Venez profiter d'une escapade de détente dans notre superbe condo 2BR à Phoenix V. Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix V. Il existe de nombreuses activités, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket-ball et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous faites un barbecue.



Cette unité peut accueillir 8 personnes avec un lit King dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Le mobilier de salon est neuf, remplacé à l'automne 2017. Salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes avec deux sièges supplémentaires au bar. Le salon et la chambre principale ont un accès au balcon.
Le condo est joliment décoré.
Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Pendant que vous vous détendez au bord de la grande piscine extérieure, vos enfants peuvent profiter d'un espace de 1 300 pieds carrés. Pirate des Caraïbes inspiré Splash Pad en bas de la piscine. La zone comprend un sloop de pirate et un arc de navire avec des jets inclinés et un canon à eau, une glissade humide de bateau échouée sur un bateau, un palmier avec des bananes vendant de l’eau ainsi qu’un vaporisateur de fleur de tulipe. Vous pouvez voir des photos du parc aquatique placées à la fin du diaporama du condo. Assurez-vous de garder vos petits Bucketheads occupés tout au long de vos vacances.

Absolutely love this place!! Quiet and peaceful location. Just wish the directions to the building and particular unit were a little clearer. But still overall wonderful vacation.

Great stay!!!!

This unit is BEAUTIFUL!! Lots of painted areas e.g. trees. landscap, turtles , etc. A tiled walk-in tub which was wonderful in the master bedroom. I’m older so I especially enjoyed that. It was just a great place to stay. We’ve been down here 4 years and this was the best.

Overall we liked the layout which was well maintained and clean and would come back, but please address the ice maker.

Nice stay at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was super. Reached out with a plumbing issue and they resolved. When we arrived there was a cleaning rag on dining room table, some of the living room curtains were hanging off the rod and kitchen sink had a lot of sand in it- I realize this is a cleaning crew issue. Walls have been painted so its updated from the online photos. Kitchen was very well stocked-only a regular coffee pot if that matters to you. Overall a Great stay and would stay there again.

Do not recommend this room. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the king bed is old and sunken in the middle, there were red stains on one of the full beds in the second bedroom. You couldn’t open the freezer without turning the kitchen light off. There was a light in the hallway off, so we were doing laundry in the dark. The light switch in the living room for the porch doesn’t work. Not to mention the paint and ceiling peeling.

Property mgr is not person listed Jill is property mgr she is horrible. Does not return calls. I’m general is unhelpful and accusatory to you the guest. Worst rental experience.

Property in very poor condition

Two of the 4 sinks leaked, there was standing water and mold under the sinks. One sink in the master bedroom wasn't even connected to the drain, so it just poured into the cabinet. The dishwasher was not connected to the cabinet, so when you opened the door it almost fell out of the cabinet. The refrigerator freezer door would not fully open so you couldn't put anything into the feezer. Took 5 calls to the management company to get maintenance to come look at the problems. We were moved to a much nicer unit, where everything worked

It was an average condo experience. Beach access and pool access was fantastic! Beautiful and clean. Kids splash pad was great. I could watch both my littles at the splash pad and older ones in the pool with ease. If you plan on booking this make sure you bring extra trash bags, and dishwasher pods if you’re staying longer than 1 night.

The mattresses felt like they were from the 80’s and if my husband moved at all during his sleep, I would bounce 4 times lol. The toilet in the master bedroom sounded like a train was coming through the wall as soon as you’d flush it. Small easily repairable things could make a huge difference. Overall it was very clean and accommodating. Beautiful balcony with great views.

The condo itself had a bad odor that did not go away the entire stay. The condo was very dirty upon arrival. Dirt on walls/doors, crumbs/hair on the floor, empty chip bags on the floor, trash on bathroom floor, etc. The comforter in the master had multiple holes in it causing the stuffing to come out. Apps were not available to use on the smart tv's due to missing tv remotes. Fan in spare room was very loose causing loud noise when turned on. Beds were old, lumpy, and creaked when moving. The entire condo seemed outdated and dingy. Pictures on the site made it appear cleaner and more updated. We will not be staying there again.

It was a decent place overall. The bath/shower in the second bedroom does not have a shower curtain so you cannot take a shower in there. A small vacuum would have been helpful for us to clean up sand brought in from the beach. Our biggest issue was no hot water for about 18 hours. Maintenance finally came out and switched the breaker on which we could have done ourselves if we knew that needed to be done.

The room was very clean it had everything you would need. the walls have beautiful pantings all over them and the view was 10/10. For our first experience staying in Alabama im definitely glad we chose this room and place to stay. we hope to stay again next year and i would definitely have to recommend this place and room to everyone <3

It took maintenance 2 days to come fix it. two plungers were left outside the door to fix it ourselves. we were only offered a $50.00 credit as compensation oved the beach - beach attendants were very helpful. I would not use company to book a facility again.
