Cette luxueuse maison de ville de style géorgien de 3 chambres est dans un emplacement privilégié avec une vue imprenable sur la plage de Fistral. La propriété est située dans un Executive Sea Front Crescent, situé sur son propre terrain, sécurisé par des portes électriques avec parking avant et arrière. La propriété peut accueillir jusqu'à sept personnes, est répartie sur trois étages. Il comprend trois chambres doubles, un salon / salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, deux salles de bains et une buanderie.

Le logement est organisé sur trois étages;
Le deuxième étage a deux chambres doubles (avant avec vue sur la mer) et 1 sans salle de bain.
Le rez-de-chaussée a 1 autre chambre double avec un lit double et un lit simple, il y a aussi une salle de douche avec lavabo et WC situés le long du couloir.
La buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse est également située au rez-de-chaussée.
Salon / salle à manger: au premier étage avec, TV, canapés en cuir et portes françaises donnant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Cuisine: avec cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.

Fistral beach stay

Our second stay at this lovely property which is perfectly located for days on Fistral beach, or just a short walk & over the Gannel to Crantock. Highly recommend.

Great house, great location

We have stayed at this property several times now, as always really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing overlooking fistral beach. Approx 20 min walk to town, handy for everything. It is very clean and well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending it!

Excellent Property

This property was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the beach and centre of Newquay. The host was just at the end of the phone for some advice we needed. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Ideal holiday

The house is very easy to get to. Lay out of the house is perfect and has stunning views. Everything we needed and more for our stay. It was our 1st family holiday with our 9month old daughter. Ideal holiday home for all ages. Plenty of space. Definitely recommend to anybody and we are definitely looking to stay again

Fabulous house in a fabulous location!

For six adults and two dogs this was a wonderful house, plenty of space for everyone and, wow, those views! A nice secure garden out back when the dogs wanted a bit of their own space too! Three surfers in the party and what's better than being able to walk out the front door and be down on fistral beach in 5 minutes. Close for town, without being in the middle of it and fantastic walks all round. We barely needed the car which made it a relaxing break. The house itself is fantastic with all you need, the living space is comfortable and made for a great Christmas break with good dining space and chill out space after the big meal!

THE PERFECT HOUSE FOR PERFECT HOLIDAY

We are 2 French families (2 couples and 2 teenagers) and we rented M. Pollington's house for a week in easter holidays. This house is absolutely fabulous, very well equipped with spacious rooms and a so beautiful view on the sea ! It was a real pleasure to stay there. It was our first trip in Cornwall and the location of the house is a good way to explore the Cornwall from Land's End to Boscastle on the North coast and also beautiful harbours on the southern coast (Polperro, Fowey...). And, the icing on the cake was the weather : a sunny and warm week. The best things you need for nice and unforgettable holidays. Loger's Family and Guilloux's Family from France (Nantes)

Property nice but nearly didn’t get in because no instructions from vrbo to allow entry! I am very fed up with vrbo- no phone number for vrbo either- website not clear! Upset!

Gorgeous family stay!

We arrived early on Saturday and Neil was fantastic at ensuring we could enter the property at an appropriate time considering we had drove 7 hours through the night from Yorkshire! The house is spacious through out and was perfect for our family of 7 + our dog. The view from the living room was outstanding and we all enjoyed having a brew with a view in a morning! The location is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk to fistral beach - great place for boarding and surfing!! Newquay town is just up the road 10/15 minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car. The house is equipped with everything we needed for our stay- very happy. We would love to book again! (However summer holidays is very expensive!) so hopefully we can save up and come in a few years. Thank you Neil.

Fantastic location

We have just returned from our stay. The house is located between Fistral and Crantock beaches. The walk to Fistral is around 5 minutes downhill. Crantock is a bit further to walk and also involves 166 steps ( according to my son ) and a crossing of the Gannel river ( ferry at high tide, footbridge at low tide ) The house itself is well equipped and comfortably accommodates 6+ people in 3 bedrooms over 3 floors. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a walk in shower. The utility room houses a freezer and a washing machine. There is also an Xbox to keep the kids amused. The views across the golf course towards the Headland hotel are stunning. The small enclosed garden does have quite a steep slope which is not ideal for toddlers. Parking can be a bit tight is the covered area at the back but there is also some space around the front. The small development is behind security gates so there is plenty of privacy. Being quite an old well built building means it also has the advantage of pretty good sound proofing from neighbouring properties. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the property to anyone who wants to be on the outskirts of the town, but within easy reach of great beaches.

Idyllic

2nd year in a row staying in the property. The location is perfect for a family stay with teens!! Close enough to the beach they can sleep in & meet you there later or just nip back for lunch!! Excellent host who is on hand if an issue develops!! The house just has all that we need for a home from home but in a beach location!!

Easter break

The property was well appointed we had plenty of room and were not on top of each other. Only slight critic was check in time as with we are no longer living covid restrictions, the bed in the bottom room was very hard and we would have liked spare dishwasher tablets washing tablets or bin liners

Home away from home but on the beach!!

Not much can be said other than the property was perfect for our family. Location // size // comfort // views // kitchen // parking - all perfect. A teenager & a pre-teen able to have their own space was something we had yet to discover on holiday!! What a revelation!! And, they were 2 floors apart - even better. The kids were happy; more importantly the wife was happy!!

We wanted something close to the beach for 4 adults and 2 children particularly with having bodyboarding- this property gave us everything we needed. Our 8 year old cried when time to go home wanted to stay a lot longer !

Second year we have stayed here.

Fabulous view

We booked this rather last minute as we sadly had to come down to Cornwall for a funeral. What a great find this property was. Spacious - plenty of room for 5 adults. The view was beautiful looking over the sea. Very handy location. We were lucky it was available for the dates we needed. Would suit families with children too. Great to have the garden as an extra place to sit out for meals.
