissements.

La location de vélos et des courts de tennis éclairés sont sur place.

Les locations se font du samedi au samedi au printemps et en été. Les locations hors saison sont disponibles pour un séjour minimum de cinq nuits, à la semaine et au mois. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Le complexe est situé au milieu de l'île entre Palmetto Dunes et Port Royal, à proximité de nombreux excellents restaurants et de grands magasins. Il bénéficie également d'un accès facile à la fois sur et hors de l'île pour des excursions touristiques, du golf et des sports nautiques.

Notre objectif est d'en faire la meilleure escapade que vous ayez jamais eue. Nous avons travaillé dur pour équiper le condo de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances mémorables. Venez partager la magie; Vous serez content de l'avoir fait! Le WIFI est disponible.

We have stayed at this property several times and as always everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to families who enjoy the beach. It is a short walk to the beach and has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, new living room furniture and comfortable beds.

Great condo the elevator didn’t work some days but still had a great time maybe some more kitchen towels only had one also should update the pictures on VRBO the condo is better than the pictures

4th floor condo

I loved being on the top floor! This condo was clean and comfortable. The elevator was a blessing when we arrived and departed with all our luggage.

Everything was nice, except balcony sliding doors wouldn’t latch/lock when I arrived. The doors NOW latch and lock.

Awesome Time

We had a wonderful time this past week. The condo was beautiful, clean, updated, and had the perfect amount of space for our family of four to enjoy after spending all day at the pool, ocean, or out shopping. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again! Christine was absolutely awesome to work with and very prompt on answering any questions.

Wonderful week

We have been renting from various owners for the last 15 years. I can easily say this was the most relaxing week yet. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen appliances were nicer than mine at home. Definitely A+.

Excellent condo with Lots of Upgraded Amenities

I’ve stayed at several of the condos at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort over the years, and this was by far the best. Not only was their pricing for an 2 bedroom for the week excellent, but the condo was so clean and had so many upgraded furnishings & amenities. It actually does have a huge balcony with a nice ocean view and you can watch the sun rise over the ocean. When we arrived, everything was wonderful & we had not need ever to contact the owner. Highly recommend this rental.

Had a great time.

We had a great time. It would be easier to get luggage,etc. to the condo if there were some luggage carts. We were told condo owners voted against having luggage carts. Condo had all amenities you would need, chairs, beach umbrella, etc for beach. You will need a blow-dryer for your hair. All in all we had a good week.

Lovely and clean

Beds were comfortable , very clean, quality sheets, beautiful view. Owners accommodated my need for nonscented cleaning supplies and removed any dust due to my asthma (i so appreciated that, THANK YOU). Love the top floor, great views and no upstairs noise. Kitchen well equipped, but could use a large skillet/saute pan. Can opener needs replacing, very hard to use. We loved it so much we're coming back next year. Thanks again Christine!

Very clean..

Was a little disappointed when we did not have a blow dryer. Had only 1 towel per person. 1 dishrag. 1kitchen towel. For a 2 week rental. No hand or dish soap to make it to the store. 🙁

We were sorry to hear our guest was disappointed that we did not have a blow dryer. This is something we have not supplied in the past. We normally have 1 weeks stays and the towels provided are 1 set each up to 4 guests and then there are two extra sets. I have checked with our cleaning company to see about getting more towels for longer stays. Our cleaning people leave a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen to get our guests started. We try our best to make our place clean & comfortable. We do appreciate feedback and when possible will make changes to better our guests stay.

Great place to stay for a beach vacation! The beach itself is within a few minutes walking. The building has an elevator so getting to the first floor from the 4th floor with your beach gear and/or luggage is a breeze. The condo has all the accessories needed for your stay. Bathrooms have towels and soap (mini bars). Kitchen comes with all you need as far as utensils. There is both ground coffee maker and K-cup coffee machine. No washer/dryer in the unit but there is a pay by use laudry room on each floor. There is no designated parking spot for any unit but there is more than enough spaces on either side of the building. Far side of the building with small pool has a ramp for easy access to first floor. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Spring vacation

The condo is fairly worn. The floors were not completely clean with part of a dead bug on the floor on entering and bread pieces/chip fragments on the floor in front of the dining table. The kitchen floor was sticky. We rewashed all the silverware and china before using and put on paper towels because the contact paper was sticky. There is a view of the ocean from the end of the wide balcony and nice swivel chairs. The walk to the beach is not far. The beach is nice. There is an elevator, although you have to walk up one level because the buildings are elevated to offset storm surge flooding. There is plenty of parking. There was an ample supply of towels and kitchen appliances. There are four beach chairs. There are a number of good restaurants nearby.

In response to the review from James Houston. We pride our selves on updating and keeping our condo up to date as much as possible for a rental property at the beach. If there is an issue with anything not being clean when our guests arrive they are to let us know or call the cleaning co directly. This couple was an older couple that may have had too high of expectations.

My elderly parents enjoyed several weeks at this property. The balcony was their favorite, well-shaded hangout with a beautiful view of the ocean. Hopefully, they were well-behaved and left the place in good shape!

Great rental

The rental was very clean and the location was great. Ocean view from the balcony and dining room. Short walk to the beach. The smaller pool was a treat too. Not as crowded as the larger one. Owners communication was great and the price was very reasonable. Resort is very nice too. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at HHBT!

We loved our vacation and stay at HHBT and highly recommend this unit and location! Everything we needed to have a perfectly relaxing and fun vacation was right at our fingertips! We love the short walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and all the amenities that HHBT has to offer. Everyone is helpful and friendly and we look forward to our vacation next year!

Perfect!

My family had a wonderful stay. This condo is very clean and comfy. We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets, although we didnt need them. The location is just perfect. Not a far walk to the beach at all and the elevator is right down the hall to make it easier to carry things. There were 5 beach chairs and a couple small umbrellas to use, which was great! The view from the balcony is great. My husband and I loved sitting out listening to the waves crash every morning and evening. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us.
