Great house with all the facilities needed for a great stay! The location and house standards are very good with large outdoor areas, and also a clean pool to cool off in. Cooling in all bedrooms served a great retreat from the heat also.

This is a fantastic, well presented family villa. The villa was extremely well equipped and clean throughout. You are located in a quiet residential area, yet only 5-10 minutes away from the more vibrant areas of The Strip and the Old Town in Albufeira.Claudia couldn't have been more helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. We would definitely go back!

The villa was different class when you see it in person. Pictures are great but looks better in person! Everything you need is there and Claudia was extremely helpful! We had an amazing time staying here

Villa was fantastic, set in an amazing plot with plenty of room for the eight of us. Pool was perfect, the kids and adults loved it. The communication from Claudia was excellent and she made sure that checking in was hassle free.The only slight downside was that the villa was quite a bit away from the shops for groceries but that is not a slight on the villa as I would not hesitate to go back. Aldi was a good 25 minute walk. There was another supermarket as part of a hotel about 10 minutes in the other direction.Absolutely loved our week there and would would highly recommend.

Wonderful Villa

The villa was so spacious, clean, peaceful, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed all the en-suite bathrooms, balconies, pool and large kitchen. It was great having access to all the kitchen and laundry utilities whilst we stayed there. Claudia was a gracious hostess and recommended us to the best local tourist activities.

Fab stay in June

Spent an amazing week at this fabulous villa. It was clean and spacious in a quiet area. A lovely pool, much bigger than expected. A few restaurants were in walking distance, around 15 minutes, with a bigger selection of restaurants and a larger supermarket a further 10 minutes. Would definatly recommend staying here.

Photos don’t do the villa justice , it’s beautiful and has a very large outdoor space . Great sunny pool . Perfect for the children . Would highly recommend , 10-15 minute walk to beach , which is marvellous with a great restaurant overlooking the beach .

Stunning villa with fantastic surrounding space.

This was simply one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. Perfect size, great pool and lots of room inside and surrounding the property. One very slight issue was the fridge/freezer could have been bigger but that aside would come back here in a heart beat. Also the booking process with Caroline at OwnersDirect was top drawer.

Lovely private Villa

Amazing villa for our family holiday. Very private, no noise round about. Easy to walk to small supermarket/coffee shop approx 10 mins or slightly longer walk to Aldi (25 mins) and Uber back. We enjoyed the space the Villa gave us all with the large kitchen and BBQ area. Large pool and garden area to enjoy the sunshine. Spotlessly clean and towels and bedlinen changed during our stay.

Excellent villa for a family holiday

Right from the start communication with Claudia was great and the villa was as good as it looks in the pictures and did not disappoint in any way. Having stayed in the area before we knew it was a little out of town but still within walking distance of the beach. We hired a car to get us about at night and i did double trips to ferry us to local restaurants at night , plus if we went into town we also got an Uber which was only 5 euros. We will definitely come back again.

Great Villa!! Close to beach and Albufeira

We spent 7 days in the villa and had fantastic holidays. Claudia has been so kind sending informations about the villa and everything we needed to know about the place . She also has been very reactive. The villa is ideally located about 5 mins from the beach and 5 min car from Albufeira Marina. All bedroom have space and the house was perfect for kids also. I recommend this house and would love to come back soon.

Family get away

We had a lovely chilled holiday at the villa.supermarket out of the gates turn left bottom of the hill in the hotel or at the bottom of the hill turn right and there is a spar.Claudia was lovely letting us leave our cases while we went for a walk around the Villa was very Clean lots of room for everyone.We found Santa Eulailia had some nice restaurants within walking distance if mobility is not an issue .We used Uber at a very reasonable cost. Loved our stay very relaxing lots of room inside and out our first villa holiday dont think it will be our last.
