We’re delighted to share our welcoming to our cosy garden studio in vibrant Notting Hill area — It's a one Bedroom is an independent studio flat with a working space with independent access. The property is a comfortable, well-connected base perfect for discovering London like a local.
Our home is within walking distance of the famous Portobello Road Market, and close to Westfield London for shopping, dining, and entertainment. During the annual Notting Hill Carnival, the neighbourhood comes alive with music and culture — a truly special time to visit.

This place is so charming and sweet. Close to shops and the Tube, you can walk to Notting Hill/the Portobello Road, and there is great art on the walls. The garden is beautiful and the tiny house is immaculate. Loved it. J is a great host.

had an AMAZING stay!! J was lovely and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so at home! the tiny house is so cozy and so close to Notting Hill! the garden is lovely to have your tea in the mornings! can’t wait to come back for another visit 🥰

Great location in a residential neighborhood. About 10 min walk to the nearest tube station and close to a business park for different food options / Tesco. Javier was one of the nicest hosts I've ever encountered and made the stay very welcoming. The internet was a struggle because it's in the main house and would often go out but Javier would immediately help to reset it when there was a problem. If you don't need to rely on the internet, this is the best spot to stay and I'd definitely come back.

The neighborhood was very cute & so close to two different tube stations. Check in was easy & the host communicates well & is super friendly. My partner & I only really needed a place to sleep so this spot fit our needs, as it is very tiny! If you are a larger person, the bathroom may be too small for you, but it was fine for us. The only main issue we encountered was that we were there during a heatwave & there is no air conditioning. When we opened the windows, a lot of bugs got in which was not ideal. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay & would return!

The Mini Studio was as it said Mini....but nicely decorated.The art work was great...It had everything one needed.We had two large suitcases , two backpacks. It was cramped.There was no TV...I was surprised. The garden was very nice...The property owner was very helpful..and quick to resolve an issue that came up.We visited during the heat breaking weather. We literally were melting. No Air Conditioning, and no screens but there was a mini fan.Personally I think the Studio size was more for one person not two.

I absolutely loved this tiny oasis and can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend!I was transitioning from a family vacation to solo travel for 5 days in London and then a 2 week camping trip for landscape photography. Suffice it to say, I had several bags. I was able to comfortably keep all my stuff in the accommodation and still have room to move around and settle in for my stay. I left several thousand dollars of camera equipment in the room and it was very secure. I never worried as I locked the door each day to explore. While the place is small, it’s very well appointed with a wonderful bed and a very comfortable shower and bathroom. It was the perfect retreat after 15 hour days of photography and walking around London. The shower, while narrow had great water pressure and temperature. It was very hot in London during my visit. The hosts provided a fan and an optional mini air con unit. I didn’t need the air con as the open window and fan were plenty to keep the room a very comfortable temp for sleeping. As a frequent traveler to London, this will be the first place I check for availability. Quiet and safe, lovely decor and appointments, VERY clean, great location and really wonderful hosts. Please consider as your next accommodation, you will NOT be sorry. Until the next time my tiny oasis…
