Cette villa d'architecte se compose de 4 grandes chambres avec chacune leur propre salle d'eau. Grand salon, salle à manger et cuisine à aire ouverte avec murs sculptés et hauts plafonds traditionnels.
Il y a un espace bureau ainsi que 2 patios extérieurs l'un hors de la cuisine et l'autre hors de la chambre principale. Toilette intérieure naturelle.
Dehors, il y a de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et une grande piscine privée avec terrasse et aire de jeux en ciment pour le basket-ball, le volley-ball, le yoga ou tout autre sport en plein air.
Le jardin présente des plantes et des arbres locaux et exotiques.

Nous avons un directeur de maison et une femme de chambre afin de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Les frais de ménage sont inclus.
Réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, presse-agrumes, grille-pain, TV, DVD, WiFi, chaîne stéréo, laveuse, sécheuse.

Le jardin de 1 acre offre un espace pour organiser la réception et les fêtes privées. Des tables extérieures, des chaises et un barbecue sont fournis.

Wonderful space and fabulous hostess!

We had a great time at this property, Martina was a fantastic hostess and the house was beautiful. It is nice getaway although not very close to places to eat, Maria provided us with a very knowledgable driver who was available.

Amazing vacation

First off Martina was wonderful, and a great cook, she helped with anything we needed. The house was very nice and clean, there was ample space for everyone. The only negative is the roof needs some work, and the toilets took some getting used too, other then that it was a great experience. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

The roof is a traditional roof which needs adjustments, we are in the process of completely changing it, it will be completed mid May. We hope to have you and your family in the future!

IT WAS 9 OF US STAYING IN THIS PROPERTY AND WE ALL LOVED IT! THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY TREES AND THE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT. PERFECT LOCATION, CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT (7 MINS) AND STILL CLOSE TO THE HOTEL ZONE (ABOUT 15MINS). EASY ACCESS TO SHOPPING AND FOOD. NO A/C BUT PLENTY OF FANS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE TO KEEP COOL. WAS GREETED AT THE HOUSE BY THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WHO ALSO STAY ON THE PROPERTY. THEY WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHENEVER WE HAD QUESTIONS OR ISSUES AND WERE VERY KIND. I WOULD DEFINITLY STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO MY FRIENDS.

Amazing house but problems with vermin and wifi

It should be an eco friendly house but there is excessive use of repellent fighting cockroaches, mosquitoes, scorpions, spiders. In spite of that, we met some of them in our bedrooms. We are very positieve about Laura. She helped us out whenever we had troubles with wifi or scary vermin.

It is amazing here!!

My family stayed there for a week, & we love the beauty of the property!! The area is so clam. It is very close to everything and the house maid is the best she made sure that we were always comfortable and took care of anything that we asked for right away.

A Vacation Nightmare

We rented this huge home for my husband's birthday. Communication with the owner and staff started out very pleasant and they were very responsive. Trying to find the house with no street lights or phone signal was very hard. The area looked a little sketch, but the home is gated so you do feel a tad bit better once inside. When we finallly arrived, the house maid decorated and had a cake waiting for my husband which I asked to setup and my husband was surprised and thankful. We knew the home was on a large lot and would have insects and critters, however no one told us that there was no running water for the toilets. The home is considered eco friendly (which is okay, if they made us aware from the beginning). We also had 2 large spiders (which I'm allergic to) in our room and bathroom, so we could not stay (even with the toilets not having running water we considered staying, but I am allergic to spiders). My guests were not comfortable either, so we moved to a hotel. We called the owners the next morning and they were very pleasant and apologized for any inconvenience and said they couldn't spray the home and area as much because it is eco-friendly. They assured they would refund us for the stay minus the night we stayed and for the cake. Since then, they have not responded to any messages or refunded our money as promised. We paid for a home we could not stay in, and hotel rooms for 6 guests (since it was technically our fault for picking the location)... what a gift to my husband's wallet for his own birthday... If we knew the area was not as described, we would have choosen another property.

Allow me to complete your statements with some facts you might have forgotten. Prior to arriving to our property, and since it was your husband's birthday, you requested to have a cake, champagne, balloons, banner etc ready We did prepare the house in order for you to celebrate the birthday without having to worry about purchasing everything upon your arrival. The cost would have to be reimbursed as agreed. You have spent a night and declared the next day that you have noticed a spider in the bedroom which worried you at that time since you were are, as per your statement, highly allergic. You have left the property, VRBO has reimbursed the stay upon my approval. You have "forgotten" to reimburse the night you have spent and the birthday cake, champagne etc etc Our maid has remove the spider from the bedroom which had a size of half an inch. We have the strong impression that you wanted to entertain a party with guests since as you know the house is rather large. Most of the properties in the Cancun area do not have such a large garden and pool area. A lot of properties do not allow parties. Once done, you have managed to leave the property under the pretense of a spider and a roof leak without honoring the cost. But it appears it was not enough, you had to leave a comment with a very biased version of the events. Quite despicable.

Nice quite area. Perfect for a large family. Everyone was comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Uber accessible. Yes, there were ants but that's expected for the area. Having the landry done was great. The property was bigger than we expected.

Villa Natural for Dad's 70th birthday

We stayed at the Villa Natural from July 3rd till the 17th. The property is large with a lot of beautiful trees and palm trees. There is a pool that is a few steps away from the home. The home features 4 air conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an office, living room, dining room and kitchen. It is very large and gave everyone in our party of 10 lots of room. The house had everything we needed but the kitchen could have better pots and pans. The property is fully fenced and the gate is operated automatically. The caretakers were on site and took care of everything requested. They also supplied a 5 gallon water bottle, which was greatly appreciated. Laundry service is available and charged per load. The property is in Alfedo Bonfil, which is close to the airport, businesses and 15 minutes from the beach.

Absolutely gorgeous, private, peaceful space

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Natural. I want to start with what and why we loved it here. First, communication was excellent throughout the process and after! We could not find the place and were able to get a hold of her for better directions very quickly. At the end of our trip, one of us left headphones behind and they were happy to find them and mail them to us in the U.S. The house and yard were in great condition. Loved sitting by the beautiful swimming pool, perfect water temperature and pool size. Nice chairs to sit on to sunbath or read. Andrea's was excellent to have there to answer any of our questions. However, he only speaks Spanish, so if you speak a different language, prepare to use a translation app. The reasons we gave it four stars rather then five was because of the severe ant problem and the towel situation. We had 8 people staying, and only one towel each, plus we couldn't find the pool towels for a while, but then did find them up in the large overlook room in plastic bags. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen, that some good Terra bait traps could have taken care of. The rest of the bugs were understandable because of the location. The space was very clean, but we couldn't use one room because of some photography items setup and futon mattresses were on the furniture. Overall it was very clean, just didn't seem quite ready for guests. However, we were only staying 2 nights, so these things were fine. We would recommend staying here is you want peace and quiet. You have to drive to go anywhere, so just be prepared for that.

This home was beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and secluded. It's close to major attractions, the city and beautiful beaches. There's a wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful architecture, pool and garden. Any questions the sraff can't answer just email the owners on the included free wifi and they get back with an answer promptly. I recommend this beautiful home to any family or group of friends looking for a wonderful stay while visiting Cancun!!!

Needs major overhaul

The architecture of the house is truly beautiful and the pool is truly lovely. But the water pressure and lack of washer and dryer as advertised is truly disappointing. The house is in need of a major electrical overhaul,especially the outlets Also the roads to get to the house are in such bad condition. and not well lit at night. There are two dogs on the property that were quite and had to request that they be kept away from us.

Thank you Marylin for your feedback. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room beside the Villa. Our maid, as I have mentioned in one of our emails is the one handling the laundry on your behalf. Regarding the condition of the road, the city is currently working on the water supply improvement which explains the low pressure and the current condition of the road. The pressure is now back up and the dogs which I believe came along with the city workers are now gone. I would also like to add that the Villa has been restored 3 years ago. Thank you, Monica

Please never stay in this property

This is a WARNING to anyone that is thinking of staying in this property. I book this property back in October 2016 for 10 guest and let me tell you that it was the worst decision I ever made. This home has a major electrical problem that causes the electricity to go out. As a result, you can't shower(water gets pumped and runs on electricity), can't sleep(the AC units are not working because of the electrical problem), and the house starts to smell like sewer after just a few hours without electricity(the natural restrooms need a suction system to suction the smell out but without electricity it becomes a huge problem). I booked this property for 5 nights and I was only able to stay there for only one. I ended up booking a hotel. The owner promised me to refund me when she received a payment from VRBO. The owner went on and dragged it from 4 weeks. I waited patiently for a month for a refund and never received it. Now she doesn't even return my emails. Please avoid this property, It ruined our families vacation. Don't throw your money away and book a different property.

There has been a power outage for several hours, It was not due to a defect in the Villa but a power cut done by the city in the area. Our team in place which consists of our maid and property manager have advised you that it is quite rare and the issue should be solve. After several hours you have been rude to our team and have repetadly complained despite the fact that they were polite and trying to please you during this shortage. The heat might have brought you to a high level of frustration which is understandable but rudeness is not. You have declared the same day that you wanted to leave which seemed quite premature considering the fact that the shortage did not start a long time ago. You still remained in the property for several days and left 2 days before the term of your stay. You have then sent me an invoice for roughly the amount of your full rental at our property. It did not strike me first, but we have come to the conclusion that you are simply trying to get your vacations paid for using a stratagem and abusing the credibility of your hosts. It is quite shameful.

Beautiful, unique house! Amazing Experience

Stayed at the Villa Natural for 5 days and simply put, this place is amazing! Peaceful and quiet but close enough to the main strip. The house was very clean and well taken care of with really unique decor and character, loved having the private pool and basketball court! Lots of great places to practice yoga or meditate. Like I said this place was just awesome! I would highly recommend to anyone considering this property.
